Great place to stay, great staff and everything, totally recommend here to stay for a few day even weeks!

Capella is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in Singapore. The staff is very warm and caring, Excellent service and this hotel is pet friendly! If you are looking for a luxurious getaway in the midst of lush green forest with a beautiful sea view, this is the place to be with your loved ones. Oh yes! and do watch out for beautiful peacocks walking around the property.

My husband and I stayed here for our 5th wedding anniversary for 2 nights. Despite telling them it was going to be our 5th wedding anniversary via booking.com and via call prior to our stay, I was waiting all day but there was nothing given not even a congratulation.I didn t expect free champagne or a cake but a little card / congratulation smile would do. My previous stay for our previous anniversary in other cheaper hotel was way more interesting. We couldn t travel overseas hence we chose to stay in Capella to feel special in our big day yet it was disappointing.

Room was nice with sea view and service was amazing.

Quiet and laid back. Small lobby and only 2 storey high.

Stayed at Capella early this year in January! Great hotel, clean rooms and excellent service.

Great service and food during the wedding banquet. Nice space and ambience in the manor.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities but the staffs service not up to standard, waited more than 1.5hours to get the broken chair to be change in the room. Air-conditional fan not working at mid night, woke up with sweat for the 3 nights.
Breakfast team are very slow, all food were not ready by 6:30am and the breakfast area is stink, it smell like wet clothes leaf over night.

Extremely disappointed as we booked this hotel for your honeymoon(if only we could just have had our honeymoon not in Singapore)From the moment we reach the hotel till the checkout,we didn t feel special.There was nothing for us to feel like we actually are here for a honeymoon. We booked for a staycation from Monday to Wednesday. Think before spending your money here, many other better hotels in Sentosa that we have frequent and regret choosing Capella for this special occasion. Tip: if you need towels, order more than 30 mins in advance, they take really long.

We spent my birthday here and we loved our stay! Especially loved the room balcony and the glass window facing a huge tree. The whole resort is just so peaceful and tranquil. Other favourites are 1. they have an adult pool 2. Short walk to palawan beach and (via sentosa shuttle) you have plenty of restaurant options 3. There's 3 restaurants/bar in the resort which are also fantastic. Above all this, we find Capella superior to other hotels/resorts in Singapore because of the staff. They are all very nice and accomodating, definitely exceeds our expectation!

It was a very nice hotel, but not flashy.
A turkey will also welcome you to the poolside.
The beach came out right away, we ran in the morning and the breakfast was very delicious!

It's a beautiful experience every time that we have stayed here. This time around was a staycation as a gift from my wife. We spent three nights here in the lap of nature and in the colonial settings. We enjoyed the delicious cuisine at Knoll's and the wine selection at Bob's Bar. Selva and his team are a wonderful host and they took care of our needs inspite of several busy functions going on at the same time. Bob's bar is cosy if you want to sit inside and chat up with the friendly bar masters who will whip up a mean for you. We were lucky to savour some Bacardi Rum served in a unique sailor fashion. I liked the promotion and the way it was conducted. The marketing from Bacardi should host more promotions with Capella. We were invited to the Afternoon high tea and Nuruul was a fabulous hostess. Sadly I cannot say the same about another person who butted into our relaxing time at the living room and had a very wrong attitude and couldn't convey herself properly. She explained there was tea and we acknowledged to the fact. Then made some gesture and said "so...?" Would have liked to minimise our interaction. Her body language, manner of speaking and behaviour put us off. Anyways, the rest of the team are fabulous. The front desk team and the concierge Mr. Tan are all wonderful people. We love Capella.

Attended a wedding here. It's just so peaceful here. The view, the rooms, the grounds feel so considered.

We went to Capella Singapore for an evening of drinks at the hotel's Cuban themed bar called the Bob's bar. Then later we went to The Knolls, located right below Bob's bar for a nice dinner. The restaurant and the bar both are located at a nice and scenic spot overlooking the beautiful sea. We had a great experience at both the places and the thing that stood out the most was the excellent service at both the places. It is very rare to find such places with good customer service in Singapore. If you are looking to spend a nice evening away from the CBD area, this is the place to be.

5 star hotel with amazing service and great infrastructure.

The overall experience is great ! Wonderful place to stay and there are all sorts of beautiful decorations. It looks nice and elegant ! I would recommend my friends for visiting this again.

Generally good service and some of the staff, especially housekeeping dept, are exceptionally helpful and going extra mile to make us feel very welcome.
Only not so good experience was some guests were very rowdy, even at about 2am, and disturbed our rest. Another guest shouted to them twice before the noise eventually subsided. Regrettably, the noise returned at early morning, before the group went off.

Really atas place. It's quiet and the ball rooms are really nice.

I stayed in this hotel 2 weeks ago . Having special rate of 1800 $ per night I 1) did not have my room cleaned when I requested 2) had a long discussion with reception on why the breakfast was not included although i was told I had it during booking process 3) they did not let me to check out earlier as they had 48 hr cancellation policy. For this money it was terrible service and bad impression. Will never go back and /or recommend it .

I came to ask for a tour round the facility for my wedding celebration and wanted to see rooms that could fit 20 for solemnisation and I was told that the hotel had a no party policy and the none of the rooms could fit 20pax. What rubbish! My Friend did her birthday party here some time back and it was ok. I'm disappointed how the hotel staff communicated this to me. What a turn off!

