Quiet and tranquil. Non intrusive attention. Ultimate luxury.
Attended a wedding lunch. I really liked that the food was pretty healthy and the location felt like an escape from the hustle of the city life.
It was a really nice and luxurious place.
Very satisfied ^^
Amazing service and comfort. Unlimited mini bar and top notch service. Buffet breakfast is the best you can ever get.
A very fascinating backdrop and an exclusive hotel nestled on Sentosa! Well trained staff. Will bring my friends next time
Capella is truly an idyllic escape from the main bustle of Sentosa. It consists of a mix of hotel rooms, garden villas, club suites and standalone luxury villas, all cleverly tucked into little pockets of privacy amongst the sprawling grounds surrounded by lush tropical greenery. It's perfect for upscale lunches and exclusive events (it has a lovely ballroom). While albeit pricier than most SG hotels, it's one you should treat yourself too every once in a while!
Definitely one of the best in Singapore - private and luxurious.
Had my wedding party at The Knolls, Capella over the weekends. Could I just conclude that the experience is such a memorable one, one that I will never forget. Not just bcos of the venue, environment. But also the people whom we've gotten to work with.
Mr Dennis, Ms Swen and Ms Suhaila, as with all other wait staff at the hotel and the restaurant. You guys have made our hearts so full and our wedding party such a successful one. Even though there was some hiccup regarding the Sea view room which we had booked for initially, the entire team we came across flaunted their problem solving skills and solved each problem for us as they came.
Especially to Mr Dennis, Ms Swen and Ms Suhaila: your fantabulous service left us so touched and yet at the same time, impressed. The hospitality you've shown was more like that of family, than merely service providers. No exaggerating that. Down to the smallest detail, you've got them covered. Our heartfelt thank you. Thank you, Capella
Service staff should not be uninformed of events taking place
Was at the grand ball room for a wedding. Great service and food.
Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The Garden villas with the plunge pool are perfect if you are looking for a little privacy. The staff couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The spa is excellent and the swimming pools and restaurants are very very good.
Good time is flowing
Great for getting away from the hustle and bustle
We booked for a staycation to celebrate our wedding anniversary here and it was absolutely amazing and worth every dollar spent - and actually even more as we received a very kind upgrade from the staff and management at Capella. The views and surroundings with the Capella grounds evoke a great sense of beauty and serenity which left us feeling really absolutely relaxed like we were truly on a holiday away from home.
Even with restrictions due to the safe management guidelines, the staff on the ground went out of their way to make sure we were absolutely comfortable without any inconvenience. Service was top notch and thoughtful with both the little gestures and the grand -such as preparing a special surprise in the room for our anniversary celebrations. My parents paid us a visit for a drink at the bar as it was my mom's birthday and the staff surprised her with a small birthday cake as well.
Truly a wonderful experience and proud to have a hotel like Capella in Singapore. Well done and thank you for a lovely stay and time of rejuvenation!
Very quiet place to be at, if you are the type that like quiet. Service performance also good
The room was very clean and the services was very good
When I visited Capella I was astounded. It s a very beautiful hotel like no other. If you love nature, you will really enjoy this place. Their infinity pools are so gorgeous (very Instagramable!) wherein you ll be gazing up on an amazing harbor view plus it is near Palawan Beach (If you re a beach bum like me, this is the place in Singapore to visit!) Thank you for your staff Jevy for assisting me showing me around the property. I will be coming back with my whole family for sure!
Beautiful surrounds, excellent service! Special service accorded for my dogs at this pet-friendly hotel!
I just wandered onto the property about a week after the US and North Korea Summit took place here. Everyone was very nice and let me walk around and take photos. The place is beautiful. Worth peeking at if you're in the area.
A beautiful resort with excellent contemporary accomodation and first class service. Access to beach and the rest of Sentosa's activities as well as being close to Singapore downtown (10 min in cab). You will not be disappointed.
Rooms are fantastic and the circular ballroom was interesting and lovely. Shuttle service available to vivocity and hotel was located very near the entrance to the island. Great service, as usual.
Really phenomenal staff went out of their way to give us an incredible stay from start to finish
Nice hotel, fantastic view of the ocean but average service
Located in Sentosa Island of Singapore, this Club Residence is an ideal place for gatherings and conferences. Providing spacious venue for conference, as well as great food, it also has majestic views and ambiance. If not for conference, you can have a pleasure of stay and be facilitated with their royal hospitality. Dip in their pool and enjoy the view at the restaurant and their bar.
The massage at the spa was very professional. I felt very relaxed. It's a good place to take a break. What was even better was that they served very healthy food for tea. It is also easily accessible with the shuttle service.
I have not had a chance to stay in this hotel but this hotel became special in 2018 when the Trump-Kim summit was hosted here.
After being here, you should visit Indonesia, more precisely on the island of Bali, because there are many natural beauty is very fascinating..
Nice hotel at Sentosa which is elegant and relaxing..
Booked the constellation room however the jacuzzi either was originally set up as cold water only or that the heating function was broken, either way disappointed. Called the front desk and she said there is no heating function.
Hardware is good. The place makes you feel like outside of Singapore, very relaxing. Room is large. However the service overall needs improvement. Restaurant staff was great but not so much the other ones.
Was asked to settle the hotel room bill twice prob due to operational inefficiency. also didn t get the email receipt as promised. Not pleasant at all given it s a 5 start hotel.
Went to Cappella to attend a wedding dinner. Very posh. Food was OK.
Old world charm in understated luxury. The place is sprawling with little golf carts that get you to and from your opulent apartments unless you prefer to enjoy a gentle stroll. Getting out of the hotel requires some patience if you were planning to hail a ride with Grab or Gojek though.
