Food and drinks are good but service sucks.. I had to flag down a busboy to get the waitress... def wouldn't come here again.. shouldn't take 15 mins to order drinks and food especially when u have other waitress just ignore u and not say anything

Worst place to eat in Wildwood... my family and I picked this place because of the cool ambience on the boardwalk and we were Fooled. We sat down and there was a piece of hair stuck to the salt and pepper shakers and it looked as if something gooey was inside the hot sauce. We ordered our food and my husbands food came with mayo on it when he asked for no mayo. The food was bland and overpriced. They served frozen crinkle fries. Our waiter was very slow as well. Very unhappy customer.

The crabcakes tasted like imitation from a can. It tasted like something from a really bad chain restaurant. Dang

My girlfriend and I went to Capt'n Jacks last Saturday night and really enjoyed the whole experience !!! We had Deana as our waitress and she served us nachos and a couple of burgers !!! Everything was PERFECT !!! I see people complaining about the cost as well as hair flying around their salt & pepper shakers, that's NUTZ ! We spent $50 on GREAT food, perfectly cooked burgers and the BEST nachos we've EVER tasted !!! We also experienced great service and an ever better evening on the boardwalk with the sea breeze blowing all around us !!! Thanks Deana for making our evening a night to remember !!! Nice job !!!

Great spot on Wildwood's boardwalk. Very good beer selection, the food is great, and the people are awesome. Makes for an excellent choice for a meal while you're here.

Food is good. Has lots of open air seating. Nice staff.

Food was ice cold. Sent it back and when it came back was still ice cold. Have been here several times in past years and this was never the case.

Excellent outdoor patio, with great food and drinks. Nice view of the ocean, pier and boardwalk.

This place is very relaxing and the drinks are great. Good place to hide out from teenagers on the boardwalk and grab a refreshing beverage

My friend and I came here for lunch on a Tuesday. We asked to be seated upstairs on the covered patio. It was a beautiful day and the ocean breeze was lovely. Our server came right over to us. He was nice. We ordered coconut shrimp for our appetizer. It took about 15 minutes to come out, but we didn't mind. For our entree we both got the crab cake sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. The crab cake was very good! It was overly fried at all. The sweet potato fries were good too. Our total came to $49.50. Oh that also included one beer and one ice tea. I liked it enough to go back again.

Nice place, it's on the boardwalk so it is a little pricey. Grab a table by the rail and watch the people walk the boards.

Unfortunately there were no wings left. It was the first day of the season, they were not expecting such a big out come.

It was a Thursday afternoon. There were only 2 other tables, the food took a long time to come. Our waiter wasn't attentive and the food was very simple. The food didn't taste too good.

A fine place to go to during the summer. I had a great time. Food was great, service was phenomenal, staff was nice and I had a good time. Overall I would recommend this place to get a quick bite.

Location is the draw here...right on the beach. The new expanded upstairs open area is very nice. The food is mediocre. Service is just ok. Although servers are pleasant, they seem to get easily distracted and disappear. This doesn't make for a good experience and has happened on several visits. If you just stick to having drinks here, you will be fine.

Staff was friendly. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Came out quick but it was horrible. So dry and tasteless. I wasn't expecting much from a boardwalk joint but this was pretty bad.

Great atmosphere but really poor quality food. The chicken pain was so dry that the chicken was flaking apart. The black bran veggie burger tasted like it was from frozen and it was under cooked.

Warm beer and average food. The staff hustled but that only takes you so far.

Very fun atmosphere. The kids loved it here. The fish and chips were amazing. The hamburger, not so much. Stick to the seafood. And let the kids do the sticker scavenger hunt after your meal.

Food was terrible: one order was fish & chips, so we got totally cold fries and huge crunchy piece of something uneatable with tasteless pieces of boiled fish incide , looks totally separate from each other ...second order was grilled chicken with roasted peppers....big dry piece of chicken..yes, we got replaced our fries, but we wasted there $40 and our time.

Try the pulled pork sandwich paired with the Cape May IPA! Those Old Bay fries go good with everything and the beachfront vibe and fun and friendly staff have kept us coming back year after year. Open again after quarantine and tasting better than ever! Show love for your local boardwalk businesses this summer!

I went here a few times last week just for the atmosphere and weekly specials. The service was overall bad. I am not the one to complain but the waiters/waitresses would completely ignore us. We were sent upstairs because we wanted to be on the deck where we waited to be seated by another waitress. Nobody seated us so we had to go find someone. The tables and seats upstairs were soaked from the storm that was earlier that day. I asked for a cloth to dry it off. She took about 10 minutes to come back. Mind you, it was not busy at all. There was only one other table with people up there. She came back and handed me the towel to wipe down my table with. The staff was pretty clueless. I don t like to complain but this was just not good. I love the atmosphere and the location of it but the customer service was lacking.

