When the battery on my Tissot Quadrato died, I thought there was no better place to go than the Canadian Tissot repair centre. After a tech diagnosed the watch it was determined that the movement needed a full service and that "the battery was changed and the watch still was not working." A lie, a scam. This would have been a $300 job had I not brought the watch to Oyster Time for a second opinion where I learned that a battery replacement was all I needed to get the watch going again. Do not bring your watch here, ever. Find a watchmaker in town that you know and trust and stick with them.
