Great place to stop and check out the Capitol. In town for a game, come check it out. Awesome dog park, fun super-sized games chess, connect 4, and a great arcade.

I have camped all over the United States and let me tell you that the atmosphere is amazing and the employees are top notch. The amenities were great and made our stay very comforting. I wouldn't want to camp any place else.
Clean, well maintained. Good activities for the kids.
Stayed there August 10/11 2015 and it's a great campground. The staff is extremely helpful, the grounds are clean and enough space between campsites for privacy. It's next to a freeway but not noisy. Our truck was in the shop for repairs and we had to walk for fast food which was about a mile away which isn't too bad. The stores are 2-3 away and there's a wide selection to choose from. I highly recommend this campground and if I'm in the area again I would stay there.
Beautiful park
Big dog run. Swimming ect
Always a great place to camp in Lincoln. They take very good care of their facilities and property. Also, they've continued to add new features over the years.
Awesome staff and activities!! Would have like a little more grass and less gravel.
Easy access off of I-80. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds with lots of trees and shade. Will return here if opportunity arises.
The customer service is amazing! Everyone is so nice and the wildlife you can see is so cool!
First time here was offered a discount for Good Sam's AAA or AARP. Have to say all the reviews are true grounds are well-kept friendly atmosphere laundry room is clean and inexpensive, bathrooms are air-conditioned and locked for guests only. Have to say that I will be visiting here again.
We have stayed here numerous times while passing through. Positives are the grounds are well kept and camp is clean. WIFI worked well and easy on and off Highway. Its set up for families and kids which I get but I wish campers would get more rules of RV Parks etiquette when checking in. What I mean by this is the fact that kids as well as adults continually walk through occupied sites, kids riding their bikes as well as the camps three wheel bikes through occupied sites as well as doing "burnouts" in site gravel where truck was parked. Adult campers were just as guilty as the kids in respect to walking through occupied sites. I have kids who have been RVing a while now and they know this is unwanted behavior.
Great park, tons of trees, solid amenities, and an unbelievably accommodating and friendly staff! We stay in State/National Parks the majority of the time, but would highly recommend Camp A Way!!!
Wonderful workers, happy to help! Beautiful area and lots of amenities! Everything was exceptionally clean. Will definitely be back!
A good place to spend a relaxing week, if you like to get away from the noise of the city of Lincoln, this is one of the places you should look for
If you're cash loaded this is a great place to stay. Like a city in a campground. But $60+ is pretty steep. Some of us merely need a place to park and can do without the ton of amenities which is why it's so expensive.
Great place! They went the extra mile for my kids with fun activities!
Due to city ,you can only stay 30 days per year not good for working men , outher than that a great place.
Can't say enough good things about Camp A Way. Very nice park, clean and we'll maintained. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of things for the kids to do along pool.
If I ever pass through that way again I would definitely stay there.
This is a very nice place. We were visiting people who were actually camping there. We had a great time. They have a lot of family friendly activities; playground, water slide, pool, waterballoon war, jump pad, jump ball, dog park, bike rentals and more! Some of those activities cost extra but they are very reasonably priced. The facilities were very clean. They offered restrooms with showers and a laundry room. There is a camp site where people can set up tents if they didn't have a camper. They have a stocked welcome center with items that you might have forgotten at home; ice, firewood, snacks. The cost for a campsite is very reasonable. It is located right off the interstate and was very easy to find. The staff was extremely friendly. We will definitely be going back!
If driving cross country and need a place to stop, DON'T STOP HERE. You would be better off finding a rest area.
Nice little place to pop off for quick nights rest. We did not have time to take part of the activities they had for the kids, but it looked plentiful. Nice wooded areas and large RV spots. Note this is right off of the highway so there is some highway noise, but it does make it very convenient when traveling. Loved the hot tub for a hot soak after a long days drive!
Live in Omaha and have never camped here until this year. We have been there twice already. Great campground for families! Kids have to pay an extra $11 for a wristband to do all the activities. So may not be worth it for just 1 night of camping but definitely if you stay a few nights.
Excellent staff. Ked us to our site and accommodated us with a nice satellite viewing spot.
Even though we were only there a short time. Very nice park. Check in team very nice and helpful.
Great facilities and staff . . . Courteous, friendly and helpful. Grounds and facilities clean and inviting. Highly recommend!
The onsite bathrooms and showers were clean, had many activities for kids, and friendly staff. The place was spacious and beautiful.