Food is not good...tasted like food from a package "pre cooked frozen food in a fryer" drinks are ok... nothing great... pricey and not worth it....go to Mack's Pizza if you're hungry. Rest rooms upstairs...not customer friendly...look for a different place to eat if u want to sit and eat.

Just stay away from this dump. Chicken tenders were just deep fried rubber chunks. It was like chewing on a dried non-lubricated condom. I know everything is supposed taste like chicken, but this taste like something found inside a inner city port a potty at a pork and bean festival. Very disappointed to say the least, I didn't know you could buy frozen greater value chicken tenders outside of Walmart. I'm on my way to the doctors to get a penicillin injection just to be safe.

We had Happy Hour margaritas (a really good deal!) and pretty decent boardwalk food. The tables were well spaced apart outside, but some staff had their masks below their nose.

Fish bowl is an amazing drink and the ladies working the bar upstairs are friendly and fast.

I eat a lot of wings. It is my go to item on a menu. They had the worst wings I have ever had. Their wings did not have much meat to them. It was a very skinny wing. I posted a picture of the wings and they may look big but if you look closer, they are pretty meatless. The service was poor. Not many people were there and it took the waiter a long time to get to us and bring food. Waiting 20+ minutes for food in an empty restaurant is pretty bad.

Great place for drinks but that's about it. My wife ordered a burger from there a few years ago and got food poisoning beware!

Definitely "boardwalk" prices (read: overpriced). Slow service, very mediocre food. Fries were pretty bad. Not recommended.

While the bar looks neat & tidy, everyone seemed friendly, BARTENDER was GREAT.... there was a problem! My Husband & I watched a small, blonde, waitress, in a light pink shirt, dump what was left of a strawberry daiquiri in someone's cup, into a blender (the bartender left on the bar) with the same drink in it!! As a bartender I was DISGUSTED!! I said something to the waitress immediately & she said "it's ok, she'll just mix it all back up" WTF?!?! It was so casual to her, it came across as if this was "industry standard." Now I KNOW why my pina colada was a lil pink! I think MANAGEMENT needs to address this issue cause I will be contacting the health inspector! It's gross & no where near sanitary! Talk about cross contamination!

Good fish tacos. Tuna was not overcooked, seasoned fries were tasty. Fishbowl drink wasn't bad either!

Excellent food with prompt service in the beginning of the meal and during it. Service to pay the bill and leave afterwards was the opposite, however. Not that you would want to leave too soon before allowing yourself(adults only) a chance to try their famous Fish Bowl cocktails. All servers were pleasant,friendly, and more than happy to accommodate seating in any one of their outdoor areas. We chose the patio, which was on the "ground level" of the pier.

Excellent drinks and food! Capt'n Colada and coconut shrimp are the best! Wednesday they have 50 cent wing's. Open deck and a lot of tv's.

Ambiance is great and the location is nice but the food is borderline terrible. Our burgers were overcooked and dry. They do have a decent beer selection

After walking the boardwalk all day had to stop in and enjoyed a nice cold drink,nice place plus the music was nice too...

Good food and a GREAT waitress! We had the best table in the house -- 2nd floor, in the corner. Great view of the ocean and Morey's Pier. Sabrina was very personable, friendly, and talkative towards us. She made recommendations on what to get but felt bad when she recommended something that my wife is allergic to. Great job Sabrina!!!

Food was really cold, not much else I can say that s nice sadly. The mojito s my friends and I had were really bland. Great location, the vibe here is awesome. When they have fireworks it s a great spot to view them, so for that 2 stars.

We stop here every vacation to Wildwood, a few times. This place has great out door eating but still sheltered from the sun. A great place to grab a fish bowl and fried pickles and enjoy the breeze and views.

$.49 Wings on Wednesdays, Sweet Chile style was my fav!

My husband and I ate here recently and had a great time. It was a Friday night so we had an excellent view of the fireworks and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Our dinner of blackened mahi with pineapple relish and fish and chips were delicious. The reason we didn't give it 5 stars is because our calamari appetizer was not very good. The rings were too big and too tough and chewy, we could barely cut them. We will definitely be back though!

Always have a good experience here. Good food, big portions, nice location, friendly staff. A must for anyone visiting the boardwalk.

Just go to the up to the upper level and all is good!
