One of the best buying experiences we have ever had. Our sales rep (Ugi) was the most helpful and knowledgeable reps we have dealt with. Explained everything about the car, even helped me set up FordPass. Enjoyed working with them all, from Ugi to the financial department to the young gentleman that explained the radio features and everything that goes along with the electronic systems. Thank you Capital Ford RALEIGH! Looking forward to enjoying our new car!

I recently got a brand new Ford Fusion from Capital Ford and my buying experience was nothing short of great. This is the second time I'm buying a brand new car directly from a Ford dealership. Unlike my first experience at a dealership in California, my agent at Capital Ford was quite helpful without being too pushy or overbearing. The whole process was smooth and they gave me some space and time to think about their offer when I asked for it. There is a reason this dealership is one of the top Ford dealerships in the US.

John B. took extra time to show us options, colors, and financing to help us make a great decision. He promptly returned calls and even texted us with information during the process. My husband and I needed a new car for my growing family and was nervous where to start. We visited multiple dealership and felt like just another number. But then Erwytt Franks, the best sells man I have ever met, walked me through every step and we able to address any issues and concerns I had. We needed to get financed and Erwytt introduced us to Kevin Davis, who explained my payments and how to move forward. I will be coming back for my second car and sending family members and friends. Chris Neal is probably the best car sales person I have met. No pressure, just helped me find what I wanted. He went well above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted. Couldn't ask for a better experience. If I was going to be picky the only thing I would say is signing paper work should be faster. But honestly I didn't mind the wait to sign, because compared to the other dealers I went to in the area this was head and shoulders above everyone else from a customer service stand point.

Until recently, I have been very satisfied with the sales and service. My most recent service experiences have had a severely negative impact. A couple of weeks after taking my car in for routine maintenance, it began stuttering when accelerating and while driving. It turned out to be an issue with the spark plugs being loose, but when I took it back in and had to pay for a "diagnostic," the service manager told me the valve cover gasket needed replacing and quoted me a price 2 to 4 times what it would have cost to have the work done elsewhere, based on later research. Obviously, I did not have the work done that day, and I was assured that continuing to drive the vehicle until I could get it fixed would not leave me stranded. When the issue got worse, and I nearly got stranded a few miles from home, I looked under the hood and found the bolts holding the spark plug covers only partially screwed in, except for one, which was not screwed in at all, lying alongside the spark plug covers. I called the service manager and he did tow my car in and had everything put back together the way it was supposed to be, but when I asked him why no one noticed this before, he said they don't normally check the spark plugs during regular maintenance. But I PAID them to find out why the car was having issues and they somehow "overlooked" the spark plugs. Either the mechanic was incompetent, or it was malicious. Once it was all put back together, it ran just as smooth as the day I drove it off the lot, and they wanted me to pay $1600 for work that was not even the cause of the problem. To get this review posted, I have to give them at least one star, but I would give them zero stars if I could. I will NEVER return to Capital Ford for service.

I went to Capital Ford to look for a new vechile for my daughter who will graduating with her Masters degree in May. Doug meet us and was so great with us he worked hard to put her in a new Ford Fusion that she loved. Several days later I called Doug and asked if he could get me in a new Ford Edge. I gave him the details of what I wanted and he once again worked hard to make it happen. I drove my new Edge home and as I pulled in the driveway realized I had left hundreds of dollars in my trade in. I called him and he Went Through The Trash and found my cash. As long as Doug is selling vechiles I will be buying all my cars throug him. So, if you need a new car or truck go see Doug at Capital Ford!

This was the first service appointment for my 2015 Escape. I am new to the area and chose Capital Ford based on the extremely convenient hours. The staff was extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional. My service advisor, Austin Williams, not only answered questions about my services, but also some general questions that I had being new to the state. I waited for my vehicle and the customer lounge blew me away! This, was by far, the best service experience that I have had at any Ford dealership in my 20 years of being a loyal Ford owner...in four different states and out of countless dealerships. I have certainly found my service center in Raleigh!

Spencer, my salesman, did a great job finding an F-150 that fit my wants/needs and still within budget. He answered questions quickly, and found answers if he did not know.

I was given a competitive price for my trade-in.

Lew handled all of the paperwork and financing. He did an incredible job answering some very specific questions I had concerning extended protection plans, financing requirements, etc.

Overall, I had a great experience. I had visited several (7+) other dealerships looking for a truck, countless hours online searching, and didn't find anything. One afternoon at Capital Ford and I left with the vehicle I wanted.

