A wedding, absolutely stunning.
First time I had cauliflower as an appetizer...deliciously spicy.

Beautiful location, great buck a shuck oysters on Thursdays, and a great atomosphere! They only serve the oysters in the bar lounge so the wait time was a bit long and you have to get there early. Would be nice if we can order the oysters in the dining room to avoid the wait.

Great place to eat. The views looking out the huge windows onto the water are beautiful. Food was excellent, service was great. Would definitely recommend.

Really disappointed with the service and food I experienced here. Even though I went for lunch I ordered 2 dozen oysters which weren't even on the menu, for $40 each. You would think a $200 lunch would get you good service... was never introduced to my waitor, he was never around...

I counted 3 tables in the entire resturant, obviously due to covid (its important to try and support local)

Anyways, 3 tables in the place and I couldn't get a refill of water or my old fashioned.

He actually only spoke to me when we had asked for the bill and by that time I was really upset.

Thank you to the hostess for asking what the occasion was and getting me a piece of cake for my birthday. have no idea why with less than 4 tables she had to help this guy clean and clear but ok.

Was really excited to finally have oysters but the lunch was just oily, soggy.
We both had the banh mi sandwhich and it took one hour to get to the table. The fries were actually really good. I guess they slow cook them.

Anyways one hour for greasy banh mi sandwhich, soggy purple cabbage inside , oh and we were graced with ONE peice of pork belly split between each half of the sandwhich. Which is a bagette by the way not a banh mi.

Very odd. Very disappointing. Good view, bad service, terrible interpretation of a banh mi its almost offensive.

Lets just say I have always tipped bad service but I honestly didnt even want to pay for anything here. Complete waste of hard earned money in these times.

Excellent food, various options of drinks, hospitable service, elegant and relatively formal but cozy environment, and most importantly, perfect view. Ideal for business dinner, family dinner, or dating.

This place is beautiful we offer our Hair and Makeup services to many brides at this location. Definitely a hot spot for a wedding Venue!

Attended a wedding here in the Waterfront room. Spectacular venue.

The customer service was okay, the food was okay. My expectations were much higher given the location, the ambience and the menu.

I was here a few years ago for New Years Eve and had a terrible experience and hadn't been back since but decided to try it again and now I see why people love this place. Food was great, service attentive and of course the view can't be beat. Looking forward to my next visit soon.

My husband and I got married Friday, October 20th, 2017 at the Cambridge Mill. From day 1, we met and dealt with Amanda Babcock, who was absolutely fabulous. She answered every single one of my e-mails immediately, and catered to us in many different ways. I love how the mill sits you down 10 days before your wedding and goes through everything with you to ensure every detail is nailed. The day of the wedding, we had a girl named Baillie who took care of us the entire night (including the wedding rehearsal). We were also assigned someone else, and unfortunately I can t remember her name, but she was equally as fabulous. If you have signed up to have your wedding at the Mill, you will NOT be disappointed. Every detail was met, every issue was fixed and everything ran flawlessly. I can t say ENOUGH good things about the venue, the staff, the food, the views My MOH s dress broke, Cambridge Mill helped sew it back together, I missed a seating card on my chart, Baillie radioed in while we were taking our photos to ensure it was sorted out they gave my Husband and I extra food they even catered to my picky needs and gave me a different appetizer than the rest of the place. There have been unlimited praises from our guests amazing food best food I ve ever had at a wedding beautiful venue . A long the planning process, you may sit back and think, why the hell am I paying so much for a venue, it s beautiful but like seriously , no let me tell you SERIOIUSLY, it s worth it. I hope you enjoy your wedding at the Mill, and have a fantastic day. I can t wait to come back for date night, we live in Oakville but my god, the food is dreamy.

We enjoyed this beautiful venue with a window seat overlooking the falls and river. Very nice acoustic versions of music played in the background. Very attentive staff and delicious food. The atmosphere was perfect as we enjoyed a quiet couple of hours talking and enjoying the food and beverage. A special night out for any celebration.

Enjoyed an delicious birthday dinner here. The view of the river was nice and the restaurant itself was very modern and upscale. Food was very tasty and service was excellent. Great place for larger groups as well as dinner for two.

Incredible food coupled with incredible service! The staff are friendly, and really complete the atmosphere. The food is INCREDIBLE! Definitely try the watermelon salad, and steak if you can! 10/10 Recommend.

It was our first time here for a catered party. The food and the service was excellent. The staff friendly and professional. We were offered a ride from our parking spot to the restaurant. The interior is very well laid out and the old stonework with new architectural features is well done. This will not be our last time to dine here we will visit again.

I cannot say enough good things about their Sunday brunch! they put on the most incredible spread with everything from breakfast items to seafood, roast beef, lamb, desserts and bottomless caesars and mimosas! The only problem is they are always booked so you have to plan a few weeks ahead! But so worth the wait!