Absolutely perfect in every way - you get what you pay for though. Just make sure your credit cards have a high enough limit so you don't max them out.
Great place to relax.... a quick taxi to Singapore sightseeing. Their staff is wonderful.
I had a bad experience initially due to a fault with the card system of the entire Hotel. There were also some issues with the front line staff. But I was pleasantly surprised when their General Manager took the time to call me, and apologize for the issues and the bad experience. The management is serious about addressing the issues and providing the best service. I am looking forward to revisit the Capella, to experience renowned service promoted by the hotel on my next visit!
Beautiful hotel but not breath-taking. Service was great but room service food wasn't. The concierge desk is away from the lobby and out of the way. The gym 8s currently in a temporary location with very sparsely equipment and few amenities. When you're paying so much for a room all the small things matter!
Beautiful idyllic and relaxing place, a totally different experience and ambience away from the hustle and bustle of busy Singapore
When you think of Singapore, the modern landscape of the Bay Area, the buildings of Financial Square, and the Marina Bay Sands come to mind.
Sentosa Island is the opposite of that, a modern resort that makes the most of nature, but it had a rather lively image.
This time, when I stayed at Capella, I felt that "Is this Singapore?"
It's quiet, rich in nature, and most of all, Akemi Kazami, which makes me think that I had left the country and came to a foreign island.
I was able to spend a moment like time stopped.
Beautiful peacocks swarmed in the open cafe, entertaining guests.
The restaurant, cafe and bar have a relaxed atmosphere and the staff is friendly, so you can be satisfied with everything.
I was staying on the 5th floor of the hotel building, but before I checked out, a peacock suddenly appeared on the balcony (laughs).
For the first time, I learned that peacocks can fly high.
Please come again.
Of course, I will visit again.
It will be remembered as my life hotel. There is nothing short of hotel facilities to service. I want to go again.
Friendly and professional staff, top quality service ;)
I have lived at Capella for a few months now and cannot wait to leave.
As an environmentally conscious person I recycle every single thing I can and expect a place like this to do the same.
I have been separating all recycling every week and sending it with someone until I finally found out, after months, that they don't recycle and have been lying to me about it from the beginning!
Aside from that, there have been countless bottles of wine and fruit platters sent to the room "With Apologies" because of one mistake after another. Living here has been exhausting. You pick up the phone to make a simple request and are forced to repeat yourself on average about 4 times and they still get it wrong.
I would never stay here again.
Very imposing and Majestic after the meeting of the two leaders
Capella was an amazing experience. Apon arrival all our luggage was taken care for by concierge and we were seated on a couch for the check in process. Once check in was finished we were escorted to our room while explaining our amenities. once in the room we were wowed by how grand the hotel room was. A large room, large bed a long couch with a huge window facing towards the sea. you can also enjoy a bath and a very nice shower with Aesop branded washing lotions. to top it off the room has suround speakers which lighten up the massive, luxury room with high ceilings. Last bu to least all the drinks in the mini bar fridge are complimentary. On the lower floors there are 3 swimming pools that also Offer bar service and a couple restaurants within the resort. for much more reasonable priced meals we took a 10min tram bus along the beach to Beach Station where there are many food options. Capella also offers in room dining and food was of great quality and eating breakfast in your own room with a sea view was quite an experience. After chdck out you're still able to enjoy the hotel amenities for the rest if the day including the pool, gym and "library". the Library is a nice quiet relaxing room above the lobby where you can chill, use internet and eat some tastey desserts. if there were something to improve on that would be the shuttle bus service to vivo city. Long wait times and it seems they missed a bus making us wait for almost 1 hour for a trip back to the hotel. Definitely worth a stay if you are looking for a place to relax on Sentosa.
One of the best resort hotels in Singapore... a hidden gem !!! Fantastic bar and restaurant!!! Highly sophisticated central system that controls everything in the room. Luxurious amenities, perfect for a honeymoon or just a relaxing getaway. LOVE everything but i think our room was haunted haha. Kidding (maybe, maybe not). :-)))
almost every stuff i meet is polite sincerely willing to help trying their best to serve me which make me feel very warming and touching i would say if im staying in singapore hotel again fullerton bay hotel would be my first priority.
Lights out by 10.30 pm because of covid restrictions.
Our stay at Capella is perfect. The staffs were attentive, professional and the service level is easily one of the best in Singapore. The room is clean and spacious, the hotel amenities were awesome. The food is great too. Thank you for turning our simple stay into an amazing experience.
It is recommended not to eat in it, you will regret it, first-class charges, third-class service, fifth-class dishes,
Overall is fantastic. Price for quality. Only thing I'm disappointed is the TV which HAS limited shows/program and is not a smart TV, so cannot stream from phone or YouTube.
Price not cheap despite the island a ghost island now considering the virus effect..attitude towards Asian skin not friendly unless u a Caucasian. As a local sorry I passed this.
I love their service apartment and the size of the room is spacious and comfortable. Service is fabulous and staff is courteous.
We stayed here for 2 nights and we really enjoyed it. It was peaceful and quiet, a really comfortable place for you to relax and unwind.
The location is not very accessible. The nearest bus stop for the Sentosa island bus service is about 10 mins walk, uphill. Not convenient when you have luggages, or if you have young children. Driving in strongly recommended. The hotel offer free parking for hotel guests.
If you are exploring the island, there's only an hourly, outbound-only shuttle bus, and it only brings you to Resort World Sentosa, and then Vivocity. There's no return trip. So yes, driving in is strongly recommended.
