I expected such a delicious experience so much that I was disappointed. Very expensive for a classic service. Nothing fabulous either.

No stay yet, at the plazza.
Due to the works closing the establishment, no worries, the director has a tear easy disant saying that there are no tourists, but there is still money for the embellishment of the hotel

We went there for the tea time. The place is absolutely gorgeous and the tea time is too. The service was impeccable.

How to be happy with yourself? I don't think I am as long as you support the dictatorship that has ruined Cameroon for almost 40 years.

Excellent palace, management and staff taking care of us

This hotel is a wonder! A wonderful setting for those who are lucky enough to stay there or even take the time to stop there for tea or lunch. The staff are absolutely charming. The dishes are refined, expensive certainly but prestige requires!
My son was lucky enough to be able to skate for 1 hour on the small ice rink set up for the end of year celebrations, in the interior courtyard. A corner chalet has been fitted out to accommodate in particular parents of little ones who indulge in the joys of skiing. There is mulled wine, hot chocolate (Ducasse) or any other delicious winter specialty. We had a magical time!
