My parents bought a new CRV because the service department couldn't fix their Honda van (after months and months of come backs). New CRV was purchases on Sept 5th. As of today (11/8/2017) they still haven't received the title. Every visit and phone call brings nothing but a new excuse. Based on our experiences, this is simply a bad dealership from front to back. I'll update this review the second the title is in my Mom's hand. Get it together, Cannon Honda. Have some pride.
