My family decided to go to capt jacks for dinner after we were seated we waited for over 20 min for someone to come to us all the while other customers were coming in and their orders were taken finally our server Kris (I think that was his name) came over and took our order since we waited so long we ordered our drinks apps and meal well the drinks came after 15 minutes we waited another 20 min for our food well he brought everything out at once appetizers and our food the appetizer were most likely sitting for awhile since they were Luke warm I was so disappointed in the entire meal our bill was almost 200 dollars never again and on another note the place was not busy they had a couple empty tables and when I asked to see the manager all I got was HES BUSY
