The fried pickles were good as well as the watermelon crush. All else was not worth the stop
In. Pulled pork sliders blah the fries that were cooked were good but most seemed to be still raw. Plus they add a % to your bill when using a credit card. With that said the server got less of a tip, although our server seemed like she d like to be anywhere but work.

Server barely ever came to check in on us but the food was great!

went to this place with my friends, the menu sounded really good. we asked if there was a wait and they asked us if we we re drinking, we said no, we should ve said yes. my 2 friends got the mac and cheese skillets and they sounded good but they tasted like the fake packaged cheese. not good. my burger had a wierd taste that i can t really explain it was not good neither was my other friends burger. their fishbowl drinks looked really good though!

My family and I came here on a weekend vacation. We all ordered different dishes and we were all dissatisfied. I ordered the fish tacos and my tacos tasted like they were made with tunafish. I also ordered for myself a strawberry mule and it tasted like only syrup. My mother ordered the Mac and cheeseburger and she had to send back the whole meal. I do not recommend this establishment

Waiter was rude so I really didn't want to stay but I still ordered and was charged ,$58.88 for 2 fish bowls look at my bank statement and $68.88 was charged when I only approved them to swipe for my total. I've been calling to have the problem fixed for 2 day's. First and last time trying this place

One of the few places you can get a beer on the Wildwood boardwalk. Food is ok. Nice view of beach on second floor and nice place to sit and people watch on boardwalk on first floor. Would go back.

The food was,really good especially the crab dip and coconut shrimp. The waitress was attentive but miserable perhaps a bad day.indo,recommend this price is above above average 11 to 20 a meal or apps

Host at the door did not really greet and the first thing she said was we can only order fried dishes from the menu. It was around 7p and if I'm not mistaken they close at 9p so not sure why. We sat for 30min with not one server coming to our table before we left.

I just want to say thank you CJ s restaurant for a great experience and perfect hospitality from your staff and managers. The food is great and the waiters that served us (Chris on Friday and forget the young lady name I m sorry that served us Saturday). Looking forward for next year when me and my wife are back for are 22nd anniversary.

As appealing as it looks do not go to this place the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. The drinks were great but we sat there for an hour and they gave us our tab for $24 then charged our card for $31...

This place is located right on the boardwalk facing the ocean, but your views are kind of obscured by buildings around it. Nice beach vibes though, good tropical cocktails, and typical bar food. It's a nice place to stop by if you want to ait down and get a drink or grab a bite.

My family and i were there the last Sunday night in August. We were seated outside. After 10 minutes someone came to ask if a server had come over yet. After telling her no, she apologized and said she would send someone over right away, 5 minutes later we left. Went to Joe's Fish Co. Were seated right away, server came right over and the food was very good.

Update: food was good, but took forever to come out. And they are the only restaurant I've ever been to that charges 2.5% for using a card.

We weren't expecting much from this boardwalk restaurant. But the service was great, the food was really good and came out fast, and prices weren't crazy high. Request the sit upstairs. There is a really nice bar area with tables and nice views.

Nothing special about the food, the drinks are definitely the draw here so if you're not looking to drink, it's mediocre. Pricy but expected given that it's on the boardwalk. Overall good atmosphere with a nice view of the beach from the deck, but the food isn't too exciting.

Drinks were watery, seafood was rancid, out of most things on the menu and missing items on the plate. You can find better options for the price.

Food and drinks we're good service was a little sketchy and they weren't busy and we sat at the bar which was really dead, didn't get plates or silverware for our food, it'll be a while before we return.

We went with a large group on Thursday. We requested separate checks. We had 3 people on our check. We had 1 beer, 2 mixed drinks. Our check was $24.32. Courtney was our server. We got our check and paid it and gave her a $5.00 tip! A hour later our friends requested their check and lo and behold were charged for our drinks also. I don't like to do a bad review but I feel we were ripped off!
Good business would be to contact me and refund the $24.32

I thought the food was great for a small menu the fries are really good with old bay seasoning on them. Appetizers are over priced but are still good the alcohol doesn t have prices next to them so it s a mystery till you see the bill. If you want there signature drink The Fishbowl it will run you $28. Still a nice place to checkout when your on the boardwalk if your tired of pizza.

Only came here for the drinks and sat at the bar upstairs. We were lucky enough to come on margarita Mondays and got margaritas for $5. I think it was extra for flavor like mango, strawberry, etc. Frozen Pina colada was really good as well. Sat and watched the soccer game at the bar. Fans were really strong which was nice after waking the boardwalk in the sun. Good laid back atmosphere and one of the few places we saw on the boardwalk to get some alcoholic drinks.

Great atmosphere. Just dont think those stairs going up to live music and drink mix very well.

The food had no special flavors for the prices that are being paid. The coconut shrimp were black from the dirty fryer grease.

Had we been dining in I would have gone into the kitchen and shown the cook how it should be done. I am a classically trained Executive Chef on vacation and I thought I had finally found a great restaurant on the WW boardwalk.

Personally I believe the best food on the Wildwood boardwalk. Great drinks and a notch above the typical bar fare.

Lots of fun, friendly staff, and reasonably priced food and drinks for the boardwalk. The FISHBOWL was not as strong as we feared, but was very drinkable and enjoyable by all. Between the four of us, we drained 3, but none uf us drove home!

Glad we only ordered an appetizer and beers to start... buffalo chicken nachos were gross... chicken was dried out and had a strange texture - served on chips with what looked like blue cheese dressing and wing sauce dumped on it. Lemonade was the artificial stuff. Service was in line with the food quality.

Writing a review while waiting for them to take our check (been over 15 minutes to even get it). In addition to that, getting the food took way too long, about 40 minutes. Nice server, slow service. Food was alright except the burger was cold.

We were there last September and service wasn't terrible buy needed help. We thought because it was out of season. We decided to give it a second chance this year again in September but they won't be getting a third. Our server made us feel uncomfortable. She didn't take someone's drink order with rest even though she was sitting there the whole time. We had kids with us and brought their food out last. We had to go to the bar and get our own drinks because after sitting for at least 20 min our waitress was MIA. The wait time on food was rediculous. The quick lunch we had planned took 2 hours from sitting down to paying check.

Excellent service by Sabrina! Upper deck, great breeze off the ocean! Food was really good! Definitely beats any of the pizza joints on the boardwalk!

Crab cake sandwich is awful! Do not get it. However service is good and Mac n cheese was good good beer and nachos. Philly chicken cheesesteak was yummy too. Just do not order crab cake yuck!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and good drink prices (try the fishbowl!). The food is a bit overpriced compared to its quality. Still overall a place I come back to each year.

Capt'n Jack's is one of the best restaurants located on the boards. The recently expanded 2nd floor is much needed and welcomed. The food here is really good, ranging from apps to sandwiches to entrees, you can easily find something in this menu. I really like their wings and sandwiches. Their drink menu is on another whole level with tons of beers, frozen drinks and you MUST try a Fishbowl. Trust me, you won't be sorry, yes the price is a little expensive but split between two or three guests and it's perfect.

Our daughter came here a week ago and told us how great the place was. Nice breeze on the upper deck. Great tasting food for being on the boardwalk and NOT as pricey as Joe Fish Co. near by. I ordered the Texas Burger and the wife had the Island Quesadillas. We loved the drink - Dirty Banana. - ** 5 Stars **
