We worked with Vince. He was knowledgeable and helped us get the best deal we could. We were told he had only been there about a month, but we wouldn't have guessed otherwise! Customer service and incentives were exceptional, especially considering we were purchasing a used vehicle. I would recommend Cape Girardeau Honda to my friends and family. Very pleased and satisfied with their business. 10/10

Something new since my last visit is an optical alignment check, at no extra charge. Looks like a nice system. My Honda Fit was in for Recall Service - passenger front airbag. Replaced without any damage to interior; another Honda Fit got some dash scratches during the same service.

New waiting area is nice, with drinks and snacks provided to waiting customers.

They replied with a price to an internet inquiry and this is rare usually 90% of places contacted just try to get you to come in, much respect for the places that will give email prices this got us to check out the vehicle we were considering but it wasn't for us.

Derek Adams always does a great job in helping me prioritize my service needs for my Ridgeline. Derek explains the reason behind every recommendation in a way that i can understand and gives me a heads up for the next visit and what to plan for. I am always impressed with how friendly the whole staff is at Cape Honda. They are always smiling and genuine. It has a happy family atmosphere! At every appointment my vehicle was serviced immediately and wait time was minimal.

Robbie was amazing and super helpful. He went out of his way to make sure the part we needed was in fact out of stock and thankfully his double checking paid off and they had one more pressure sensor for our transmission available. We were from out of town so we were very grateful he double checked so we could get back home on time. Thank you Robbie!!!!

The service I went in for was decent amount of time. No issues. The car wash was a free service and when I expected the car there were dirty spots still on it. No idea on how powerful the car wash is, but it was free and don't know how much good it did.

I want to say that I have to drive an hour and a half to get service at a Honda dealership although there are a couple of others dealerships closer to my home but I value the service that I received at Honda. I especially I want to commend Robbie Gregory for his outstanding service and personal customer carecare.I wish other dealerships had service workers like him he is very genuine and professional in his care I was running late so, I called ahead of time to let him know what my needs were and when I arrived he had everything together and my shuttle service guy Mike was waiting to drop me off I ended up on time for my appointment...again thanks Cape Honda you've got my future support! Our family has purchased two cars from Cape Girardeau Honda, and both times, the sales staff walked us through the process, hassle free. Service has always been friendly and they have been up-front about the price of repairs and maintenance. Sales staff is willing to take the extra time to talk with us, and not rush through the process.

We have owned our van since 2008 and have always had it serviced there. Our saleman, Bud, follows up on us when we are there to see if there is anything he can do for us. I like the service guys the best. Brad always takes great care of us and if he's not available Rob or one of the other guys take care of us. He knows I bring the van in and he has to call my husband for approval and to discuss repairs. It's a pleasure to get the van fixed, other than the bill.

Rob treated us light royalty as usual. Called us when he found another problem that needed to be addressed. ONLY PROBLEM: When I called to make my appointment, I reached the call center. The girl asked for my phone number and called up my account. Then she asked what I wanted done. I told her I needed my car serviced. She then asked me what I wanted done instead of a service tech telling me what it was time to do. I reported this to my salesman and to service. They gave me their cards to call them direct from now on.

Staff was courteous and professional. However we had the tires rotated and when they were done they did not check the tire pressure and the computer reported low tire pressure on the dash. I had to get my air compressor out and balance the pressure on the tires myself after the service. I would expect that to be standard procedure when rotating tires.
