Swatch group helped me to fix my Tissot, for no cost and job was done perfectly. The only negative side is hard to park near the building and long service time. However, it is totally worth it

This Company is pure fraud. I have taken my Tissot watch and Omega Seamster Aqua Terra on 4 occasion for a simple battery change, after the battery failed and the watch stopped working; each time I was told that my watch needs repair and they cannot just change the battery unless I get it repaired which has cost me between $300 to $950. They either have forgotten how to make watches or they try to defraud watch owners by phony repairs. I gave up on the watches and sold them to a pawn shop and bought myself a Baume & Mercier. I will never buy another Swatch Group watch.

I had my then two-year-old Omega Seamaster 300 Chronometer serviced here a few years back. According to their assessment, the issue was covered under warranty and they sent the watch to Switzerland for a full overhaul. After a few weeks, the watch came back better than the day I bought it brand new! Best of all, I didn't have to pay a cent! It had a new movement, polished and wrapped in plastic. Their customer service was very friendly and helpful throughout the process.

When the battery on my Tissot Quadrato died, I thought there was no better place to go than the Canadian Tissot repair centre. After a tech diagnosed the watch it was determined that the movement needed a full service and that "the battery was changed and the watch still was not working." A lie, a scam. This would have been a $300 job had I not brought the watch to Oyster Time for a second opinion where I learned that a battery replacement was all I needed to get the watch going again. Do not bring your watch here, ever. Find a watchmaker in town that you know and trust and stick with them.

Caveat Emptor (Let the Buyer Beware)

Caveat Emptor (Let the Buyer Beware)

Going in to the Swatch Group is like taking your car in for service - you're totally at their mercy. I took my watch in for a battery change and left with an estimate for $150.00 worth of work, work that was not even remotely indicated. After leaving the Swatch Group, I went elsewhere and requested a battery change. In thirty seconds, it was done. Furthermore, I was shown the inside of the watch and it was in pristine condition, as new as it would have looked twenty-nine years ago when I purchased it. I have taken other watches to the Swatch Group and paid as much as $1,100.00 for a repair, work I'm not sure was even necessary. Bottom line, take your business elsewhere!!!

Purchased a brand new Omega seamaster ,had it for 8 days then the buckle pusher on one side stopped popping out to lock the (bracelet) it was sent in for warranty repair, I spoke to Swatch hoping the clasp would be replaced they instead said it will be repaired as good as new, the AD,I bought the watch from called me to let me know the watch was ready to pickup , I drove 2 hours to pick it up only to find out they hadn t done a thing. The clasp still stayed in the open position even the salesperson said he would be furious, I have such buyers remorse, if it wasn t for the fantastic sales people at this store (who were jumping through hoops)I would be demanding my money back, not very impressed with Swatch or Omega

I couldn't get an answer, but got one hell of a runaround with people on the phone who had no idea where to connect my call. The gave me an email address to respond too, and it didn't exist, so I gave up.

Tl;dr careless, unsympathetic, incompetent.

My Tissot Le Locle has been functioning reasonably well for 2.5 years. It s had a few scratches and bumps early in its life. A few months ago, I noticed it was desynchronized running at -60 seconds per 24 hours.

I took it to this repair centre being the only authorized one available in Toronto. They quoted me $200+ for a complete service involving movement replacement. No mention of how it was damaged inside just that they noticed a scrape on the side which to them indicated sign of strong shock . With no other recourse, I went ahead with the repair.

I pick it up 4 weeks later and it was returned to me with the back case terribly lopsided. They fixed that on the spot though. 24 hours later, the watch is running about 90 seconds ahead. I called in to question the service completed. They asked me to bring it in for goodwill repair + offered complimentary refinishing.

They called me and said that the refinishing cannot be done as they have made a mistake promising it to me. I didn t care at this point, just wanted to have it done. No movement replacement this time. Which begs the question, was the original replacement necessary previously for the similar desynchronized issue?

I received my watch just today. Again, the back case is lopsided. The consistency in this repair shop s incompetency should be a deterrent for anyone who seeks their assistance. Beware.

So far, sub-par service experience. Brought a brand new (literally month old) Hamilton in for service, and the mis-diagnosed the issue and insisted nothing was wrong. Will try again - but so far, very unimpressed

Went to Swatch group to get my Tissot repaired after various jewelry stores quoted me prices and warranties that I didn't think was appropriate (one was outright fraudulent) and they actually repaired my watch for the cheapest price and longest warranty. I'd recommend going nowhere else if you have one of their brands.