The hotel has a beautiful view and better service. Especially the waiter in the housekeeping department made me feel like returning to my second home. Call for Capella

It was still regrettable that I stayed here for only 2 nights.
Friendly reception, beautifully prepared landscaping, music and delicious food. It was a perfect hotel. (Eat the atmosphere)
As soon as I checked in, I was attracted to the fortress-like hotel and canceled all the schedules and enjoyed the vacation.

Dinner at The knolls was also enjoyed with friendly explanations.

I didn't expect it because the breakfast wasn't too good, but I really enjoyed it.
The instant menu was also delicious, and thanks to the friendly staff, I was able to start the morning happily.

And while swimming, I was hungry and ordered a hamburger, but it was so delicious that we decided to visit the Capella Hotel again to eat a hamburger :) (Please try the juicy burger..)

Thanks to the Capella Hotel, I was happy while traveling and wanted to visit Singapore again.

If I come back to Singapore, I will only stay here while traveling ;)

The reason for removing one star was the outdoor unit outside the room location, so the sound was too loud.

I have stayed more than a couple of times in Capella Sentosa with my husband, and it always exceeds our expectations.
The modern facilities, the beautiful surroundings, the impecable service, the food, the staff...it makes you disconnect, relax and forget that you are still in Singapore!! Our favourite hotel without a doubt. Can t wait to book our next staycation!!

Had a spectacular dinner at Cassia two weeks back. Still reminiscing the wagyu beef and double boiled soup. The manager Bryan in particular stood out and made my night a very special one - my parents from Sabah had only praises for him.

One of the greatest hotels in Singapore. Amazing views, spa and the brunch.

Had the afternoon tea at the Cassia. Food was average for the price but the scones were exceptionally disappointing. Service was good but slightly over-attentive - my friend and I were interrupted several times in the middle of our conversation.

Was at one of the event lately, saw one of the manager with a black blazer scolding a banquet server using profanity. Absolutely breathtaking, their management is awful!!!

Very beautifully decorated hotel. Rooms are very spacious. The wagyu beef burger is very delicious. We are considering spending our wedding anniversary at this fabulous hotel again on 9/9.....

Beautiful resort with service befitting a luxury hotel.

What more can I say about this hotel. Imagine yourself waking up to that insanely huge sweeping window and view. Great hospitality too.

The villa was located in a private area overlooking luscious greenery.

The decor of the hotel was excellent, a great balance between old rustic charm and modern achitecture. Staff that we met were all professional and helpful. Our meal at Cassia was examplary chinese cuisine. Price was on the higher side, but the quality of food was undoubtedly worth it.

Nice serenity surrounding. Villa is comfortable. Pool is small though.

My family and I had a terrible experience here. We came here for a long weekend get away and booked two villas. We were given key to one villa. And asked to wait for the key of second villa. The key never come. We were not told that we have to wait this long. Make many calls and the answer is that they are checking. This experience totally ruined our long weekend. We ended up just sitting around and wait. Never have a chance to see what the hotel has to offer. Honestly don't know what this hotel is all about. Probably the worst resort experience I had. Never before that we had this kind of bad experience with a resort that claim to be the leading hotel in Singapore. We have been to many luxury hotel/resort in the regions. Never have this kind of bad experience before.

You can't think of a luxury hotel in Singapore except here.
If you say you are staying at Marina Bay Sands, I do not think that it is envious much, but Capella is envious.

It will be moved by a cart to the room of the villa type made on a spacious site, it is so wide. All the on-site restaurants are expensive but delicious, but in a way that's why it's nice because it's relatively open except for Sunday brunch.
(Because the delicious places in Singapore are usually crowded)

I think it is perfect for those who want to spend time at a luxury hotel.

They couldn't do more for you. Looking forward to returning one day.

I found this chic yet utterly homey room in the Capella when I decided to run away from my flat for a weekend,
Huge glass pane and a door opens to a veranda, birds chirping, sultry breeze, sunlight kisses the warm huge sofa in front of one of the most comfy mattress besides mine at home :) Nordaq water in glass milk bottle container reminds me of my formative years schooling in the land of milk & honey.
Then there is a superbly curated breakfast at The Knolls overlooking the inviting turquoise pool......and Bob's fabulous whiskey based cocktails just at the bend...its like ground hog day on a sunny Saturday afternoon under the cabana.
I love it to bits and every resident should totally do a staycation at Capella, it's a gem in out own home turf!!!

It's probably my 3rd or 4th time staying here ( staycation). I think the management has to be proud of their staff. They are very polite and well mannered. The room is always clean and the amenities are top notch. The drinking glasses are clean with no water marks or whatsoever.

A great resort hotel, great for relaxation, enjoy with beautiful surrounding. Enjoyable for both young and olds. Good food, drinks and pleassnt surroundings. Some rooms hsve indoor jacuzxi. service is good.

Remote and exclusive venue. However, extremely peaceful though expensive. Overall a great place to relax and chill out.

Went for a conference. Nestled in a quiet location. Very near the bridge linking to the main island so it's quite convenient. Clean and classy. Air conditioning was a bit cold at the event.

Beautiful venue for Sunday brunch buffet sat The Knolls. It is pricey but certainly an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore.

Went to visit the historical place of the Trump & Kim Singapore Summit. The hotel is located near to the entrance to Sentosa Island and resting on top of a small hill. You dont see it till you go into the compound. Serene and quiet.
