Cilena at reservations helped me over the phone to get info on extending a reservation. She was awesome! So helpful, informative, and professional. She went out of her way to help me out, and I appreciate her! I hope one day she ll see this and it ll brighten her day.
I guess the Cosmo is kinda high end on the scale, but I love it no matter what. The designs, the art, the hidden tequila spot, etc. Great place for a good time even though you're not staying at the hotel.
One of the iconic Vegas resort casinos for good reason. Cozy event and conference space, world class restaurants, great casino layout, and access via pedestrian bridge to Aria and crystal shops.
This hotel like any other Vegas hotel is very large. And there's a lot of walking involved to get to one place to another. But the sweets if you can get one. Are great and they have a huge. Amazong View if you're high enough up on the strip.
I stayed here for two nights booked through fine hotels and resorts and comes with tons of benefits. I arrived around 1:30pm they said I am eligible for an upgrade but the room is not yet ready and was told that they will send me a text once it's cleaned. I waited for 1 1/2 hours by the Starbucks no update. Went to their Autograph lounge since I also have a Marriott Status, sat by their sofa non of the employee have bother to ask me if I am checking in or what. Waited for an hour on the lounge and yet no update at all. I finally approached one of the front desk and ask if my room is ready. They finally check me in. View from my room is great you can watch the dancing fountain. Overall stay is fine not impress with the kind of service considering this is a Category 8 Marriott Hotel. And also they charged me for parking which the website says free parking for guest staying at the hotel. I did not call the hotel as I don't have the time and energy to complain about it. I would never go back here.
New Years eve here for the nite was great. The Rooms are so awesome. Definitely would recommend.

We went here as part of Taste Buzz food tours trip which is a great thing to do! Started at Eggslut which was lovely, long lines which we avoided as part of tour, then onto juice bar which was something we wouldn't normally try but was great and felt healthy. Then onto hole in the wall pizza place. White pizza is gorgeous. Hotel had a lovely feel to it.
What an amazing Hotel with it's prime location. If you get the fountain view room you won't be disappointed. 20 restaurants to choose from including the Wicked Spoon Buffet.

My first time ever staying at this hotel before the covid shut down. I have to say, I love love my suite, especially the balcony facing right on the strip. Beautiful chandeliers hanging from the casino floors brought a big WOW! I wouldn't mind staying at this hotel in the future again.

A wonderful once in a Lifetime experience. Wonderful views of the Strip and water fountain show at The Bellagio. Massive rooms with a kitchen . All rooms have a balcony. The Golden Spoon and Holsteins are fantastic. Try and find the Hidden Pizza place. Stunning

Went to The Chelsea for the Lizzo Concert! The venue was really quite nice. A bit tight on space. The bathrooms were clean and plenty of open bars! Would definitely come again. Also the floors bounced, which was interesting
I LOVED staying at The Cosmopolitan!! My room was very nice, clean and had a great view of the Bellagio fountains and the strip. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful and I really appreciated that they cleaned the counter after the person in front of me. I ordered room service- spaghetti pomodoro and a glass of Prosecco, it came quickly and was delicious! I will definitely stay again the next time I m in Vegas!
Centrally located to the strip and easy to drive and park car. Free valet and everyone is welcoming!

These people have con artists false advertising gifts straight out of the property giving demonstrations in their conference rooms. A partner with the cosmopolitan but the lie about where the gifts are from.
The look of Cosomopolitan would be a great place to take Millennials as far as shopping and eating. A bit pricey to stay there though. Least their casino isn't as smokey.

Came for a friend's 21st birthday and he was racially profiled at the tables and harassed by a dealer. As a local I can recommend any other casino on the strip but this one.
Loved the decor of this place. The buffet was a bit over priced for what it had.
We had the 49th floor balcony room. Decent room but the night view is spectacular. The hotel is fairly new and has a very modern look and feel.
I didn't get to see that much of the casino or the hotel. From what I could see it was quite beautiful. The slots were OK, I won a little bit. I'm going back soon and this is one of the places that I really want to explore.