I had my wedding here on January 7, 2017. They went above and beyond for us. All the staff were nice. They are beyond organized and make sure that everything goes without a hitch. The bartenders were speedy - I never had to wait in line - we had about 160 guests, 2 bartenders and no issues! The meal service was excellent - the food is delicious!!! I highly recommend their beef - it was by far the best I have had. Even the vegetarian dish was amazing ... my 'meat and potatoes' husband actually wanted the vegetarian plate after going to the tasting because it was so delicious (stuff mushroom wrapped in pastry). Myself along with several of my family members have allergies and the Cambridge Mill staff accommodated them effortlessly and easily. I didn't have to remind anyone the whole day! That is RARE.

Every aspect of the venue is beautiful. There were no surprises - or hidden costs (they are very clear about everything when you are booking with them). They let me visit the hall as many times as I needed to. They responded to requests and calls quickly. I didn't have a wedding planner or day of coordinator hired to help things run smoothly and I'm glad I didn't waste my money. Cambridge mill staff are so great and making weddings perfect - I really didn't need one! I'd recommend this hall to anyone and everyone.

The food from the menu is great! The brunch on the weekends isn't worth the money but the crepes are DELICIOUS! They also don't have crackers for the crab legs which is weird and quite inconvenient.

Very disappointed, we requested a water view table and were denied by the waiter even though we clearly saw another couple get relocated to a water view table after asking the hostess. No draft beer and my steak was over cooked served cold. Not a great first impression for our first experience here. Unfortunate as it has been several months of not having a romantic night out with my wife. We will have to remake our night out some where else.

Perfect place for special events. Good food with great view.

We took our parents there for the brunch but I wasn't overly impressed. The ham was extremely fatty and the guy carving it didn't do a very good job of carving it. I had to ask him for another piece since he literally gave me a piece no more than 2 inches long. The was was dry and over-cooked, but the roast beef was excellent in taste. However, none of the meet was hot, it was room temperature which I found rather odd. The yorkshire pudding was tasteless. The frozen ones I guy from Presidents Choice are better than these ones. The crab legs were also over-cooked and we weren't given anything to try and get the meat out of the shells.

The eggs benedict were okay as was the mac & cheese but nothing special. The fruit was also at room temperature and it would have been better if it had been kept cold. The apple cobbler was excellent though. All in all, I thought it was over priced for the quality we got. Won't be back again.

Good food, every time I order a steak though it comes out wrong !!

This was our second visit and it was great. I can't wait to go back again. The view onto the river is amazing.

Arriving at 1:55 pm this past Saturday with a 2 pm reservation for 4 with my wife and our mothers for a nice lunch we were kindly advised that a table was being prepared for us. Nothing surprising, however, it was 15 minutes later until we were finally shown to our table. If the restaurant was so busy they could not honour a reservation why offer the reservation in the first place?

Arriving in the dining area we were surprised to find half the room was empty. Perhaps it was the girl at reception who left her post for some 10 minutes who had to clean the table rather than the dining room staff?

We read the menu and promptly ordered an appetizer for the group and our main courses. With at least a 10 minute wait for a beer in an obviously not-so-busy dining room our app finally arrived and was as expected delicious.

With about a 30 to 40 minute wait with our waiter walking past our table no more than 3 times without noticing the empty appetizer plate we were finally given our main courses.

The food was great but two plates came out with about a 5 minute wait until the second set arrived.

When our waiter finally showed an interest in our table again we asked for the bill so we could leave. Over 90 minutes for an app and main course was too much to bear. Another 45 minutes maybe for a dessert? NO THANKS!

I am saving up to be poor and when I have enough money to be poor I'm gonna go here and eat an appy and pretend I'm rich .

I absolutely loved the brunch at Cambridge Mill. The food is delicious!!! Great selection friendly employees. The only negative I can say is that I had to wait to be seated for additional 15 minutes. Even though we booked the private dining room for us and our guests. We had a reservation made months before but had to wait in the waiting area which is not big and having 20 people waiting there was a bit of a squeeze. Over all I will definitely come back because the food and atmosphere was wonderful.

Had a brunch for my dearest friend for her 60th. It was a surprise. Very nice Venue. I recommend it. Nice courteous staff too. Food was good too.

This restaurant is very nice and modern and has a beautiful view! However definetly not my type of food, it's more of a fancy cuisine, you would want to dress up fairly nice it's more of a romantic atmosphere, it didn't smell very appitizing , but staff was friendly and drinks and the menu looked expensive

Always a wonderful experience at Cambridge Mill! We were married here in 2016 in the glass chapel and were just as much impressed with the service and experience every visit since.

We were there Aug11/18 for lunch. Terrible service. Over 20 mins for a waitress to acknowledge us and take drink orders. Then another 20 mins to get drinks. The food was mediocre at best. Steak was good. Fries must of sat under a heat lamp for at least a half hour. Dried up and barely warm. Buffalo cauliflower on top of fennel salad. Just terrible. Hardly cooked. Basically raw. Fennel and some slices of celery. Was dry and old looking. Put in a room with no a/c. Never told that at booking or when being seated. Lemon sangria is awful. Way to much money for something that had no taste and tasted liked watered down. View? Of a dirty, murky looking river. That is what everyone is raving about. People that like this place do not get out much.
The whole experience was terrible. Maybe they should put the waitress on roller skates might speed up the service. Waste of my time.
