We live in 2017, not 1950. Insanely bad that bank payments should go on "business days" when everything is managed by their server park. Haven't you heard of modernization? Thank you for ruining the weekend for my friend who has bad advice, because now he can't get the train. Molbobanksystem!

Lousy customer service. Got the terminal closed after not receiving either invoice or purring. Have been a customer for 9 years and never missed a payment, but did not receive an invoice in December when we switched from receiving an invoice by email instead of by mail. Had to pay 900kr + VAT to get it opened, even though I sent mail (with payment confirmation) and called to explain what had happened BEFORE they closed the terminal. (Got promises that everything was ok and it was not closed). Alikvel they closed it a few hours later and require me to pay to open the terminal. Just gets over and back and all customer service providers provide different answers. Amazingly frustrating !!!!!

Having been in contact with the nets today after they managed to put our bank terminal in a "lock" so that they exposed us to a lot of problems according to our customers, I see no other reason why I give star cast 1. Makan to poor customer service, rude service you have to look for a long time. Hope sometime in the future a competitor will give them a lesson, not good that one of these companies can be found. Trying to buy card acquirer services and experiencing no desire to reach the goal of registering as a customer.
1. Long paper-based application
Alleged treatment time of 14-20 days (of 6 weeks now without solution)
Long email with questions (already answered in the paper application) from a no-reply (!) Account

All follow-up is up to me and it is a constant uphill battle to reach the goal with the solution.

Barred my card without notice when I was on holiday in the US, although I had many transactions there before they did this. They said the reason was that the magnetic strip was used instead of chip and pin code, but that is common in the US, and there were also several other places that had done this before the escrow card. The service was also lousy when I called, got only sarcastic reply as "so it is only" and "you get to call your bank and tell them you do not want to have short then." This is too bad.

No service!
Here they have had a service agreement for 10 years, with a monthly amount. The service agreement says that you should get help within 4 hours and when a guy arrives, he says that there is nothing more he can do before he leaves. The bank terminal has now been switched off without anything new coming on, so now Nets is responsible for large losses in the store. They do nothing to help and do not have a service understanding! This is nonsense and not the way to run a business!

Lost or had cards stolen recently overseas, Nets ( as the card issuer have decided to cut emergency replacement of cards) which is a service that VISA international assure their customers is a service that can be done under their name.
But Nets ( the local card issuer ) probably deemed this service can be cut out to save costs and a loss on their bottom line each year. (financial report)
I'm hoping there is a competitor now in Norway.
