The Sales manager blew me away when I walked in to close on a car they had obtained for me from out of state. He said they noticed a bubble in the chrome of the grill and had already ordered a replacement, and that there were a couple nicks in the windshield that they would take care of. This was on top of the excellent deal negotiated through my salesman. All together this was the best car buying experience of my life.

My initial experience from purchasing the car, I have no complaints. Chris Ulrich took really good care of me. My major problem with my car is the handsfree Bluetooth. I have to use a secondary Bluetooth because no one can hardly hear me. When I contacted the service department the second time I was told the problem could be my phone. I was also told that, that is the way Bluetooths are. I felt like I was not taken seriously. I still have not had it looked at the second time. And for some reason they don't remember the first time we dealt with it. I don't find this car to be very up on technology as my iPod is not supported either.
Best service I ever experienced. Bud McMillan made my wife and I feel a total ease and got us the vehicle we thought we could never have. These guys are amazing. This is our first Honda (CR-V). Garrett was my first point of contact, and was so helpful and sincere, that we drove down that very night to see what they could do for us. Bud was waiting on the curb for us when we drove up! LOL He also was helpful, gracious, and respectful of our time. Every staff member we encountered on the premises smiled and greeted us, asking if we were being assisted. Nick was informative and patient in explaining the various additional programs we could purchase. (I am up by 4:30a, work an intense job, and by 7 p.m. my comprehension is not up to par.) He was patient in re-explaining several items, answering my redundant questions, and not pressuring us into anything. I usually hate the car buying experience because I feel as though I am vulnerable to be taken advantage of. HOWEVER, that was NOT the case with this group of people. Hopefully they will continue to impress me if I ever have an issue!
Dillon was super helpful, took his time explaining all the gadgets, and how to use them! He even called to see how we were liking the car and if we had any questions to feel free to call him, and gave us his number!! He was GREAT!! And I love Honda, will always recommend them to my friends and family!! The service department is AWESOME!!!

Well I expressed to the service department on the phone the importance that I need in making an 8:00a.m.Dr appt in Cape but I also needed to get back to Sikeston in the A.M. so the service department told me if I could have my car at Honda by 7:00A.M. that they would give me a oil change, rotate my tires , change my air filter and wash my car and I would be out and at my 8: 00 A.M. Dr appt and Ladies and Gentlemen they did it and I didn't have to rush HONDA you guys Rock. And Thank You Very Much.

We ve been looking around for a while for a used Honda Pilot, and while in Cape Girardeau for a doctor s a appointment, my husband and I stopped in to take a look. We ve bought several vehicles from them in the past so we asked for Bud, our salesman. We test drove it, went in to do the paperwork and was finished in two and a half hours. Rob was very helpful when I phoned in this morning. He worked me into their very busy schedule. When I arrived 25 mins early, Rob, once again was on the ball. He acknowledged me right away and got right on getting the work I needed done.
Checking out he explained the services I had received and even gave me a complimentary car wash.

I had a recall done for my fit, and the free service along with the recall was excellent. I was unaware that they do a car wash on recall work and my car was absolutely covered in sap but they had it looking like new at the end, and now my airbags won't kill me anymore so its a win win!

I was a traveling from Atlanta to Kansas City. I needed to have a new tire placed due to a bubble on the tires side wall. I called Cape Girardeau Honda and even though i was 90 miles out they were expecting me and greeted me. The staff was very professional including Scott and right on top of things. If it were possible to rate with zero stars that is exactly what I would rate. They have received several five star ratings, not implying that you will have a bad experience dealing with them, simply sharing my experience. After all that is what a rate and review is, right? I will keep this short. We live just over an hour away from the dealership. We were trading in two vehicles. We had agreed upon a price for a new vehicle via phone during the week, told them we would bring our vehicles over on Saturday to get final trade numbers, if they stayed in quoted trade range I was given I was happy to move forward with the transaction, and I told them exactly that. So my wife and I get up on Saturday and head over, driving both our vehicles. We get there and talk to the salesman and hand over our keys so they can do their thing on the trade ins. My wife and drive the vehicle we were looking to buy. Wait around in showroom for a lengthy period of time. We were then told they made a mistake and quoted us the wrong model........aka the old bait and switch. Made zero attempt to rectify the situation by any means. They apologized, but made no effort to say let's see what we can do, could have at least offered to give us some gas since we made a 2 hour round trip for absolutely no reason. Our time was completely wasted by the entire experience. We will be buying that vehicle, but I wonder where we might chose to buy it from (or not buy it from more specifically)? Well I think a logical person can draw that conclusion. In summary, don't be shocked if something is agreed upon (even if there is physical documentation of price) and then it changes before all is said and done.

Curtis was very patient with us while we checked out the Clarity. We visited the dealership four times and had many questions about the new Clarity. Whenever we had a question about the electric technology, if he did not know the answer, he researched it to answer whatever question we had. Very pleased with Cape Honda.

This is truly a 5-star dealership. We were traveling south another 500 miles and our air conditioning was not working. We called from 80 miles away and they told us they would work us in. Anyone traveling knows how hard it is to find a reliable service center and so we were highly pleased with the service and friendliness of this service department. Highly recommend to travelers.

I went in for an oil change and was greeted by Brad (I believe that is his name). He was VERY helpful and kind, as I had a million questions for him and had absolutely no idea what I needed and he was so patient with me, helping me figure out what it was that I needed to get done without repeating and paying for services that I have already received.
