Smelled great but service stinks!

Smelled great but service stinks!
Host at the door did not really greet and the first thing she said was we can only order fried dishes from the menu. It was around 7p and if I'm not mistaken they close at 9p so not sure why. We sat for 30min with not one server coming to our table before we left.
