Pleasant campsite and mobile homes given clean. Friendly and very polite staff. Too bad it's far enough from the sea

Precarious and dirty housing. Dusty road. Pool much too cold.

Party with friends in early September, we asked to have two mobile homes side by side when booking. When we arrived, we realized that it had not been taken into account, but the manager did the necessary and the problem was quickly solved, we a week of good fun! The team still present was nice, we were able to enjoy the great pool and the ocean (by cons damage that the shuttle is not available in September). A big thank you to the waitresses of the snack bar and the pizzeria, to the sailing instructor outside, do not change anything !!!

Camping pretty good to report the comments that we see! If people would take care and would be a little cleaner they would not have that kind of worries. A little to know how to live and respect for the things that have rent, It will not prevent all this! It is not the fault of the campsite if unfortunately some people do not take care of what they are entrusted and are quite dirty !!! The campsite itself is good.

Campsite not deserving of 4 *
- Shuttles: timetables and positions not indicated or not respected. The reception when to him cannot inform us since it does not depend on them.

- Campsite not lit in the evening after dark.

- tiny plot with restricted access and even more because no cutting of plants, also is what the branches rub on the 2 sides of the body.

- When we arrived in order to be able to settle in we were forced to clean (walls, doors, floors ...) shower and hose broken. Hood bulb burnt out. Brush hair became non-existent through wear and not changed. Blackout curtains so worn that they appear to have holes in them.

Trash cans with non-sealable cover. Kitchen blind fixed only to one side. Smoke detector so sensitive that just by spraying insecticide in the room it sounds for 10 minutes. The fridge barely refrigerates. One bedroom door does not keep closed. The benches cannot be made to fit so always lying down and disjointed.

Inventory of things provided in the mobile home available on the site totally incorrect does not correspond to reality, few things are actually there (example: clothes pin ....)

-the security barrier at the entrance and at the exit never closed during the day yet we were provided with a code and a badge so that the security guard could see it on our windshield outside in 8 days we did not see it .

- Entertainment: on the site it is stipulated that there is entertainment every night except for our part in a week we were only able to attend a concert which, moreover, was not organized by the team. entertainment but by the bar staff. No information about a possible arrival drink we finally learned on Wednesday that there had been one on Sunday morning.

Weekly activity tables regularly deleted but more filled than Monday late afternoon.

- the swimming pools: Deplorable hygiene and that's an understatement, I want proof that the indoor swimming pool was closed on Tuesday afternoon and was only reopened on Thursday afternoon and the water was freezing for the children could not enter knowing that it is the only one equipped with water slides conditions Sine qua-non for the happiness of the children. Then having come on vacation in family with my children my mom and my sister impossibility of being able to benefit from the comfort sunbathing (my mother being disabled, forced to sit on the ground and my sister and I forced to pick her up). Safety instructions stipulated in the campsite booklet not respected and not recalled No one to supervise swimming as a consequence of which bathers make "bombs" from the entrance to the swimming pool to the paddling pool without any consideration for other users and a fortiori our elders and young children. To conclude, on the campsite we never see anyone from the team (neither maintenance nor animation nor surveillance) we can only find them with a warm welcome and friendliness and a smile are not really there. . The disagreement between the campsite team and the bar staff is tangible and ubiquitous and makes the customer uncomfortable, however, it must be recognized that all the subcontractors (grocery bar and snacks) do everything to satisfy customers and compensate the shortcomings of the camping team.

Very disappointed with this campsite. We arrive at 4:00 p.m. to start queuing for 45 minutes in the rain for 5 minutes taken with us for the keys. We are given the inventory document, telling us to come back the next day because of the queue.
We finally arrive at our mobile home and what a surprise Very dirty, peanuts and handkerchiefs under the beds, cobwebs, dust on the floor, dirty dishes or with stagnant water because the filthy 'before hadn't wiped it down and wet spots around the windows. We would have liked to have seen the condition but as mentioned above, we were asked not to come back the same day.
Once you get used to it, what a new surprise to discover that the flush only works if you close and turn on the tap, otherwise it will not fill up. Problem reported, we are told we will do what is necessary and we are still waiting.
A few days later, we discover a broken lollipop, our mattress and the leaking sink.
In addition to all these surprises, we have a full sun mobile home on a scorching week with a baby less than 6 months old Suffice to say that sleeping in a real oven was complicated. Knowing that we had mentioned our daughter's date of birth on our reservation, we would have appreciated that special care had been taken to place us in a healthy mobile home, with a shaded area.
The pools are correct but too small compared to the size of the campsite, and the lifeguards make us leave the pool at 6:45 p.m., which means that the pool closes at this time and not at 7 p.m. as listed everywhere (which is already very early) in high season).
The staff are neither pleasant nor rude, they are neutral. We don't have the impression of being in a vacation mood, we especially have the impression of being in a big money pump.
All the problems do not come only from the campsite, they also come from campers who have trouble with the notion of respect (smoking a joint even if it means putting our nostrils full, those who cry day and night near the rental, those who cross the campsite with their speaker and their music, those who cannot manage their child who splashed our baby in the paddling pool voluntarily etc).
On the other hand, good point for the snack, it is good and reasonable. Likewise, there are several activities throughout the day. Also good for the fact that there are security guards ready to help us as soon as they see us looking for us.
Overall (because my opinion is long as there is so much to say about these holidays), the campsite has potential that is not exploited and above all, there is a big effort to be made on cleanliness (check the Mobil homes , and redo the housework if necessary), especially since this remark keeps coming back, it is time to do something. At 600 euros a week, we expected anything but that. I have personally had the opportunity to do several campsites all over France with the same capacity as this one and it is unheard of.
I obviously prepare a complaint.
We will not be returning.