Second time we've been here. They made some great improvements and still a clean campground, lots of shade, which makes for a large selection of spots. Definitely will be going back again and again. Can't wait!
Very impressed with this RV park. Very friendly staff. The grounds are well kept and they are very kid friendly lots to do. Everything was clean. Only reason not a 5 is because only 2 showers. I would highly recommend and will return. Great place!
Nice place to camp. Close to town. Take the state capital tour. Lots of things to do in the campground. Pool, trampoline, water slide, panning for treasures, water wars, kids train ride and hay rides. More too. Cable also
Great stop. Very easy access with large pull through spots. Lots of trees and pretty sites. Very clean and kids are happy.
Absolutely Perfect. The most beautiful RV Park we have stayed at.
Nice park. A little on the high side. Would stay again.
Would recommend for overnight or extended stay. Lots of in park things to do, good landscape and level sites. Peasant staff eager to help.
Clean, well managed, and well maintained. Will stay again.
Nice quiet campground located close to downtown Lincoln. Super clean, level sites. Very friendly staff. I wish that I lived closer so I could stay here more often!
They wanted to charge 30$ a night for a transient to set-up his tent....(~.^)
Very nice campground with helpful staff. But -- it is incredibly noisy, situated where two expressways cross. Noise was very bad until around 2am. Also, it's fairly pricy at $50+.
This place is amazing. So many fun things for the kids and the people are so nice!
Friendly staff, fun activities for the kids, great dog run. Saturday morning there is a nice pancake breakfast for a nominal fee.
We stayed for a month. Great place if you have kids. They offer a $10 wrist band that allows kids access to the jump shots, jump pad, and water slide.. Plus 3 tabs to turn in for ice cream, slushies, bikes, or water balloons for water wars. Pool, spa, playground, Frisbee golf (I think...I don't play), and dog park included in price. Nice, clean showers, but aggravating curtains... They have a tendency to billow and get stuck to one when showering and putting them outside the lower lip off the shower makes a huge mess. Only real downside is heavy rains caused a good bit of wash off from our site and water would collect under our electric box. Only one night did we have any noisy neighbors. Not sure I would tent camp here as it is right off the main highway, but the tent area looked nice. Would love to see a volley ball court put in. Very friendly, helpful, and understanding staff. Definitely recommend if you're staying for a few days with kids in tow.
Very quiet relaxing kid friendly place to stay where staff is very friendly and welcoming, very clean and well taken care of, will definitely recommend for others as a good place to bring your family to stay
We love it here. Its been good place for the kids sense we are here for work for my husband. The kids have alot to do during the day that keep them busy. Its quiet and relaxing. I love the clean shower house and its relaxing to take a good shower
Here in cold weather for a long term stay due to a family illness. The staff have gone out of their way to support us. Having trouble with the camper and the owners have come to our rescue every time to help fix things. The facility is well managed and clean. Camp sites are nicely spaced - not like some commercial campgrounds where you are on top of each other. I can t give a higher recommendation for a campground and the staff. They are just plain good people.
Very nice campground. Great showers, sites plenty big. Staff very friendly. Would stay again.
This was the best RV resort we've ever stayed at! Big-rig friendly, really nice patio sites, and a whole bunch of things to do! Might be the kid-friendliest RV resort in the country. And they were voted one of the best businesses of the interstate!
A great clean campground. Sites are large and level. I took a star off because they are so close to the freeway you hear traffic and large trucks 100 percent of the time. Bring earplugs.
The staff is great but the owners are not nice to anyone but their friends.
When we arrived they had lost reservations. Put us in a lower grade site. Talked to owner - don t think he cared. The site we paid for set empty during our stay. In past we have had good experience here. Pricey. Expect more.
We stayed there a month enjoyed it very much would go back very clean and kept up very nice people
this is a centrally located RV park in Lincoln. nice, clean place with good sized sites...seems to be a kid friendly RV park
Good location. Clean and quiet besides light interstate traffic. Shade available.
Disappointed! For 60 plus dollars a night you'd think they could level the sites a bit. One side of the site we were in was low, and I need to add a block under the wheel so my levelers would continue to level our motorhome. It rained the next morning and we had a pool of water at our door.......... I gave it a two because of the nice shade trees, but I will not return.
Super clean, nice pool& spa. Some noise from the fwy .Not overly loud though.Gravel pull through with full hook ups.We would definitely stay here again..
