Great rooms great staff overall fantastic experience!

This place was amazing!! They have surround sound in all their rooms and of course when your on vacation why wouldn't you want to bump some tunes! (not to loud of course) Well the guests next to our room didn't like us playing Kenny Loggins or John Denver so they called us to complain...I called the front desk to ask if there was another room they could put us in so we don't upset our neighbors anymore.. (; They ended up upgrading our room with away better view and more space!!! Fantastic customer service!!! Not to mention the amazing restaurant that is attached not only had amazing food but the service was impeccable!!! Totally worth a great tip!! Awesome experience all around would absolutely go back again!!!

Excellent customer service! Upgraded me to their nicest suite for no extra charge. Quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is nice, well appointed, smart and clean. The hallway smelled musty but our room was clean and we were happy with it. I found the best price online and booked through Priceline when the hotel couldn t match it. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Need to tune up the front desk staff so they all deliver the same professional appearance & customer service.

Beautiful hotel room. Its a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The staff is amazing and the food from H. Toads was delicious.

Be prepared to pay extra for everything. The espresso bar was disappointing. The tons are nice enough but there is no where to swim in the lake; boat docks everywhere.

Clean room. Direct TV quit working because of snow.

Awesome food @ the Horny Toad and DJ serviced the guests with Jello Shots. I had a blast playing cornbags with my family.

Newest Hotel at The Lake. Like staying here as everything is under one roof and Shady Gators is right around the corner! Decent food in the restaurant and they usually have good entertainment as well.

Beautiful resort. However, I'd call it more of a hotel with resort amenities. Great customer service, rooms, and location.

As an owner of businesses you learn to treat the janitor the same as the manager. This place has horrible customer service and treats adults and small children alike disrespectfuly

I was a part of a wedding at Camden on the Lake last weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. I was impressed with the facility, the rooms, and the event space. Clint and his staff did an excellent job serving the reception. I have been to many weddings at the lake, and this venue really impressed me.

They let us check in early, which was nice and the rooms were nice - but needed maintenance. $930 for a two bed suite was a bit much!! We could have rented a house with a full kitchen for that price. No breakfast served. Have a coffee bar which looks nice but of course the machine is down and you can't get anything other than regular coffee. Evenings here with "Live Music" seem like a bunch of desperate people running around looking for a mate. Sad. Live band not great but at least it was entertaining to people watch. The staff was almost all unhappy, several commented on their low pay which I didn't care to know given what we paid. Ice only available on 2 floors. Toilet wouldn't flush properly...not worth the price!

Alexandra is the sweetest hostess!!!!! Always remembers us and super helpful with making sure us and our dogs are welcome there. Definitely always my 1st choice when I m at the lake

I make annual and, sometimes, semi-annual 3-day trips to Camden on the Lake through my employer. The suites are well-suited for extended stays with large bedroom, cozy and classy sitting area with electric fireplace, very nice bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchenette with granite countertops. More rooms than not have a view of the lake and docks. There are a variety of choices on location and nearby for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Late Spring and Summer are the best time periods for activity. The rest of the year is quiet and cozy.

Amazing place. Nice hot tubs. Beautiful landscape. Would come again.

Slow.....its a Monday waited over 45 min for my food

This place has everything going for it. Great location on the water, boat docking, boat rentals, great food, cold beer, bands, fantastic relaxing areas around the water, outdoor pool, friendly staff... It has it all.

The room was Amazing!! However, almost all the staff was extremely rude! We booked here for our honeymoon and honestly would never go back unless staff changed!!

Great waterfront views of the Lake while sipping on a nice cold adult beverage. Nice way to spend a Friday.

Nice lodging with large rooms complete with kitchens. The hotel can be difficult to navigate as it is built on several levels an d the lobby is not on the ground floor!

The location is perfect. Don't have to leave complex for the complete lake experience. However, while here decided to look into scheduling a large group for a birthday party. At least 5 rooms needed (which totaled about 2600$ for a weekend) with people who would have spent a ton of money at the complex between meals and definitely the bar. I confirmed availability and was going to confirm with other people in our group. It was Sunday at about 9:30. I thought we would stay a little longer, maybe even another night. I asked for a late checkout, and they told me they had given too many out. I said okay and asked absolute latest we needed to be out. They said at checkout time 11am. Wanted to just go to the breakfast buffet (which the food and servers all weekend were great all weekend) and have a slow paced morning. Instead we rushed to get packed, left the facility by checkout and did not book any rooms for the event. We must not have been a good enough customer as others who got late checkouts. We spent the rest of day looking for another resort that would suit our group. Weekend was great, but the end put a bad taste in the mouth.