Campsite that does not deserve 4 stars but the price could be ignored. Much does not work in this campsite: dilapidated mobile home, no lighting in the evening, poorly done entertainment (stage too low, children's topi disco evening which lasts less than 15 min).
The swimming pools are not heated and the indoor one is dangerous because the arrival of the slides is done in a too small pool where everyone is swimming. Dangerous play structure and not suitable for young children.
Staff a bit young. Some with the desire to smile and be kind and others who do not seem to be happy and forget politeness and friendliness.
A lot of things are wrong. I do not recommend.

Camping poorly maintained, lawnmowers spend all day but do not cut much! Lighting nonexistent. The outdoor pool is empty and the indoor cold !! We are so go to the municipal pool ... great! Mobilhome small and cold (May) then boiling surely in full summer. The animations are zero, program not respected ... in short I only relay the previous opinions .... photos give desires but where are the 4 stars ?? Go on your way, 5km camping brunelles ... it's worth the trip!

The essentials that are asked for a campsite is present (clean sanitary, pleasurable locations, tranquility), with more services that justify their four stars (outdoor and indoor pools, bike rental, entertainment, snack, games for children). In short, an excellent quality / price / tranquility and bonus management team very friendly. I can not understand the many negative comments about this campsite, I was hesitant to book because of that, I guess the ease of the negative comment when you are well hidden behind your smartphone explains a lot of things. After a week and a dilapidated back I can say that I absolutely do not recommend this campsite! Mobil home very little equipped for 6 people, rust on the walls, evacuations clogged, files of banquettes disemboweled and many things broken. Poor bedding. You hear the national interior housing, the indoor pool is dirty, full of sand several days in a row, cloudy water. Family campsite rather well, it is a little too close to the road in my opinion but if your mobile home is located at the back of the campsite, that's fine.
Children can develop in total autonomy.
The aquatic area is a bit small, but adequate and clean.
In short, we had a great week's vacation there in April 2017.

Stay from 7/9/16 to 7/16/16. Nice campsite, calm and well animated. The mobile homes are old (only 1 radiator), the bedding is good and the equipment is quite satisfactory. Some false notes however: No separation between the plots (we were in front of the sanitary facilities and I no longer count the children or even the adults who crossed the plot), therefore no privacy AND the terrace which was not covered , nice if it rains! (The 2 previous remarks are not valid for all mobile homes, no luck for us ...). In terms of camping equipment: Shaded but a little cold outdoor swimming pool (as in almost all campsites), deckchair available. Indoor pool a bit small but the water is warmer, 2 straight slides and 2 others winding. A little extra for the indoor pool: a space open to the outside with a deckchair for sunbathing.
Contrary to a previous opinion, the 2 swimming pools are supervised. Several playgrounds, volleyball and basketball courts. The team is very friendly, bar and catering a bit expensive (1 or 2 more servers would avoid waiting too long). Well-equipped games room. The entertainment is pretty cool (phew, no cheesy lottery nights, but a cheesy karaoke night too). Finally, I confirm that the barbecues do not have a grill, they are for rent at the reception (money machine when you hold us).
In short, a good campsite overall.

A week in the country of brioche braided butter, inevitably it leaves traces: plus 3 kg lol but holidays on top ... it's a special family camping, not too many groups of young people ... so not too much bazard in the evening, history that everyone can rest and get back in shape eh ... it also counts, especially when we have the brats ;-) the aquatic area is super nice, and covered when the weather is not part ... A nice discovery ... first time with village center ... we will start again ;-)

The common areas are dirty trash not emptied
Green space not maintained
Leaky washing machine so standing water
No lighting in some aisles to enter the bungalows
Animation team not present during the day and the reception team cannot answer you on planned outings ...
And above all what is most surprising is that the indoor swimming pool closes between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.

