The service was great. The location of the hotel is a bit hard to find but manageble. It has a very business feel. Very clean place good overall experience.

Great hotel. Good price considering it's Toronto. Nice living space which makes it feel much larger. Close to the Eaton's Centre.
I had a wonderful time staying at Cambridge Suites Hotel. At first, I found it weird that we were looking into an office building from our suite, but then when I looked to the right and left, I began to understand and love the Cityscape feel of it. I loved that I could see the CN Tower just peeking over the one building and between a few others. I was also grateful for the service we received in being so new to being the one to arrange a stay at a hotel. The concierge that greeted us, Jennifer, was friendly, accommodating, and put me at ease instantly. She was also helpful alongside another concierge (a gentleman) with assisting my friend and I in finding a car rental place and arranging everything on our behalf. Again, thank you soooo much for the service, beautiful suite, and offering such a great experience overall. I was there celebrating my birthday and it could not have been a better night!
nothing special, payed for an upgrade - was a stabdard room.
Excellent service, unbeatable relationship price, quality and location
Very nice suites, friendly service, and good value for the breakfast buffet.
2 person policy after 10pm is very annoying. Can't even have guests over for a couple minutes.
Great service, next time I am in town I will definitely re book
It is a beautiful hotel the suites are large and welcoming. It's very close to the Eaton Center and St Michael's hospital. Friendly staff, and very quiet.
Good location and venue. Strict guest policy is inconvenient. Probably more of a family hotel.
This place is horrible. The staff are rude. The least accomodating hotel ever
Beautiful and comfortable suit .
But unfortunately we had bad experience in their restaurant .
The steak which was should be well done was all pink inside .
Just needed parking decent price but not the most economical
Great location. Wonderful service and the rooms were very nice!
Super clean, cozy suites, very friendly and helpful personal. Great location.
This hotel had poor customer service - One of the clerks was very disrespectful towards my friends. I booked a 2 bedroom suite with a pull out couch yet I was only allowed 3 other people in the room when there was PLENTY of space for 2 more people. Made two of my friends go home at 5 in the morning.
When I checked in, I was never informed about the parking cost. Very poor communication. Never booking a room here again. I could've found a different hotel for a better price and had a way better experience. Not worth it at all.
Nice hotel for a quick night. We did it for the parking as it just worked out to be cheap and convenient.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was staying august 4th and 5th for a music festival at Downsview park. The one issue I had was for some reason I was not able to bring 2 friends into my room to prepare for the night out. I understand the rules but there is a difference between rules and common sense. I felt very uncomfortable entering the building almost questioned as I entered the hotel lobby. They wanted me to pay $20 a person in order to just bring the people into the room for 1 hour tops. I felt completely cheated and will never stay at this hotel again. The manager stated: "bring the stuff for your friends downstairs."
The hotel is very centrally located in Toronto. It's an all suites Hotel so very nice. Rooms are spacious and very clean and modern. Hotel has a "no noise after 10pm policy which is great. Staff are very helpful. Only downside is the restaurant - meals are a little pricey and food is fancier than I'm used to, but that's a personal thing and not necessarily a deterrent. Servings are good sized, which helps justify the price. Room rates are very affordable, especially for Toronto.
Love this hotel. Love the quiet rule. Front desk staff very helpful.
Extremely rude. Herman the manager is very unfair and is biased agaisnt young people. The run a Gustapo style security check as you enter the hotel. I thought I entered Nazi Germany instead of Canada. Worst hotel ever, rude staff below average rooms. I needed to explain for 10 mins why I was coming back to the hotel late while older gentlemen walked by with out questions. Extremely biased and I considered launching a human rights violations against them.
Very good stay at Cambridge Suites. I'd recommend and would repeat.
We have stayed here several times now. It's officially our go to for shopping trips in the city.
