The ppl there don't care about helping the students even though it there job they would rather you fail so the college can make more money it kinda a joke I can't believe how unprofessional the management is and those dorks that think they are cops you stop for a min and you get harassment place is a joke spend the money go to a better college
Great experience there today! I had no clue they served breakfast, but it was wonderful and Erica was an amazing server! Very thoughtful and even chatted with us for a couple minutes about programs and such.
Disclaimer: opinion coming from a former CSI Board of Director..... The union has gone very downhill in my opinion, their singular focus has made them a very specifically tailored student union and they are NOT representing the interests of the entire student population, evidence of this can be documented by their incessant need to push the U-Pass forward, what a terrible deal for driver's, but as long as the brown students are hapoy, that's what matters right? After all CSI spent an exorbitant amount of money making sure everyone could be shuttled in from the surrounding areas to attend the Diwali festivities... Note they didn't do that for a single Remembrance Day ceremony in the region and probably won't do it for National Indigenous Day (which they put down in the planners on the wrong date) it's time CSI started representing ALL student's again!!!!!

The Venue has absolutely terrible service. The only good work staff here is Jackie. The rest are god awful. Food is okay and the only reason it gets any stars. If you go here, only go to the bar side for great service by Jackie. Avoid the rest.
Slow sevice, messed up our order, forgot my glass of water. Not impressed.

Very good campus . Besf for learning . All facilities available Moreover you can do fun there . There are so many games available in the Den like vedio games etc Moreover library available for the study . One big cafeteria there . One big jimm and near the zim one big indoor playground and one track around the playground i like it really this is best for students .
waitress took 15min to take our order because she couldn t stop socializing with people at another table. employee had to ask her to take our orders because she wasn t doing her job. after we ordered it took 25min to make loaded fries and a poutine when in the past it took 5-7min. the place is freezing cold and not comfortable. honestly I wanted to leave asap. when I got the food it wasn t very warm and to top it all off the portion sizes were very small. I wish I went somewhere else because I m still hungry