What is this campsite frequented by a majority of social cases ??! Lots of noises at night, fights and insults! Also very old, the bathrooms are extremely dirty as the rest! I do not recommend this place because the reception is bad. We were directed to a location in full sun with children while there were shaded locations. We went from 12/06 to 19/06. The campsite was quiet and clean and that's exactly what my husband and I needed. We wanted a stay that came out of the box, so we decided to try some activities we do not usually do, such as horse riding and golf. We went cycling too. The bike paths cross beautiful places, it made us feel good. The campsite has all the necessary amenities: bar, restaurant, food point, pizzeria, etc. I want to thank the members of the team for their professionalism and friendliness. We will come back !

Do not recommend this campsite that does not deserve these 4 stars ... the home is really lamentable the manager is unpleasant never smile disrespect to the customer. After being in a mobile home "NOT LOUD" we had a lot of concern in another mobile home.I would like to thank the team of technical services who they are really very professional always available smiling.

I have just deleted my previous post in which I was conciliatory about the fact that the campsite was trying to rectify the level but all in all I will announce the real situation in view of the comments that the staff has just told me .... 10 days that we are there: electricity cuts every 2 days, I had to intervene several nights for altercations between campers: the security agents ??? Maybe on a break ... even the gendarmerie intervened. When we arrived I stipulated that we were missing a mop, day 10 finally we were given it! Yes because you should know that there is no inventory when entering, however at the start we do not forget to give you an appointment to check that nothing is missing. Safety 0, open electric meters accessible even for children! Cleanliness 0 see - 2 for ex the day of 08/15, 1 passage at 6.30 am then nothing more for the day I will not give you the details ... We rented a Mobil homme for 4:
my wife, me, our 2 children and THE 3 OR 4 MICE who came to join us regularly. We had the chance to participate in the relocation of a Mobile home top 12 min stopwatch pseudo cleaning not even the windows open to ventilate between 2 families !! Great in this specific health period. Swimming pool for our 11 year old child1 / 2, impossible alone, so ladies and gentlemen plan to spend hours by the pool to watch your banbin and forget the peace and quiet. Yet the staff proudly wear the lifeguard t-shirt ??? On 3 occasions I left with a hair of 10 cm in THE MOUTH !! No no do not say that it is mine, I shave my head ... After discussions to have explanations with the reception we ended up telling me that we should not have children !!! Yes yes true. We are talking about internal rules but the only rules that are applied are those of your stay !! Fortunately, the campsite claims to be in the Fun category for children !! I could still write a few more lines but unfortunately we made the decision to pack our bags prematurely (5 days earlier) the children will be unhappy and our wallet too. I strongly advise against this campsite. Thank you TOHAPI !! I would be sure to send a letter to headquarters with the photos that go well that you will also find with this post. Run away ! Overall the campsite is cheap and very poorly maintained. Old, dirty and unmaintained mobile home.
Among all the defects observed:
Mattress as hard as concrete, pillows of very poor quality too. Huge hole in the linoleum of the child's room, the cylinder of the window of the parent's room broken (suddenly the window does not stay open ... practical in a heat wave). Toilet flush button that remains in our hands, grungy toilet brush, broken toilet seat (changed at the start of the stay), dirty and moldy shower, dilapidated shower joints, bird flies on the windows, kitchen hood dirty and full of grease, bank fridge ... normal there is a hole just below because of the absence of the ventilation grid, the inventory on site did not correspond to the inventory sent by email, baby kit incomplete (in the brochure given on site, it is specified that the baby kit consists of a high chair, a travel cot and a bathtub), we did not have the bathtub , the covered terrace tilted dangerously forward, campsite on the edge of a very busy and noisy departmental road day and night (road leading to La Tranche sur mer, Les Sables d'Olonne and La Roche s / Y) .
The first day I only noticed some of these "anomalies" and reported them to reception and there was no reaction (except the toilet seat changed). Many other customers literally hit on a scandal but there was no more reaction. The staff and management are obviously used to these remarks and have absolutely nothing to do with them. They answer "yes" but behind nothing is moving !!! The management should be ashamed of treating its customers this way.
It is shameful and unacceptable for a campsite and for a group like Tohapi to rent mobile homes in this state and to qualify it as a 4 star !!! The beautiful images on the website are only theirs and must date from the heyday of this campsite.
It is time to change your mobile homes and enlarge the swimming pools a bit, which are really small given the campsite's reception capacity. In high season it's just horrible to find a place in the water and to find a deckchair or a free chair it's mission impossible !!!

