My friends and I are down on vacation and wanted to enjoy a nice lunch together. We came in for a late lunch and some drinks. We sat down and scanned the menus with everything picked out once our server came over to greet us. The server, Courtney, came over and poorly greeted us. We ordered drinks a mojito and fish bowl. I have a allergy to pineapple juice so we asked if it could be replaced with cranberry juice because we have had it there before. She rudely remarked, I do not think they will taste good so we nicely said, oh we have had it before and loved it. She brings the drinks back and the mojito was made with basil instead of mint but she never came to see how the drinks were so we were not able to tell her how they were. The food came out and everything was good but needed some extra condiments and the waitress never came to see how the food was so I had to find her ask for those things. Keep in mind, we sat and watched her check on the tables around us and walked straight past us, several times. After we finished our meal and drinks we were ready to pay and she was no where in sight, again. I went to find her and ask for the check but when I did she had a attitude and a slight eye roll before getting it for me. We had really been looking forward to a nice lunch and unfortunately the service ruined it for us.
