My 2010 Odyssey died 678 miles into a Cape-Joplin ...

My 2010 Odyssey died 678 miles into a Cape-Joplin round trip for a friend's father's funeral. Brad arranged to have Sperling's tow me 112 miles back to Cape, diagnosed the problem as a cracked cylinder head, and he and Rusty worked with Honda corporate to get me some financial help to put a used motor in the car, even though I had more than 120K miles on it.

The guys kept me up to date on the work as it was being done, and got me back out on the road before the New Year arrived. I missed Christmas with my family in Florida, but I'm more than happy with the service and support I received from Cape Honda.

Maybe I can get another 120K miles on it, like i did with my 2000 Odyssey.

P.S. I don't give out many five-star ratings.

Super impressive customer service. Rob and his team were helpful and honest, and my '07 Accord is running like new again! Also, while waiting, I witnessed another associate calm a customer down who was visibly upset about her car issues. He handled it with empathy and understanding and laid out several options to handle the finances. You don't see that level of customer service much these days. I'll definitely be back.

The person i was referred to was great- helpful and willing to listen to what i was looking for. however the friendliness stopped there. was going to buy but apparently you have to pay full price for used cars at this place. being female, i am overly cautious of these situations because unfortunately, a used car salesman is a used car salesman. the management was rude and i will definitely take my business elsewhere

From the very start, Cape Honda has been nothing short of amazing. I bought my first brand new car with them almost two years ago and I have walked away more than satisfied with every interaction I've had with the friendly and professional staff there. Special shout out to Brad and everyone else in the service department. They have been knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly every time I've had my car serviced there.

My a.c. stopped working 2 hours into a 12 hour drive with a 5 and a half month old baby. They were able to fit me in while there were tons of other customers, diagnose what was wrong and fix it along with an airbag recall. I am so thankful to them for fixing everything so quickly and being accommodating to my daughter and I. Everyone was very friendly and offered the shuttle to me many times. I don't know what I would have done without them.

I recently went to "look" for a "used car" and ended up "buying" one four hours later at Cape Girardeau Honda. They make it so easy to get what you want. This will make my fourth HONDA. I love them ESPECIALLY because I know the kind of "after the sale service" they give in their service department.

The used car we purchased is perfect and looks like a new one. Bud McMillan is the best salesperson too. He is on top of everything and wanting to give you the car you want / at the price point you want / with many other features that as a buyer we don't even think about.

I am always impressed with the customer service from Cape Girardeau Honda service techs. Quick - caring - they treat you like a friend. Best ever!

My wife and I took her Honda pilot in for the timing belt to be replaced. When we got it back the power steering pump was acting up, so we took it back in there to be looked at. The power steering was fine before it went into the shop. They told us that there was "signs" of it going out before they messed with the timing belt. However, on the paper from where they did the timing belt they had wrote on there about other stuff needing to be fixed in the future but never once did it say anything about the power steering pump. They told us that they would cover the labor since we just had our timing belt fixed but we still had to pay the $300 something for the part. We had 3 different Mechanics tell us that it had to be something they did when changing the timing belt. 1. No problems with it before it went in the shop. 2. Marked other stuff wrong with the truck on the paper but never said anything about the power steering pump.

As always, the personnel at Cape Honda were very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and making the buying process painless. They never try to sell you something you don't need, and do not use any high pressure sales tactics. The whole buying process was pleasant, and when I'm ready for another new vehicle, I will certainly buy it there.

I went there so you could reset my radio and you wanted to charge me over $150.00 to do it Business like that will never earn you a star from me until the problem is solved which you will charge me or buy a new cd radio and have them put it in. to me I lose

Some folks regard shopping for a new vehicle as a dreaded chore, and I must admit I have been one of those individuals. Shad and Nick were excellent help in getting me the CPO CR-V I was looking for at a price that was within my budget. I know that sometimes they may not have the lowest price but they worked hard to get the price to what I didn t mind paying. There s added value in buying locally and knowing the people at your local dealership know you and your vehicle if you have any questions or have any problems. Shad even came in on his day off to help me with my purchase. Little things like that show the commitment to the sale of a vehicle from the staff. My family has bought 6 vehicles from Cape Honda and I will continue to be a customer with their great team.
