Blew a binding before my first run on very old skis, the repair guys set me up with new skis and bindings at a great price. Set up took less time than to go rent a pair. Saved the day, and had a great time on on some great new gear.

Great place to visit good food awesome swimming area. Would stay again.

Loved it. Had a fun experience with friends. Definitely at night is better as thr traffic winds down and there are less people toward the evening. Also early morning is good as well for the early birds. Processing to get my gear was fairly quick and appreciate the workers for doing their best at getting my gear ready.

Nice instructors, but very busy mountain with long lines. The signs are confusing and parking is rather challenging. Worth it for the waffles

The resort is gorgeous and offers a wide variety of activities. We will return as soon as we can. It is worth every dime you spend.

We went there for the adventure park. They have a bunch of things to do including zip lining and mountain coaster

Great place and great service I was there with kids between 4 -11 years and they loved it

Best mountain in the area for a reasonable price. Expect to wait in lift lines on Saturdays, but besides that it's generally never too packed. Also, bring food unless you like overpriced mediocre resort bites

Overcrowded, was at 150% capacity, food is too expensive, feet were cooked on bridges and stones too rough

was great. Lots to do. But the room's are dreary and not lighted properly. We were in room 418. Very dark. Depressing. But we had a great time.

One of the best ski resort in Pennsylvania, not like Colorado but nice ski slopes in the area to spend the day

I went for the day with family who was staying there. The hotel is so nice!

3.5 stars. The room was spacious and clean. The customer service was good. I was disappointed that multiple of the rides in the indoor waterpark was closed. I specifically was excited to go on the Waverunner waterslide and this slide was closed BOTH days we were there. There were also 2 other waterslides that were closed the whole time we were there, 2 days. We did not have anything else to do there; we do not ski and snow tubing is NOT included in the groupon, despite there being a photo and implying that it is included, it is not included. We were also excited to go to the dinner buffet, but it was closed. That was also disappointing, but we enjoyed the Italian restaurant food and service. Overall, there is room for improvement. We have never been to the poconos before. We will try another competing indoor waterpark next time, as once you factor in the rides which were closed in Aquatopia, it is not necessarily 'better' than the competing resorts.

One word for this place: AMAZING! I loved and enjoyed it so very much, I made many great memories there, I will make sure I get there to go skiing every year! These arnt the greatest pictures but here ya go....

We went to Camelbeach and had a blast. Wear your sunscreen!

we went ziplining but the times were different so we went with the earliest time because we have somewhere to be and we originally got tickets for the mountain ride. we wanted to switch to the ziplining and add the remaining money to the ziplining. the lady who was telling us was very rude and had no manners what so ever and telling us she will call the cops on us. this lady needs to be fired. she also said that there were no refunds but before our close friends easily got refunded there money and she was just making everything so difficult. this wasn t fair to us.

Good place to go during winter. you child can enjoy indoor water park and outside ski at the same time.

Had a good time for the most part. I had a little problem and had to go the customer service desk. The reps working at the front were very nice. But then it got kicked up to some female supervisor and she was nothing but rude and condescending.

Beautifully located in the Poconos Mountains. Family friendly and worthw the visit.

Solid PA mountain. Well maintained trails, helpful staff, well patrolled by ski patrol. Lift lines can get a bit long at the more popular lifts, but you can break it up with some quick runs at others.

I really loved how they had slides for everyone and a pool the rooms are beautiful and some are big the food is good too

We spent time at the water park, likes it a lot not much crowded at least on the day we went. Lots of activities to do. The food at the resort was really good and resonably priced.

My trip was as planned perfect. Lots of fun on the slopes and lots of warmth with the ladie . Gunna definitely add this to my time share. Perfect place for all ages

A beginner mountain, but always fun for more experienced skiers and boarders as well. Never disappoints. Although I will say it has gotten expensive over the past few years.

New menu is great. Offering a side salad with a burger excellent idea. Oh and the skiing was awesome today.

It s huge and looks scary when you look up from the bottom of the mountain. It s also crowded and parking could have been organized a bit better. Other that that we enjoyed skiing a lot.

This past weekend was an unusually busy weekend for Camelback, but having to wait 40 minutes to take a shuttle just to get to the ticket window is absurd.

The water was way cold in August but next year auquatopia here we come.

More fire pits at the resorts but overall a good experience

UPDATE: Went in mid Jan 2021 on a Friday, and it was crowded, but not unbearably so, luckily! There were a number of people there who weren't wearing a mask properly, but there were staff members around who would try to enforce it. Unfortunately, that day, there were only 5 lifts open, but really only one lift up to the blue slopes on each side, so basically one.. However, snow was nice and they were making snow throughout the day too.

Haven't gone yet, but am planning a trip, and the reviews don't look promising with mentions of people not following COVID protocols, not wearing masks, very crowded.. I've had to call the office 3 times, in which 1) they have two different phone numbers to call and only one seems to work (interchangeably) and 2) wait times on the phone can take up to an hour.

