I needed an oil change this morning, but was not ready to schedule the 5000 mile check up. I came about 11:00 A M and requested an oil change, deferring my regular 5000 mile service until later in the week. They were very pleasant to deal with and had me going very shortly. I will be back sometime this week when Brad is back at his desk to complete the full service. All your service men are courteous and helpful. I appreciate being able to work with the same one when possible for continuity. He gets to know the little nuisances that make total service complete.
Last week I had a low tire pressure signal and drove by to see if they could quickly check the air in all tires. They did that immediately and had me on my way in a matter of minutes.

We took our daughters first car, a 2013 Honda Accord manual, to this dealership to have it checked out before she leaves for her out of state job. Imagine our consternation when Brad called from the shop and said that it needs a whole new motor, and it will cost us $4,700. We paid the $140 for the diagnosis, and took it to my nephew who is a mechanic. He said it needed new wires, plugs, and a coil. It cost us a fraction of Honda's quote, and didntneed a new motor at all. Brad said that they have a used motor on hand, and these manual motors are uncommon. We just hope nobody else gets ripped off. I asked for my $140 back and they refused. We were extremely disappointed in their service. You may want to get a second opinion on mechanic work.
As always, the CG Honda service team gives 5 star service. I had an emergency issue today and had to take my car in without an appointment. Brad worked my car in and had it finished by the end of the day. Great service, people you can trust, and your car serviced quickly. What more could you want?
Chris Brown, Rusty and staff really aided me in my CRV battery situattion as I had been having numerous and frustrating occurances of my battery not starting since I purchased it new in August of 2013. They applied an application to enable the car to start when I take shorter trips. I drive to the stores, church, beauty shop and deliver grandchildren somewhere almost every day but the trips were not long enough to properly enable the battery to charge as others apparently do. They provided me with a new battery as the alternator had drained the new battery that was replaced in July, 2017. So far, so good!

Amazing customer experience! We came in with our minds set on one specific vehicle and Vince Turner went above and beyond to make sure it happened! We purchased a 2019 Honda CRV from Cape Girardeau Honda recently. The sales staff was friendly and helpful and we were not pressured. Dillon Holmes was the salesman that helped us with this purchase. Although he has not been there very long he was very professional and knowledgeable.

This is the third used vehicle we have purchased from Cape Girardeau Honda in the last 10 years and we have been completely satisfied with our purchases. Will never buy another Honda. Honda Civic is my first and last Honda. Paint job was recalled- but only on parts of the car...?????? How does this make sense? Am I missing something? Doesn't the entire car have the same paint? So when other areas of the car started having the exact same problem, those parts of the car were conveniently not covered by the recall. Now I have to drive around a car with a polka dot paint job because Honda would not make their wrongs, right. Had to take it all the way to Honda corporate because Cape Girardeau Honda, the dealership where I bought the car, would not do anything to make it right. Honda corporate would NOT either. On another occasion, took car in for airbag recall. Air conditioner was working fine. After recall repair, no air conditioning. When I took it back I was told some valve was broken. Amazingly, when looked into further no valve issue and air conditioner worked again. Always trying to sell up or say things need replaced or repaired on your dime. But not when it is their fault. Very, very disappointed... unhappy and dissatisfied former customer. Will tell everyone I know to never buy a Honda because they do not stand behind their product. Would give ZERO stars if I could but it doesn't give that as an option to complete this review
I spent afternoon looking through car lots and Cape Honda was a breath of fresh air! Curtis was so helpful and so friendly. He really went above and beyond what I expected after my experiences today. While I didn't purchase a vehicle today, I did test drive one I am very much interested in and I know that whatever I decide to do Curtis and Cape Honda will help me make the best decision for me and not their pocket which is so great when it comes to buying from a dealer. 5 stars, top notch service!! The courtesy call from Christian after I got home was also very nice it made me want to go back again and again until I find the right fit for me and my family. I stopped by because I was experiencing a strange air conditioning fan noise. It started sounding like an air plane propeller. The service tech immediately new what the problem was and replaced the a/c filter

The only thing I was disappointed in was the military discount. They do offer $500 but there are stipulations to it. As a widow of a 30 year Marine it is a benefit to me. Which I did not get there.

I feel the same way Brandi does, I know these folks and they do a lot of business in Cape. Their service dept. always gets great reviews from everyone I talk to and I have had great experiences with them. This is one of the best dealerships in Cape.
Just go by sometime and you will see the level of service they provide. If you need proof, they got the Presidents award from Honda. They are the only dealership in Missouri to get it!
I know one thing, if you have a problem, just go to Mike Skelton and he will take care of it!
Having just crossed over into Missouri on I55 the AC on our 2004 Pilot started acting up. Being on vacation and having yet a long way to go, this was very upsetting. I called Cape Girardeau Honda explained the situation and the service department was able to work me in, despite it being a very busy Saturday for them. The AC was fixed (out of Freon), all else checked out just fine. Needless to say I was very relieved to have the AC fixed and back on the road. I feel the service department was friendly and very accommodating to work on our Pilot without an appointment. Thanks again to the service department and Rob Petzoldt.

Genuinely nice employees. I usually hate going to dealerships and dealing with the fake nice show the salesmen put on and how they do whatever they can to suck up to you. But here no one did that. They were all just honest genuine people. When Walmart botched my oil change and ruined parts of my undercarriage, I went to Honda to get the damage fixed. I was clearly upset and the man working was so kind and assured me they could fix everything and even did it for free AND washed my car. They turned a horrible day into an incredible one. I ll never take my car anywhere else and I ll never buy anything but a Honda.
Dont waste your time going here. Was looking at a Honda Odyssey and the salesman said right off the bat."Chrysler vehicles have no value to them. MIND YOU, MY WIFE AND I HAD PULLED UP IN A CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY VAN, that we were thinking about trading in on a Honda Odyssey. The salesman showed us the Odyssey and would tell us it can do this, WELL ours could do everything it could. Then he said yes but yours is old(2015 mind you) This one is new....REALLY... HOW SMART... Recently took in my car for a transmission fluid change. My car was in and out in under an hour! My appointment was at 8am, and before 8:45, I was told my car was ready to go! Very pleased with the turn around time. The staff was great and friendly! This experience helped me start out the day on the right foot.