Hotel was fantastic and the rate were great on Hotwire. Don't use the WiFi for anything though, someone is skimming info. My bank account was locked out from someone using my info that I had only provided through the WiFi that entire week. Beware....
Great downtown location with spacious, clean rooms.
The room is nice. However, the staff on the front desk are rude, and impolite. They didn't allow me to go to my room at night without checking my ID; then they started to ask me about the other people with me in the room. After that, when I left the room I was surprised by 200$ extra on the bill, so I called them to know the reason. They said that the room was dirty although It was clean. This will be the last time for me there. it was a horrible night. If there was less than one star rating choice, I would've picked it.
Mold, rude staff, stained sheets, disgusting smells. Do not stay at this hotel. I have never had a worse city experience in my life.
I am getting married in a few weeks and contacted the Cambridge Suites a few months ago to coordinate rates etc. for my guests. We set it up so my guests would call in with the party name and I was given a general rate for the night of my More
Great hotel, clean large rooms in a great location. Parking is tight, but it's right downtown
Mostly disappointed with my stay this weekend.
Pros:
1) Generously spaced room
2) Convenient parking access
3) Great downtown location
Cons:
1) Easily the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. Rock hard, very thin blankets, and worn pillows. My hips and shoulders are still sore 24 hours later.
2) Overwhelming noise from construction across the street - starting on Saturday morning at 8am, there was very loud jack-hammering and crane operation going on through to early afternoon. Completely ruined the sleep-in we had hoped for. I realize the hotel doesn't arrange the construction schedule, but the windows desperately need to be re-insulted and noise-proofed as it felt like they were wide open.
3) Parking rate - hotel charges $27/day for parking, but the same parking lot has meters offering it for $16/day...once I realized, it was well after I had signed their parking agreement.
There's MUCH better hotels in this area at a similar price point. I had saved up for this trip for quite some time, and it really was a let down. I won't be returning.
Friendly staff, nice rooms but with minor signs of aging. Would stay again.
The after 11 policy sucks. I couldn't go up to get my things from my friend's suite.
This hotel is in close by to a lot of restaurants that are all walking distance. There is a parking structure, however, it does cost $ to self park. Lots of taxis curbside so it's quite convenient. The hotel rooms are spacious with an in room safe. Lots of closet space! There is currently construction in and around the hotel so it can get noisy at times.
Overall service was great. Staff were very friendly at the location downtown Toronto. I'll be back.
Great location near Yonge St; hotel is ok but not special
Great hotel for extended visits. A well laid out room, maintained with impeccable cleanliness. I have not been disappointed yet.
Casual and comfortable but do not stay here if you like to party.
The deluxe king suite rooms are very comfortable. TV / Cable is basic and no screen mirroring supported.
Friendly staff, beautiful room, and it's surrounded by almost everything I could need on a business trip.
A fine place! Remember me! Will be staying again soon!
We stayed here during a family vacation to Toronto. The great location made it an excellent choice. Our room was on the 12th floor and was quite comfortable for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). The fridge and microwave, as well as several nearby restaurants, made up for the fact that no breakfast was included. Parking in the nearby garage was convenient. Our only complaints were that the beds were VERY firm, and the elevators quite slow.
Top quality, spacious room and friendly front desk staff. Only decently priced hotel with tiff going on. More like a 3-star than a 4-star though.
-10000 rating worst service ive ever experienced in my life. I had my friends come to hang out before my birthday reservations and when we got back they wouldn't allow them to come up to grab their belongings. They tested us like we were criminals. They were so disrespectful and unreasonable. I've never experienced anything like this. You would think if they were going to be so uptight that their room would be of highest quality but they weren't. Rooms were a basic hotel room not worth the price for the terrible experience.
I gave the hotel three stars because there was nothing really great about it but at the same time nothing overly wrong. The location is great. A few minutes walk from the Eaton's center and subway stop. Restaurants near by that are great. And for the most part the hotel was clean and functional. On the other hand the room felt like it could use some updating. There was some evidence of things not being thoroughly cleaned for example dust on the vents (not a little) and under the bed clearly hadn't been vacuumed in some time (I was looking for my kids toys). I'm the end the hotel is fine, but I would have expected a bit more for what I paid.