Called several days ahead, was told there was no need to make a reservation for the beginners package. Upon arrival, we were told there were no more available bookings. We had a BLAST at Shawnee Ski resort and got a GREAT lesson there AND saved 30 bucks! Your loss Cameltoe!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Profits come first. Just a warning that they have a 1 hour weather guarantee but it is not posted anywhere. I was there on NYE with a forecast of rain, before I purchased the tickets I asked the young lady if they have a policy on the weather. She said depending on the conditions but ask customer service if it gets bad. Well it started raining about 2 and a half hours later and it made the mountain very foggy to the point it was hard to see 5 feet in front of you. I went to customer service and they said sorry it is not our policy to refund or provide lift tickets for a future date. I would of had no problem if it was clear up front, but it was not. Conditions were awful. Compare this experience with a friend of mine that went to Blue on a Sat. It was packed and they only had a 1/3 of the runs open. The people operating the main lift were not packing it full and as a result the lines were 45 min plus. My friend complained saying this was unacceptable on a busy day and they gave him a set of full passes to be used a later date. Additionally, recently while at Killington in VT a skier placed her ski's in the gondola for the ride up. The ski's fell out, the team at Killington said they would find them and if damaged replace them. Apparently, Blue mountain and Killington know how to take care of their patrons. Becasue Camel Back does not I will not be returning and I recommend you look elsewhere as well.

If I could give zero stars I would! I purchased a Groupon for a one night stay at camelback for our family to go on an overnight ! The cost was $200. Groupon states you must cancel 30 days prior to get a refund. The day before leaving my one year old woke with a high fever , strep throat which the next day turned into roseola as well. Groupon stayed camelback isn t known for giving refunds and that a doctors note may help! My pediatrician wrote a note stating my daughter was highly contagious etc. Groupon appealed the refund and it was denied. I later called camelback myself to ask them if they would have rather me brought my sick child there? I also stated what s $200 to a big a company for us it was our family getaway that we won t get to do often! I asked even for them to reschedule our date and they just didn t care! SHAME ON YoU CAMELBACK!!!!!!!!

I've been there before, but today I got sick after 2 runs. They gave me a refund and have a free ski lift ticket waiting for when I'm up to going back

Camelback Mountain Resort was a great place for me to try out snowboarding for the first time. There was a lot of variation in hill types for beginners all the way up to the most experienced. The resort was pretty crowded this Saturday afternoon, understandably because of its family friendly environment and because of the warmer weather. I would definitely go back again.

Only gets 3 stars because there is a supervisor tickets who is so rude. That woman needs to be fired, she is so nasty and literally doesn't know how to be a supervisor, and her customer service is horrible.

This place was a lot of fun for the kids. Especially the mini golf. And the ice is out of this world. My strawberry coned actually had whole strawberries in it.

Service is slow and more food places should be open

It's clean and its cafeteria is varied, its slides and more games are super fun

We skied last week and were horrified. It was way too crowded and saw many people getting hurt very badly. Worst part was the complete lack of respect for the mask requirements. The state of PA should really do an inspection here. About a quarter of the people waiting in lift line had masks off and only put them on when they got close to the front. I sent them pics and got no response at all. We all want to ski safely and for mountains to stay open but that kind of selfishness, and a management team who could not care less is just pathetic.

I loved working there as a prep cook I am sure going to miss it

Water park and slopes open at 10am. Checkout is at 11am? I got here at 8:30pm after driving three hours. Didn t know the park closed at 9pm so I couldn t enjoy any of the things they had to offer. Woke up at 8 and called to see if they can extend my checkout so I can not rush around and use the public showers and leave me bags with a random person. Was told no update - called back and spoke to the manager. Gave me an extra hour. Now I can leave my bags here. Go to the water park. Shower alone and get dressed for the slopes without bumping my legs and arms in a stall. That being said. Keep this in mind when planing your day

Fun skiing amd love the lodge. Great learners area for my kids!

This mountain is missing so many necessary upgrades to the lifts it's unbelievable. The lines take waaaaaay to long. The high speed line is fast but it takes 23mins to get on. Save yourself the headache and go to Blue Mountain. Parking is a nightmare also. New lodge and restaurant is pretty good.

Galactic tubing is a blast! Traffic is horrible. Good time.

They have lots to offer . Just be sure that you book ahead of time and make reservations in advance. If you book a room online (king premier suit) don't let the front desk downplay your room she offered us a double then sent us to a king fireplace suit. I noticed it didn't have a balcony and request the room I payed for. We wasted some time but once our room was ready we were very happy with the accommodations we had arranged.

Everything here is fun, would love to visit twice in a year!

The staff was wonderful and rooms were cleaned well. Dining options were limited but good.

Very Clean, and Good Staff, Guy's at the Valet for Parking and luggage are great, enjoyed the mountain and water park.

The staff here is super friendly and they stay open late into the season. A variety of trails for all ski levels. I have no complaints.

Waited over an hour and half to get rentals. Not organized and hectic. Unbelievable! Never experienced this elsewhere. Won t return for skiing. Worse than a busy airport terminal

Snow is usually better than Mountain Creek. Trails are a decent length.

Great event space, awesome water park, kind staff. It's a can't lose proposition!
