Does anyone know what the starting pay is at AW though hire dynamics

My wife works for this company. It's great and all, but 5 to 6 days at 12 hour shifts is crazy. But she loves it.

For most Autoparts pickup, it is usual that every shipper load you quickly because they all are fast loads. But this place they won t load you before time. They make you wait. So confirm with your dispatch the actual pickup time before you come here.

If you re thinking about working at AW NC do not and I repeat do not go through Efflex! I was there for 6 months then boom they laid me off without any notice and nothing! They reason for the lay off is bc they did away with my dept. so they had to find everyone that worked that dept. some where else to work. But it s funny how the 2 other temps that got hired 4 months after me got another position with them. It s bc they were through another temp service that also hire for AW. So call them instead, Efflex is full of bs! Hire Dynamics is the name of the other temp service! You sure to have a kind extension stay if you go through Hire Dynamics!

I went to interview for a job here. I was instructed to park in a certain area by both the job recruiter and the guard at the guard shack on the premises. All of the parking spots I where I was instructed to park were ALL marked "RESERVED". Unknown to me, the president of the company (Masahiro Hayabuchi) approached my car and informed me I was in his spot. I replied "I'm sorry... I was instructed to park here." He told me "I don't think so." I reaffirmed him that I was in fact instructed to park in this area and said "I'll move to another area", but he walked off and ignored me. I immediately moved my vehicle to another location after checking with the guard again. I went on to interview and a few hours later I was offered a job. The next day, I was informed that the offer had been cancelled. Apparently, president Masahiro Hayabuchi was so upset over his parking spot he overrode all management within the company to invalidate my job offer, to the protest of all the people I interviewed with.

Now, I understand the guy is the president. I understand he is a man of importance. I understand he is to be respected. But to exercise his authority in the way he has is an insult to all presidents of corporations. It is childish and petty, and he should be ashamed of himself. If a specific spot is reserved for him, then it should be clearly marked "RESERVED FOR PRESIDENT." Had I known this was his personal parking spot, I surely would have parked anywhere else!

"We understand that an open and fair management approach is the key to building our company, our products and our team." - Seems to me that open and fair is not quite the forefront of the principles exercised by this company.

I am disappointed to say the least, that something so petty and minor would dictate whether or not I could have a job here. I expected more from the president of the company. The temperament displayed by president Masahiro Hayabuchi is very, very disappointing. Unfortunately for him, an excellent technician was lost due to his childish actions. I hope everyone who reads this will go forward with this understanding and be forewarned. I, for one, am pleased to have avoided employment under this man.

My father works there! He is a hard-worker. He loves his job there and I have never heard him so happy about work before, so it must be a great place to do business with!

By far one of the rudest shipping departments that I have met in my career. Nearly an hour after our window time. No one wants to be in a hurry here to get anything done.
