I am a teacher and I have worked with AET labs for 1 1/2 years now and they are great to work with. Anytime I have had a question about the equipment or software they are quick to reply with a solution and follow up to make sure things are still going OK or if I need anything else. And this summer with Covid they did a lot of free training that was very helpful and informative. Looking forward to more.
I have been buying supplies from AET for several years and they always have what I need. Usually they have it in stock and I get it the next day. When I'm not sure of the part number they take the time to make sure that I get the product that I want. They are also very friendly on the phone when I call them.
I was involved with AET Labs for 5 years and I can tell you for sure this company is a good company, that values their customers. I am leaving this review because the existing 1 star review is simply not indicative of how this company operates. They have sold equipment to nearly every school in New England and have been in business for a long time.
