I bought my 2013 Ford Fusion used at another dealer. I had one unsatisfactory visit three years ago when my appointment was not scheduled correctly and said I would never go back. Well, I did go back several times recently for service work and new tires and things have improved a lot since my first visit a couple of years ago. I have been happy with the scheduling person on the phone, the service and the followup phone calls making sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.
