I just want to express - unfortunately - my sorrow...

I just want to express - unfortunately - my sorrow experience at Mapleview Mall, Burlington ON, where customer service was extremely racist. Mind you this is not my first time buying from this store, yet it will be my last time purchasing from that store again.
