A plus to my guy Clay in service over at Cannon Honda. Always professional,polite, and very helpful with ANY situation i may have pertaining to my vehicle. All the employees speak (which isnt as common as it use to be today) and very nice. They've been efficient with their work and estimates, which is all i can ask, so hats off to you all.Might even convence me into trading the 2015 in for a 2020!!!!

The service has been exceptional as well. I took our first car in for an oil change and the Cannon Honda Team was exceptional. Clay Crozier was exceptionally accommodating in getting our vehicle serviced in light of the recent COVID-19 precautions. The Cannon Honda team has provided the best service experience I've had from any car dealership over my past 31 years of driving! I absolutely recommend doing business with Cannon Honda. Charles Hamilton is your guy if you need any vehicle. I met him at the gas station one Friday and this Friday I'm in a 2020 Camry. He's the best and makes everything so convenient. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I was satisfied. Thanks as well to his manager and Mrs. Stephanie. All three went above and beyond to get me riding nicely! This was a first time for me, to buy my own car. As a woman, I had some trepidation that they would treat me differently. My experience couldn't have been any better.

The salesman, Dave Linzy went above and beyond the call to find me the exact vehicle I wanted. He was very helpful in giving me details about the different models and accessories, which helped me cement what I wanted. He was super nice and very approachable.

The business manager, Tyler, was a gem to deal with! No funny business, just straight shooting. He gave necessary information and told us about optional insurances and extended warranties and such; but he wasn't overbearing in any way. He answered all our questions, he broke down costs that weren't broken down the way we wanted them and he was very personable. Tyler was very pleasant to deal with and I appreciated it.

Cannon Honda has been amazing. I have had the best experience with my salesman Dean Abdeen. He made things so fun and easy and sold me a beautiful vehicle with a full warranty .The staff is great and I recommend all my friends and family to go see Dean for any of there car needs. Simply amazing .

Had great experiences with the dealer at the old location. Service department was top notch! HOWEVER... new location, new vibe. After three days of trying to get an appointment for a recall issue on my Accord, I finally got an appointment only to be met with the rudest young lady at the service desk. I was told that even though I had an appointment, it would likely be a big wait because there were others in front of me. Isn't that what an appointment is for? Perhaps she was just upset over the phone call she was having when I entered, which was lengthy and very negative and sounded of a personal nature.
Good luck speaking to a person when you call or getting a response to the voice mail you will likely have to leave, because they aren't answering their phones in the service department. I called a total of 15 times in three days and left three messages with no response. I did submit an online request, and I was called back. I could not answer when they called, but was sent to voicemail when I tried to call back. Again.
To be fair, my car was ready in 45 minutes. I was asked to sign their paperwork, but had to ask for an explanation of the work that was performed. And it seemed like a great imposition for this young lady to have to explain anything further to me. We all have bad days. I get that. But this vehicle is what I transport my children in. It is what I depend on to get to work. I put faith in the Honda name and expect to be treated professionally by the staff.

Got here around 10:30am for my CR-V to be serviced. Still here at 2pm. Car hasn't been touched whatsoever.

I'm an out-of-state college student and getting my car fixed is important to me due to the fact that my home is 8 hours away. But I guess Cannon Honda doesn't really care. If they did, then the service would be wayyyy better.

They had an automobile listed on their website for sale. I called about it multiple times. They say it was out on loan to a customer. I called back multiple multiple times over several days trying to get an update on the vehicle to purchase. When I finally spoke to the sales manager he said that the car had been sold two days prior. I feel that their sales staff does not know what's going on and they never returned any of my phone calls.

November was the first time to Cannon Honda for my husband and I. We purchased a new 2017 Honda Accord Sport Edition that i am absolutely in love with! Dean was our salesman. Dean and I were able to do everything over the phone up front and he found the perfect car for us! Dean and the finance man Tyler stayed late one evening and waited on us to arrive and sign papers(we live out of town). Great people, very helpful, nice! I would recommend anyone to go purchase your next vehicle from Cannon Honda!!

If there were 6 Stars, I will give them 6. The experience I had with the purchase of a used vehicle was great. I have never had anything in the past to compare with concerning the event. Alan did a great job showing the vehicles and explaining the features of each one. We settled on a 2019 with less than 24,000 miles and looked like new. It still smelled new. The price was on target and the financing and warranty policy was better than my expectations could ever imagine. Paperwork was quick and painless. Other vehicles purchased in the past was like signing my life away. Not here. I encourage anyone looking for a new or used auto, go to Alan and tell them I sent you. You will not regret it.