This hotel is beautiful. It is one of the newer strip hotels and is owned by Marriott. They respect Marriott status and we were upgraded to a lovely room. The hotel is right next to the Bellagio and you can see the fountains from your balcony depending on the side of the hotel you are located on. It is also across the street from the Paris hotel. Access to the strip is very easy and there is access to an upper walkway which allows you to cross the street in the hotel. The hotel offers NUMEROUS food options. The casino is nice, they have a nightclub, and they have a lovely bar that looks like a chandelier hanging in the middle of the hotel. The hotel decorations and atmosphere are geared more on the adult side, although we had kids and it was not a problem.

Since they lowered their rates, it's understandable that the quality will go down a bit, but in my room it reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke, other than that great place high quality great views
The Room is Great the theme they have feels like Hollywood the bathroom and the closet. The Buffet was delicious and wait time was estimated about 30 min but when waiting to be seat the line moved at a good pace and were seated in less then 30 min
Everything from the rooms, services, pool, and more is amazing. They really go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable and relaxing. It's also connected to another part of the hotel which has more restaurants and shops. Nightclub is also included.
My bad luck during Covid staying at the Cosmo. Not only was I given and uncleaned room, there was also a drone monitoring room activities at the balcony. After multiple complains, a miserable resort fee was waived.
For people that will have the balcony view, just be careful because of potential invasion of privacy because the hotel will do nothing to protect you
This is my favorite place to visit for gambling. I just play the machines, but my adult son plays the tables also. They have a good variety of machines and sometimes we win and sometimes we lose. But it doesn't matter. We are there to have fun, and it is a fun place! We are locals, so we do not usually stay over night. However, I have stayed in their rooms, and they are excellent--very up-to-date and have great views.
This hotel trives on excellence, its super modern, employees are polite, the views are breathtaking. Tip, upgrade to the fountain view if you can afford. Its tottally worth it..
Man this is going to be my permanent hotel anytime that im in Vegas..... it is very clean,many options of food and drinks to choose from and a casino along with day and night club.

Great space, especially if you are a Marriott rewards member. It s a Vegas hotel, so attention to detail is paramount. We had the wrap around suite on this visit. Absolutely stunning views from the balcony. This is likely my new favorite place in the strip.
Great secret pizza hallway with delicious pizza, open till 5 am! Also the Chandelier bar is beautiful and the drinks aren t insanely expensive, just moderately expensive. $13-$15 for a cocktail.

Best hotel on the Las Vegas strip. We had a amazing balcony with a wrap around view of the strip. Best hotel I have ever stayed in! The front desk people were very nice and the lobby was absolutely beautiful. Right in the center of the strip so it's close to everything. My favourite hotel on the strip and I will be coming back for sure.
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is one of my favorite hotels to stay in when I'm in Las Vegas. The hotel is always so classy looking from the inside and the out. The decor is really pretty and very artsy. You can tell they really care about the hotel. It's a great hotel to stay in.

Beautifully appointed spacious rooms with breath taking views!! You have to experience the Cosmopolitan!! The staff is professional and good natured. I have been spoiled by this experience. I will return once again for more getaways!!

Went to the wicked spoon buffet, it's the best in Vegas. Reviews fall short, literally something for everyone..even picky eaters. Wait time was very short. Servers are very friendly, and courteous. Definitely worth the price.

We found an offer and I have to say I am pretty impressed with the room and the super special breakfast, which has from japanese, to argentinian or even italian at any time in the morning. There's even gold plated muffins!
The Cosmopolitan is my type of casino/hotel. The atmosphere is exciting and modern, the food choices are great and delicious, and the rooms are clean and comfy. This place is top notch with what is offered in a casino/hotel. I would recommend The Cosmopolitan to anyone and everyone wanting a fabulous experience in Las Vegas.