Great location, but I've been to University residences with fewer rules
This is a great place to stay. We were walking distance from all of the places we wanted to visit. The suite had every thing we needed and was nice and quiet.
Great stay here, despite construction right outside during our stay. Close to most everything you'd like to see downtown, and easy to get around on transit for anything a little further away. The rooms are very nice and the bathrooms are exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. I didn't have a chance to try the room service as it was a little too expensive for my liking, but I heard good things from other guests in passing. All in all, I'd recommend this place.
The worst experience ever. Never will book this place again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Customer Service is just horrible.
All nice and neat. Except kitchenette that is less than average.
Room was good. Being one block away from the Eaton Center is great, staff was professional and pleasant.
My husband and I and our children stayed here for the Caribbean festival weekend first our reservations were messed up we booked 3 rooms to sleep 3 per room but they had 3 rooms book 2 per room so we had to pay more money for 3 people to stay in rooms thats already paid for...the security guards were bullies they were yelling at us and told us we couldn't go to our rooms without showing our id or we were going to be evicted without refund...the bartender took breakfast feom me and threw it in the trash in front of me we couldnt get extra towels the matress was soiled and stained with clean sheets it was also ripped ...i give this hotel a 0 stars and will not EVERY stay here or recommend to anyone
The rooms and service were excellent. One of my windows was not properly sealed and the wind could be heard howling in my room throughout the night.
Great location, great rooms, great atmosphere, would stay again
Room was great. Elevator access to parking was a bit of a pain
Spent a long time there. The hotel is located conveniently in the Financial District of Toronto. Good quality. The staff is very friendly. Would recommend for business trips.
Location was great, so close to the Eaton centre and Nathan Phillips Square. Quiet, staff was great and we got complimentary breakfast passes. Parking was a little expensive but expected.
Great location
Close to the direct train station (Union) connecting the airport and downtown, and walking distance to the large shopping center (Eaton Center).
favourite hotel of all time! i love how quiet cambridge suites is. nestled in the heart of downtown toronto, it truly is an immediate escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. you almost feel like you're the only guest staying there! the king size beds are really lovely too - i have my best sleeps when i stay here, and i'm even planning on investing in the same mattress for myself. knowledgeable and friendly staff are the cherry on top of a perfect getaway! toronto's best kept secret
Gorgeous hotel and beautiful rooms. One of the best hotels ever. And the breakfast was awesome, especially the French toast.
Nice place. Clean, comfy and a good location. Could use some updating though.
Aside from the slow elevator, everything was great! Room were spacious and guest pass to the gym next door was an added bonus!
Beautiful rooms. Good location. Breakfast was ok, although hot, I have had better.
Very spacious rooms (the bathroom was huge for a hotel!), odd bed sizes though - we were in a room with 2 "double beds" although we all agreed that they were smaller than a double - more like an oversized twin. Luckily we were all family so we didn't mind being so close together. It was nice to have a separate sitting room with small kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave and sink). The hotel is very strict with non-registered visitors. We had 4 of us sleeping over in the room and needed to provide full names of all guests upon check in (we came back to the hotel quite late and were stopped by a security guard and asked to verify our names which he looked up on a printed list to make sure we were actually allowed to be there even though the hotel front doors are only accessible by room key access after 10pm). On site parking is very convenient but a bit costly at $27 for 24 hours. The location is very central and is very walk-able to Yonge and Dundas Square/The Eaton Centre. Price is reasonable for room size and being located right downtown. I would stay here again for sure.
Nice and clean place with tons of space, very strict about not allowing parties in your room for some reason.
Stunning view of Toronto from the top-floor sauna and hot tub. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