The service department closes at 6:00 pm and I got there 15 min before (cutting it close) I had a nail in my tire and was in a pickle. The staff was awesome and said they would have me done and on my way before closing time. Wow did they do a fantastic job in about 12 minutes. Will be back for sure. Way to go Cannon Honda service Department. Life savers!!

Also car was left there for 4 days and they didn t touch it until AFTER we where supposed to pick it up and still has the same issues as when we dropped it off . My parents bought a new CRV because the service department couldn't fix their Honda van (after months and months of come backs). New CRV was purchases on Sept 5th. As of today (11/8/2017) they still haven't received the title. Every visit and phone call brings nothing but a new excuse. Based on our experiences, this is simply a bad dealership from front to back. I'll update this review the second the title is in my Mom's hand. Get it together, Cannon Honda. Have some pride.

He even drove from Vicksburg to Jackson to pick me up to get the car. Now that's exceptional customer service. He made sure the vehicle was clean and ready to drive off the lot. I purchased a car from Cannon Honda on July 13th. Two days later the check engine light started flashing. There was a recall on the vehicle. I was ok was that. No big deal. My car was in the shop for 10 days. Still no big deal. The issue i have is that the vehicle i traded has not been paid off 3 1/2 weeks later. They have been paid from the finance company but my trade is showing a late payment on my credit report. This has been the worst car buying experience. Its also my first time buying local. Never again!!!! I am expecting some type of contact from Cannon Motors management!!! This is not good business.

Dave is the best he made me feel good about buying a car he went above and beyond to find the right car for me that would exceed all of my needs. I really don't like to car shop and I always feel like dealerships take advantage of me but I can honestly say Dave at Cannon Honda did the opposite. He gave me a great deal on my New Honda Accord far better than anyone else I shopped. I can officially say I will never shop prices ever again my first and last stop with be with Dave at Cannon Honda.

I have been using this dealership for years for service but I will finding another one to use after this experience. The air conditioner in the building was broken and the waiting area was sweltering. No fan or anything. There were about 6 of us waiting over an hour plus. No communication as to why it was taking so long etc.. I just think the whole customer courtesy part of the dealership is nonexistent. The last time I came in for service (oil change)I was sent away because they didn't know if they could get to it that day even though I came early in the morning. So... two bad experiences is enough for me.

Called to schedule a warranty repair on our 2016 CRV and we get there to leave the car and the service girl pulls up our car and says she doesn t see the extended warranty and goes over and ask a mechanic would we need a vacuum and recharge for a blower motor problem with the car so I knew then it wasn t looking good so I told her let me get my wife she should have the paperwork for it and she tells me she doesn t have long she needs to leave so my wife is looking for the paperwork and the girl tells her she doesn t have time to wait for her to find the paperwork she needs to leave so my wife gets in the car and leaves and is just in shock with the situation so after the phone visit with the wife I m sitting in the parking lot still so I call Patty Peck and tell them my situation and schedule the repair for Wednesday and they give me a loaner and I picked it up Thursday after work at no cost had to replace the blower motor so this is my second bad service experience and will not be going back to Cannon Patty Peck is awesome!!!!

She makes sure your automobile needs are met and keeps up with the process of your deal until the end. Angel and the sales manager, Jason Brown, are the dynamic duo to contact when you are ready to ride with ease. Please let me not forget, my new car is a Graduation and Mother's day gift from my husband, and to make the buying experience even more awesome, its in my signature color, RED! Dean stayed there with us all through the deal, gave us a great service and gave us the best deal possible on a 0 mileage/brand new Honda. I was passing through Vicksburg, and when I got up Wednesday morning the 18th, my motorcycle battery had gone south. Google said Cannon was a motorcycle dealership, so I called. Janice answered and was regretful to tell me that such was not the case. She did, however, go out of her way to find out where I might locate a battery, furnishing the phone number for a couple of auto parts stores. After I located a battery, and was about to go pick it up, she called me back to make sure that I was fixed up and see if I needed any more assistance. Kudos to Janice and Cannon Honda!
