Called to schedule a warranty repair on our 2016 CRV and we get there to leave the car and the service girl pulls up our car and says she doesn t see the extended warranty and goes over and ask a mechanic would we need a vacuum and recharge for a blower motor problem with the car so I knew then it wasn t looking good so I told her let me get my wife she should have the paperwork for it and she tells me she doesn t have long she needs to leave so my wife is looking for the paperwork and the girl tells her she doesn t have time to wait for her to find the paperwork she needs to leave so my wife gets in the car and leaves and is just in shock with the situation so after the phone visit with the wife I m sitting in the parking lot still so I call Patty Peck and tell them my situation and schedule the repair for Wednesday and they give me a loaner and I picked it up Thursday after work at no cost had to replace the blower motor so this is my second bad service experience and will not be going back to Cannon Patty Peck is awesome!!!!