What to say .. never again.camping that would need a refresh an hour waiting on the edge of a dangerous road to get the keys !! Did not go once into their dangerous jelly pool with its toboogans in a pool too small with odd smell and appearance. Require to go to the municipal pool. Dirty motorhome .C was Halloween! No welcome products. Towels.not .. no tv for a 4 star. The night no light in the aisles. Vigile is doing his round with a beer .. never seen vacancy spoiled.

We have just returned from a stay at this campsite and how to say !!!! It is not worth its 4 **** reception on arrival very disorganized, mobil home clean but no shade so an unbearable heat in the latter, almost nonexistent entertainment at night, lack of display activities (written to the vavite on the white board in the degueulasse felt) with changing schedules from day to day! Sanitary deplorable: for those who worked! No bike rental on Saturday! Catering and grocery store deplorable (no CB, unskilled staff ...) in short I recommend this place of residence for holidays! First and last time!

Very pleasant campsite with great potential. I chose it for its animations. My 13 year old daughter really enjoyed the evenings as well as the treasure hunt and Lazer game activities. However, he lacks life. Too bad there is not more music, camping dancing .. That the animators warn the campers of the upcoming activities .. I wanted to party too. But I keep a good memory. Because this campsite is clean, calm. I think it is enough to train the animators to be real animators. And that will be the top.

Unserviced campsite with regard to green spaces ... very dirty shower and toilet and more broken partitions, one wonders if the cleaning is done !!
In the evening normally the vehicles are supposed not to return or leave the campsite at 23h ... it is 1:30 in the morning and vehicles are still circulating, not to mention the brothel that some people do without worrying if others sleep .... security guards are present but we wonder pkoi they have the ???? They do not intervene in the evening or at night when there is a lot of noise ... It is a camping business, we put you where we can and pay you. We must not wait for a return. We are in this campsite since Sunday, frozen mobilhomme with blankets that look like plaids , dirty pool and jelly, produced at the limit of the expiry at the grocery store games in a sad state, animation of the topi club under a tent finally camping to flee in speed. If we did not have the kids we would be gone.

A top-notch water park: well, the campsite is not far from the sea but frankly when you want to sit by the pool, it's nice to have a nice space, heated and partly covered, just to be able to enjoy it even when it's far from a heat wave :) The surroundings are nice for kids, the bee house, indian forest and even a zoo there is plenty to do.

I had booked a tent pitch. Upon arrival, I am asked a deposit !!! Incompetent staff. Locations not delimited and too close to the road. Sanitary very dirty, presence of cobwebs! Evenings organized in a local never swept in the presence of swallows. Only positive point, the pools. Unpaved driveways, so a lot of dust! I recommend this campsite for all these reasons and also for its location too far from the sea and city. It is not worth the 4 stars at all.

Camping friendly, clean and welcoming. An isolated place and therefore quiet despite the departmental opposite. Several playgrounds, an outdoor pool (cold) and an indoor (heated). Some things to consider:
-The sheets for mobile homes are not really provided, they are mattresses that tear hyper-easily.
-It is impossible to go to the beach on foot, you must take the car or bike.
-The barrier closes at 23h (for security reasons I imagine) but if you want to go out late camping it becomes difficult.

Poorly maintained and dirty mobile home (interior and exterior). No reactivity to change broken equipment (report the day of arrival and 4 additional times so that at departure nothing has been done yet). Lack of clarity and consistency in the terms of access to the campsite with the barriers (code does not work and you have to park in the visitor car park and cross the car park in the rain on crutches). Camping that is not a four-star hotel. Last year we were in a three star bcp cleaner with sanitary in very good condition, in this one everything is old dirty no cold water to the faucet hot shower in summer and impossible to regulate the temperature, home a shabby staff member who does not know anything and to get answers he has to get information. The sun loungers are not even washed, green and mold on them, excellent when walking barefoot in the pool !! And the icing on the cake for 2 days even had the right to noise and dust due to a mini-excavator in the campsite !! Nah nah I'm not kidding and the best thing is that they were working right next to campers not even 4 meters away during noon !! Truly a campsite to be avoided !! Because it's 4 shooting stars

A stay paid for twice ... the reservation center not functioning properly, I was charged twice the amount of my stay ... impossible to reach them by phone afterwards to resolve the problem ... voicemail box that does not take a message. It will not stop there.

The campsite is well located and clean. It is easy to find and is located just minutes from a supermarket. Mobile homes are modern and we are not on top of each other. There is an indoor pool but it should not be heated, impossible to go swimming. The reception is more than average, we looked for our mobilhome for several minutes because it is badly indicated inside the campsite. The "lifeguards" who monitor the pools do not know the politeness !!!! This is what has marked my stay. And there are only 3 evenings a week ....... I will come back yes, but not at this price.