I bought a vehicle on Nov 20. First the dealership would not honor the price on their website. When the sale was final, I was then told the car came with only one key and if I wanted another it would be $250. Thirty days later, the temporary plates expired and I was told they would overnight me new ones and in the same breath said the title had to come from Alaska and with holidays approaching the mail would be really slow but it WILL be here by the end of the year. The end of the year produced no title but I was told it should be here before the temporary runs out. The temporary is 2 days away from running out and no plate. I own this vehicle, no lien, but I have no title. This is illegal business practices.

TERRIBLE customer service! Stopped buy to check out the 2015 mustangs. spoke to one of the sales guys who directed me to the used cars and said to speak with a used car salesmen. Went over to the used cars no one came up to me. Seemed as if they thought I was a joke or looked like I was not serious. Their were about 3-5 sales guys all smoking just ignoring me. Needless to say I headed over to crossroads ford in Cary and got great deal and came home with a 2015 mustang GT and I and very happy with my purchase :)) in conclusion don't judge a book by its cover.

My salesman Bronson McClain was phenomenal. The process was seemingly painless and not lengthy because I had already filled out the loan application, and had all necessary paperwork in hand. He was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and quick. He also multitasks incredibly well! Got me the car I wanted at a very good deal, even threw in some ultra nice floor mats for me (bought a SUV and got all terrain mats, was super stoked) No haggling or high pressure. Told him what I was looking for, my price point and he made it happen. I am over the moon about my whole experience and salesman! Highly recommend Mr.McClain and Capital Ford ;)

For last 15 years I have had all of the service performed on my vehicles at Capital Ford. They know I like to keep my vehicles in top shape and I keep my Fords for a long time. The service department does a great job. Before I traded my 2006 F150 with 200K miles for a 2015, I talked to the mechanics. I had to warm up to the EcoBoost engine idea. There was never a doubt about whether I was buying a Ford or not. Which engine was the question? All I can say is that the mechanics were right, it's a strong motor that gets much better gas mileage than the 5.4. EcoBoost -- 'Strong like bull.'

I purchased my 2015 Ford Fusion in June 2016. This was the worst mistake I could have made. My car has been in and out of the shop four times due to a potential transmission issue. They replaced a part in the transmission that should have resolved the issue but it didn't. My car does a hard shifting from Park to Reverse or reverse to drive, as if it's a hard thud noise. Many people have witnessed this issue and agreed that a new car should not perform in this manner. Also when trying to pick up speed or passing a car, there is a slight delay or thud as if the gear is slipping or not catching. Of course they don't see or can find anything wrong with the car the other times it has been seen. I was out of town and my car was doing the same issues as stated. This does not make me feel sure that I can depend on my car to last me for many years if I'm already having this issue two months into me getting this vehicle. I would love to get out of this vehicle and into something different because this seems to be a issue that will never get resolved. I'm not sure of what else to do at this point but I am definitely not satisfied with my purchase.

I have been using Capital Ford for my service for many many years. I purchase my new cars from Capital Ford because I can depend on them for excellent accurate service. I buy my tires from them also for this reason. James Challacombe is my service adviser and he gives me super service and advice I can depend on to keep my Ford in tip top shape.

Awful customer service, made me and my wife feel like we were unwelcome, and wouldn't even let us look at the car we were interested in before we got approval from a bank to be financed. There are a hundred dealerships in Raleigh and this one is by far the worst we have ever been too. We bought our Shelby gt500 elsewhere and we'll be buying our next car elsewhere as well.

Friendly personal and straight forward. There is no pressure, I don't have to be on the lot, we communicate electronically. I love that everything is ready when I get there.
Capital Ford sells so many cars that they are a little profit on hundreds of transactions; not trying to retire on this one transaction. They'll find all available incentives and maximize your trade-in value to move cars/trucks.

I bought my Ford Explorer from Capital Ford and was pleased with the level of service from our salesperson, Wally. They were able to call a sister store to find the color combination I was looking for and sent a driver the next day to retrieve the car BEFORE I signed so that I could sit in THE car before buying it. Very pleased with my purchase and the experience. I plan to return to this dealership when looking for a safe sturdy car for my teenage driver.

I got approved for a loan I got insurance for the car and shortly after they sold the car that I got approved for and insured but thats not even the only thing they ran my credit like 5 or 6 times and now I have 4 more hard inquiries. my credit is not as good as it use to be and have not heard of any solution for this problem. I do not recommend online financing.