Beautiful, clean campground outside of Lincoln. Amazing, loving owners really care about a quality experience.
First impression was awesome, easy to find and the shower's were clean we will definitely be back!
We stayed there for 6 weeks, before we moved in we were told we would have to move out for Labor Day Weekend, which was fine with us, we asked the owner exactly which days, point blank she informed us we could not come back, even though this had been talked about prior to our move, we weren t loud, in fact we worked 6 days a wk, we were seldom there, not to mention other people whom we work with on the project paid monthly $900 plus electric, she charged us weekly at a rate of $300 which adds up to $1,200 a month. We travel the US for our job, we have stayed in Many Resorts/campgrounds, Camp A Way by far has been the most expensive, and we were Lied to! As far as the grounds it was nice, certainly Not Worth the price we pd. They charge $6 for children to go down a rubber slide
Long term stay I would not recommend unless you want to over pay for a average RV Park. I m giving this a 1 Star, we do not appreciate being lied to.
Great campground! Wonderful staff! Lots to do here but we only stayed there night coming across I80. Great shade. Good value too!
Great place. Plenty of activities for the kids. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Well established trees creating privacy and shade. Bathrooms could use some updating, but they are always clean.
Nice campgrounds however noise level from highway was unavoidable.
Awesome place of you have children. Nice place if you don't have children just be ready for kids! Speed limit is 5mph! DON'T go faster! Shade is plentiful. Pool is refreshing. Mary is... quirky? :) fun place! I would recommend.
Great place to camp! Friendly people, great sites & lots of amenities
My dad stayed here for over a week, my daughter and niece had a blast! So clean and people were so friendly!
Gravel Sites and Mud, but super friendly and a great location
Great place for the kiddos! Just off the highway so it's super convenient to get to!
Ridiculous prices for sites right on the high way no thank you I just as soon camp at a rest area
If I could give this place 6 stars I would. This camp place has everything you need. I love that their Covid measures were perfect, you make an appointment for the spa and jacuzzi and the place is beautiful. So much to do and lots of greenery. My favorite things here were the beautiful clean pool, and how much grass they had everywhere for my dog. There are flowers everywhere here and I am really impressed. So kid friendly too, tons of activities and even a little bouncy house. I was shocked at everything it included for such a cheap price. If you go to church there s one right across the street. Big dog parks, friendly people, and if you forgot anything the gift shop has everything you could possibly need for super cheap too. I ended up getting some t shirts and a mug for college. I only stayed here one night because I m driving up to school but I would def visit here again if I was ever in Nebraska <33 one thing I will say is that o you should bring big spray of course! Haha
Great little RV park if you've got kids to entertain. You can camp in a tent, RV or they have a couple little cabins. They have lots of activities to do with the kids: swimming pool, train rides, bounce pillow, giant slip and slide thing, gaga ball, horseshoes, etc. Thanks for having your pool open during COVID, it was a much needed reprieve from the heat. Staff was fantastic.
May 2015. Very good value! Clean everywhere you look, lots of big trees, very helpful staff! This place is definitely one of my all-time favorite campgrounds. I slept in my car, which is my "hard-sided" tent.
Management is really nice and many trees at this site. The pool is clean and pleasant and the hook ups are easy in and out with our 38 foot fifth wheel. A little steep in price but it is close to our home in Omaha and a really great weekend get a way for our large family. Very pleased and recommend!
This is an awesome Campground. We are enjoying a very relaxed stay.
This is an unbelievably cool campground, with a dog park, kid play area, and plenty of other things to do there.
They can accomodate anything from a Tent, to million dollar RVs, and all in a well shaded, well kept park, that's an easy on off and back on from the hwy.
I wish we weren't in a rush to get to Arizona, and could have spent a few days, I'm sure we would have loved it.
Thanks for the great affordable stay!!!
Friendly staff! Lots of activities for kids! Great pancake breakfast! Clean! Lots of shade for a non state park camp ground. Only dislike was it was a bit expensive
Awesome campground, lots of fun stuff for the kids! Owner's and staff are very helpful and did everything possible for us to have a great stay!
Quick winter stop on our trek south. Really nice folks. Nice, clean park. Look forward to checking this place out again during the summer season.
Lovely place and friendly people. Clean heated bathrooms. Lovely grounds with nice pull through spots. would definitely return. make sure you visit the museum of speed. it was a huge surprise!