Dropped the watch off for a repair and told the receptionist to have the work completed as it was estimated to be less than $100. When I returned later I was asked if I wanted to proceed with the work?!? Service advisor wasn't informed of the request to proceed and spent more time making excuses for the delay. Got the watch fixed after another wait. Make sure you are clear with what you want to have completed beforehand and be expecting some bumps along the way.

I will have to return to this location as they are the only repair centre in Canada.

Poor service, refused to repair my wrist band and insisted on replacing it. This is not the same service I used to get at this place. They are also charging a lot more for replacing batteries.

I regret to inform you that recently I had a very bad experience with your dealer in Toronto/Canada.

I have Omega speed master and Constellation watches. I am the first owner of both. They needed some repairs and maintenance. When I went to the Omega dealer they were very welcoming at the beginning at ensured they will take care of the concerns/problems and required an 1 hour of estimation time. After 1 hour of waiting, I was told that they ensure and guarantee that speed master watch will be waterproof again, which was the most important point and reason for me . And they will fix the constellation watch as well at the same time for an amount of $1970 for both.

6 weeks after I received a call that the watches were ready for me to pick up. When I arrived, to my surprise I was told, they can not guarantee that the speed master watch is waterproof and that their earlier promise/estimation was just a human error.

For constellation watch; it was not ready and that it required a new strap to be fixed. When I reminded them of their previous estimation, again I was told that it was a human error.

For such a big and long history company like Omega this was an unacceptable service. I have lost my trust and belief not only in their knowledge but in their honesty as well.

Awesome service. Got there for a very minor thing today, just to adjust my Omega's bracelet and it was done in a matter of just few minutes and that too for FREE. The receptionist was great and answered all my questions.

My watch has been nothing but problems. Springs replaced at two years because watch running badly, replacement of bezel springs because bezel is loose. Clasp failing at 3 years and taking a month to replace with no one updating me unless I call and then given excuses that are ridiculous. Have to drive all the way downtown only to find the watch was ready but again no one informs me.

Thank you for saving me from purchasing another Omega. I will make sure anyone who asks me about my watch to stay away. $7000 is not the most money for a watch but it's not like im buying a watch at Walmart.

Shame on you Omega!

I usually don't leave reviews but felt a duty to write something here. I brought my Omega Seamaster to the repair centre to replace a battery. The watch was working fine but was indicating a low battery. After their tech examined the watch I was informed that the battery has leaked into the movement, which means I need to get the entire movement replaced. I was quoted at a price of over $500 to get this done. I decided to get a second opinion on it and took it to a reputable independent watch repair guy. After opening the watch up we were both shocked to see that it was was pristine. There was absolutely no sign of leaking anywhere. The battery was replaced in 5 minutes and the watch is working perfectly as it it always was. I cannot believe that an officially licensed centre like this can pull these sorts of tricks. I would advise to stay well away from this place, or at the very least get a 2nd opinion on anything they tell you.

My local Hamilton Watch Distributor was unable to open the back of my Hamilton MIIB watch to install a battery and referred me to the Swatch Group. I packed up the watch and mailed it to Swatch. They acknowledged receipt and gave me a ref number and password so I could follow the progress. As it took longer than expected, due to their difficulty in locating the correct battery, they advised me that they would accept transportation costs. They did. I got my watch back in good order.
Mailing beats driving costs to Toronto and parking downtown.
I'll use them again if need be.

I appreciate you taking the "time" to fix my Omega. It was in need of service and although it takes a long time to have a watch professionally prepared, the expectations were realistically set from day 1. If you love you watch, just take it here. Servicing is not something to be compromised. They also back up their work for 2 years! Thanks again.

I just want to express - unfortunately - my sorrow experience at Mapleview Mall, Burlington ON, where customer service was extremely racist. Mind you this is not my first time buying from this store, yet it will be my last time purchasing from that store again.

Seriously folks, this place is not worthy of a high end watch repair facility. They took in a number of watches prior to the COVID-19 shutdown. And for now 3 months since there has been total silence. How about calling your clients and letting them know? How about repairing the watches you already have and deliver them curbside? Most good businesses supported their clients throughout this period. These folks repair ridiculously priced timepieces and we pay for the service, which as you can see in my message, does not exist.

I had to get a 13 old T- touch serviced but since the old parts are not available anymore so they allowed me to purchase the new version for the price of what the service charge would have been. The wait time was supposed to be 3-4 weeks but it only took a couple days and they sized it up for me as well. Plus, everyone there was super nice to deal with.

Went to this place to replace the battery of my Omega Terra Quartz. I was told by the customer service rep that it will take about 2 hours!!?? Of course I didn't leave the watch and have it be replaced. The battery replacement in Boca Raton at Omega store took around 10 min.
Previously I have already been at Toronto center to service my Longines and the experience was far away for being good. Never will be returning to this place.