They actually listen to your needs - I told the Sales Manager Andy exactly what I needed and within 30 minutes I was signing my contract and heading home with my new purchase. They are knowledgeable, trust worthy and just down right great people. So if you are looking for a hassle free buying experience then Capital Ford is the place to go.

4 stars because while I really wanted to pick the car up the next day, and told them that a number of times, they had me sign everything that night.

Usually my experiences are great. This last time it took a little longer to get a response. After calling a few times I finally got a manager. He worked with me and I was really pleased.! The service is always good and the service department personnel on site are always friendly and helpful. I think my biggest issue this time was the customer service on the phone! My messages were not relayed to who I needed to speak to. After my third try I finally reached the manager, who, like I said worked with me and things worked out great.

Yesterday, we purchased a preowned car for our almost 16-yr old son. Ken Ulrich walked out to greet us, and we immediately clicked. Ken was very personable as well as patient. I bought my 2013 Ford Fusion used at another dealer. I had one unsatisfactory visit three years ago when my appointment was not scheduled correctly and said I would never go back. Well, I did go back several times recently for service work and new tires and things have improved a lot since my first visit a couple of years ago. I have been happy with the scheduling person on the phone, the service and the followup phone calls making sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.

I had a no haggle, no hassle experience at Capital Ford. I was hesitant to go to a bigger dealership because i did not want to be just another number or overwhelmed by high pressure sales tactics. But Terry and the Capital Ford team were anything but! They got me in the car i wanted for the price I wanted and I felt like all I really had to do was show up, test drive, and sign. The rate I received was reasonable and better than the other two approvals I received before I came into Capital Ford. I have no regrets about my purchase and I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Alot of dealerships hook you with one car but only qualify you for the ones that will be hard to sale, otherwise. NOT the case with capital ford and I love MY NEW CAR!!!!! Color, style, mileage, features... ALL OF IT!!

They got me a loaner car when I needed it!
That guy Will is the real deal Holyfield!
They have me in a loaner car, that's almost the exact same replica of my car.
I picked up my car today and they do d what was necessary, to get my car called Grace running right. My 2020 Fusion is up, and running good.
Like I said that man Will, is the real deal Holyfield!
I came on the door and was greeted by this talk nice looking gentleman, with a beautiful smile.
I had a pleasant experience, I really did.
These men's mamas raised them up right!

When My Dad and I first got there we started talking to Ken Ulrich. He asked us what we were lookin for and in what price range . We told him and he started showing us a few cars that were there. After going through about 3 to 5 we narrowed a few down and finally settled on the 2016 Kia Forte. This car everything that I was looking for and then some and completely within the price range .
I test drove the car and we went in to talk business . After getting information and finding out how much we wanted to put down and the monthly Payment I was comfortable with he sent the info off to see what could be done.
As we waited he offered us coffee , Water and ICECREAM!
He sat and talked with us just like we had known him forever . Never was he pushy or made us feel like he was a car salesman just trying to make a sale . I explained my situation and he genuinely seemed to care.
Our info was sent over to Sean Shores and while we waited Ken walked by grabbed the keys and said he was gonna get it cleaned up for me. I was a little confused and I asked is that a good thing? And everything is good? He smiles and said oh yes. I was so happy I almost started crying .
Then Sean called us in to talk numbers and when he told me base payment and the W & G Payment , I asked for the w&g to be explain. I like that but it was a little more than what I was comfortable with so he reworked it and managed to get it down alittle more to what I was more comfortable with. I am ecstatic.
He got all the paper work done signed and finalized in no time .
Sean is a very sweet and personable employee . He as well made us feel at ease and like he had known us for ever . Both himself and Ken were wonder and made my day!
Ken walked me out to the car took time to help me sync my phone and get my car set for me as well as explained some of the features that I was unsure about . He even took a picture with us and the car.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you so much Ken, Sean and everyone at Capital Ford . You all are wonderful. I will definitely be sure to tell everyone to go to you guys .

I had to bring my car to be serviced and on that day not knowing I would need a vehicle to get back forth to work Austin in the service department was just great and was able in a few minutes to have my needs met, mind you he had other customers in line. My service with Ford was just excellent.

Worst experience ever, I spent the whole day getting processed for the car. Finally in the evening we got approved, and we signed the papers and got the car and everything. After getting the car, two days later Mike vevurka (finance manager) called me saying we weren't approved after all this hard work. So we had to return the car after it all.
