I m very glad that I chose to do business with Cannon. Mr. Alan is wonderful. I loved his personality and I would encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to do business with him. I Kayla recently purchased a Honda Accord about 2 months ago today and my experience was awful i mean ill never go there again simply because i was sold a car with a oil leak and who would do such a thing to a person it was addressed the second week i had the car so i told the salesman Shawn to ask the sales manager Hunter why when i ask was the car serviced wen i bought it they both said yes so me being me it had to be fixed so i talked to the service advisor Clay and he said we gone get it fixed not knowing days after that it still was not fixed i went to the dealership and then they try to explain how my warranty did not cover it and i was gone have to pay out of pocket so now i am angry all over again because we are currently in a pandemic and i had to spend funds that i did not have now it looks bad because Honda will never get business from me are my family members ever again anything could have happen it could have been worse than just a oil leak and i have 3 small children that rides in the car everyday i am so disappointed because now i feel like they are just trying to sale people any kind of car just to say they selling cars.

As most of my friends know, last year I purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot from Cannon Honda in Vicksburg, MS. Shortly after owning this vehicle, I started having several unusual problems with the Pilot. The service department patiently worked with us in trying to resolve the numerous issues with the vehicle. After it became obvious that solving the issues were going to be impossible, the dealership supported our efforts to get relief from American Honda. American Honda took a hard line approach to our issues. Feeling that we were at the end of our rope, Mr. Michael Joe Cannon and Vicksburg Cannon Honda stepped in and worked with us to come to an agreeable solution. We were able to work out an amicable agreement to trade-in the 2017 Pilot for a 2019 Pilot. We were very satisfied with the way Mr. Cannon and the Vicksburg Cannon Honda worked with us to resolve this issue. We are glad that we chose Cannon Honda for the purchase of our Honda Pilot. We can truly say, Nobody beats a Cannon deal, NOBODY!

My first visit here was pretty good for labor costs since I supplied my own parts. They told me I needed an A/C compressor and it would be around $600 to replace that day, I opted not to at that time due to the already $600 bill I had. However, the second visit was over the top and I will not visit again. I supplied my own A/C compressor kit (all parts) and was ok with just paying for labor, to my surprise after the work is finish, I was told my bill was $800 plus dollars. I'm still trying to figure out how the first estimate was an additional $600 to fix the A/C with dealer supplied parts and the bill I got after supplying the kit myself ended up being over $800. Not a happy customer!

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Cannon Honda and I must say that they now have a customer for life!!! I live about 1.5 hours away from Vicksburg, so when I called to inquire about a car I saw online, I spoke with Roger Murphy earlier in the morning. He provided answers to all of my inquiries expeditiously which increased my enthusiasm to go ahead and purchase.....Roger told me everything I needed to bring with me and when I assured him I wanted the vehicle and that I was "on my way today" - he began my paperwork for me, which saved me alot of hassle and headache once I arrived!!! When I arrived that evening, Mr. Roger Murphy met me at the door and shook my hand. He was so alive and alert until he helped me to maintain my excitement. I was able to go check out the car which was beautiful and clean............As I waited for the Financing Manager, I watched television and I was offered something to drink, all while Roger kept checking on me to make sure I was ok...I was very impressed. Tyler, the financing manager, was just as enthusiastic for me and we chatted generally about things (kids, life, school), which made me feel like I wasn't just another sale for the day, but I was treated like a person, who happened to be purchasing a vehicle.....I will be returning to purchase my next vehicle from Cannon Honda....which will be soon and I will be referring my family and friends to Cannon Honda.....It's worth the trip to take!!! Thanks for restoring my faith in dealerships! I moved into the area about a year ago and needed a place to take my vehicle for service. Being unfamiliar with the mechanic shops in the area I opted to take my vehicle to the dealership to be certain they knew the in/outs of my model vehicle. So I called them and told them I needed new tires, some brakes put on the vehicle, and an oil change. All items I could do myself, but time was my enemy and the car was getting worse while it waited on me. I was NOT disappointed in my choice. I was greeted by an incredibly friendly staff with highly professional acumen, they called me ANY time there was going to be a deviation from the original plan and explained everything they were doing with great detail and in easily understood terms. Most importantly, they provide FAIR prices for parts and labor done!! Cannon Honda has it right in all the places that matter. they'll be seeing my vehicle again when she's in need of a little TLC. - Thanks Cannon Honda!!

My daughters and I were on a road trip from Dallas to Chattanooga the Saturday before July Fourth. After leaving the Mississippi Welcome Center in Vicksburg, a Check Charging System light pops up on my Odyssey, and I quickly learn I need to take immediate action - in an unknown city during a family road trip. Gah. I do an internet search and call Cannon Honda Vicksburg, praying a helpful voice would answer the phone and save the day. And did they ever. When we arrived 11 anxious minutes later, the team welcomed us and was ready to take action. BIG thanks to Clay Crozier and the service team for their skilled, HONEST and empathetic service. The vehicle was left at the service department from December 5, 2017 that evening for service on a 2005 Honda Pilot. The vehicle remained in the service department until December 8, 2017 that evening.

The service department never called to notify in any regards to the progress/status of the work order. I myself had to go by the dealership each evening to inquire for the status 12/6 thru 12/8/2017.

On 12/6/17 since I had not heard from the dealership, I drove to the service adviser department at the Cannon Honda Dealership. The service adviser stated that the senior master technician had looked at the 2005 Honda pilot heating system. The service adviser stated that the senior master technician thought it could be a resistor or something that I did not understand the terminology under the dashboard. The service adviser stated that the senior master technician said he was 65 years of age with not good vision and not agile to look under the dashboard. The senior master technician said a younger technician would have to look under the dashboard to troubleshoot the problem. I asked why I wasn t notified and when could I expect some information.

On Friday, December 8, 2017 The service adviser stated that there are ONLY TWO Qualified Service Technicians to service or work on the vehicles that come to their service advisers/service department.
The service advisor stated that the dealership was trying to hire an additional qualified technician from Jackson, MS but no one wants to come to Vicksburg, MS.
The service advisor seemed deeply concerned regarding the issues with the service department. The service advisor called I assume the manager for the dealership and he came and talked about the situation. He never introduced himself by name or position status for the dealership, stated the priority status was based on when vehicle was delivered for service, the limited qualified service technicians which are only TWO, the size of the dealership being a small one, technicians being out for illness and so on. He began to get it seemed a-little ruffled and short with his explanations which seemed to be a repeat of his conversation.
I left the dealership in total awe and total amazement of how this business is being run.

The was no charges, labor cost or part cost for the work order since no work was ever actually done because of the lack of qualified persons to perform work in the service department.

Note!! the inconvenience of not having a vehicle was devastating and never receiving any communication with the service advisers or service department during the time period noted was also bad.

Buying a car DOES NOT get any easier than this! Rock bottom pricing, even lower than anything comparable in Dallas or Houston. After buying dozens of vehicles in the past 30 years, this was my best experience. A heartfelt thank you to Dean, Brady and Stefani for the above and beyond attention to detail!! You all played a major role in making my daughters graduation gift of a Honda Civic very very special for her, (especially Dean, for going out of his way to get a big red bow for her car!!!!)