The Camden in the lake was an excellent stay while at Lake of the Ozarks.

Didn't stay at the hotel, only got fuel here a couple times. Attendants were very friendly and the prices weren't terrible.

Went for lunch. Limited winter menu. Good lake view. Should be fun on the summer.

Food was good drinks were horrible "the bartender " couldn't make a margarita

Love this place! Pricey, but we stay on the lakeside, and the view is worth it. Great amenities, excellent restaurant at H. Toads and quaint, gift shop full of fun in shopping. Go ahead and spoil yourself here.

Clean place, nice rooms, but will not be back. It is a party hotel and not family driven. That is fine, but I wish it stated somewhere that they are not kid friendly. I got many odd looks at the pool with my kids from guest and staff. I felt like a freak of nature with monsters running around. The tension was so high I keep getting on to my kids for playing in the water and talking. I know, horrible mom move. Oh, it did not help when a blonde hair staff memeber in a pink flower dreas apologize to guest for my noisy kids. Her exact sentence, "Are you doing okay? I do apologize for the noise." Don't worry honey, I paid for my night and left the room clean, but insulting me was not proper customer service etiquette.

Didn't stay there, they hold a portion of Bikefest near there, which I attended. However the building is neat.

My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing time there. The view was beautiful!!! I highly recommend

Rooms are huge and property is clean with plenty to do, even if it s just relaxing with a drink and checking out the people on the lake.

So far, it's been great here! The staff has been exceptionally accommodating. Upon check in, I was offered an upgraded room, which was beautiful! My daughter brought her xbox, but couldn't connect it to the tv. The wonderful maintenance guy did the handy work for us and got it up and running! Will definitely be back if the rest of the weekend goes as well as the first night!

Was there for a 3 day conference. The accommodations were excellent and the staff was very pleasant.

Newer place in the lake, has all the commodities that you'd need. Decent food and as always good drinks everywhere you go on the lake.

Stayed here two years rooms are clean the views of the lake are excellent. We were there during the off season so it was a tad boring but I am sure it is lively during boating season. The restaurant is a little pricey for what you get or I would have gave it five stars.

This resort is well appointed however lack of property upkeep is an issue. Upon check in ... pizza sauce on the nightstand... kitchen did not have forks, dishwasher falling out of the cabinet...overall lack of house keeping on a daily basis.

The front desk staff is a total nightmare. Be very careful if you book online thru the Camden website because apparently they do not reserve lake views when asked and they treat you like idiots if you inquire. Specifically Carolyn.... the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered in all my resort travels! She actually moved us from our reserved room to a better room that was actually her way of punishing us for inquiring about why our room reservation was incorrect. She mentioned a half dozen times that we booked online. I asked her why that was a problem when it was their email to me asking me to rebook my vacation. She would not answer. No manager on site. Carolyn moved us from room 615 to room 626 which was next to the ice closet and elevator.

Security allows people to party in the hallways until well past 3am. If you are under age drinking and inconsiderate.... this is the resort for you!

H Toad doesn't provide any gluten friendly options. We asked the waitress if they had a menu for GF, but she simply indicated that we needed to figure it out on our own. Also, menu options were limited as it was, which did not help. Rather disappointed as our family has been going to this restaurant on vacation for years. The new management has definitely changed this place in a negative way.

Good food, but probably overrated for ambiance. However, we were there on a slow Thursday.

Absolutely fantastic! I won't stay anywhere else while I'm in the Ozarks. The staff is very nice and accommodating to anything needed. My daughter was I'll and front desk suggested a few remedies to help soothe her pains. They, as well as the resort, are fabulous!

Only the rich can afford to party here cost way too much money put up with stupid rich people go home you stupid rich people

My husband and I stayed here during a business trip and had a great time. Beautiful pool and fun atmosphere. We took a boat ride from the hotel to a restaurant just across the lake. Friendly staff at the hotel and great food.
