They got rid of the one hotdog place that was really good and the lemon heaven so that's not great.

She is showing her age, but it is well taken care of apart from the exterior landscaping

The staff are absolutely excellent; efficient food vendors, friendly ushers, quick bar staff. The building itself is old- the oldest in the current NHL roster of hockey arenas. Nothing is falling apart but the whole place cries out fr an upgrade. The sightlines fr concerts are great but the backstage facilities cant accomodate large stage setups. Hence many famous artists skip us in favour of Edmonton or Winnipeg. Go enjoy a Roughnecks or Hitmen game fr the full experience w much better prices...

My dad helped build this place in the 80's, but it's definitely time for a new stadium in Calgary. I only gave it 3 stars because I've been going here my whole life and have a connection with it.

When you go to Calgary, if it's the hockey season, be sure to go to at least one hockey game if just to cheer the local team and feel the heat of the immense flames when they score. For me, the Saddledome represents The Tragically Hip, since this is where I saw the Day for Night tour. And yes, the band did perform Nautical Disaster but, only at the second show.

went for a concert had wings and beer at corporate box for paysafe. Awesome experience

Went for a Hitman's game. Really enjoyed the entertainment (they had the SikSika nation dancers come out and give some information and do a dance for the first period intermission). All the ushers and staff were friendly and smiling.

Been years unfortunately since i've stepped foot in the 'dome. Ironically talking about its replacement this morning.

I attended the Bryan Adams concert last night, it was amazing. I was sitting in section 211. Unfortunately I must have left my phone on my seat after the show, and I wasn't sure if I was going to see it again.
Chris Spirit from the customer service team found my phone, and I was able to get it picked up! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for his good hearted and professional nature, Please send my thanks to Chris, his actions really saved the day!!

A short walk from the C train, comfortable seats, good views, great food that is also inexpensive for an arena, and it cleared out pretty quickly after the game was over.

Has some good concerts every so often and has some good hockey games, it's kinda expensive for food and tickets but it's good for a night out

For an older building they do a great job here and really enjoyed the Flames game. Had an upper bowl seat near the top there and it was still a great seat!

Meh... It's a run down stadium with severely over-priced food and drinks. $11.50+ draft beers and $20 burger and fries puts even movie theatre prices to shame. If it was a new stadium that needed to recoup building costs I might understand... but this place has been paid 10x over for decades and they're just price gouging customers now. Time to demo and rebuild a proper venue to justify costs.

Came to the saddledome for Flames game but my first beer which is an 18 oz beer filled to the rim in the pl Zone they have my beer off by several ounces I guess they treat you the way you're zone location is.

Parking is difficult and difficult for handicap services, one can barely get into restrooms

Best place in the world to catch the Calgary Flames, Calgary Hitmen, Calgary Roughnecks all under one roof!!!

Find the right line, maybe slip downstairs! For stadium prices aren't bad at all.

2nd oldest pro sports facility in the NHL. Nice that the team and the city of Calgary can't agree on anything.
Mayor Nenshi is the hold up as is King, time to replace them both and get this thing going.

Still the same old Saddledome. The place looks rather well worn and familiar but it still serves its purpose I suppose. A replacement for this building must be coming soon though.

Great venue for games. Beer and food are expensive, but on par with any other stadium.

Watched The Calgary Stampede Showband do there award winning step show. It is a breathtaking event to watch

Excellent ! Visited first time to watch the hockey .. it was a fun to watch hockey first time I. Saddledome . Seating arrangement are very nice and you can see the arena very well. Plenty of shops to remove hunger .. . Please note the food is a bit expensive from the other places .. I had a burger and onion rings from burger chain and got my stomach upset .. seems they use the same oil for a longer run ..

I know us cigarette smokers are horrible people that are the outkast of society but for years and years we could go out the side doors in a fenced of section were we could quietly kill are self's. Now that your organization has decided what is acceptable and what is not I am well aware of smoking by-laws and where we use to smoke was not breaking any ru es but you have decided we are no longer allowed to go out I will not buy any hockey lacrosse of concert tickets. It's funny that you dont want people smoking but it's ok to sell 9.00$ dollor beers.

Took forever to get into the building, but otherwise a great experience

Great stadium, good sized beer servings compared to other arenas. The design and look is unique, I hope this keep this old beauty.

Always a nice venue, I hear it gets very throughly cleaned once a year in July.

Most overpriced NHL stadium, especially drinks and snacks. And a good thing to note is that if you are coming for a Flames game, you are not allowed to leave and come back in. That being said, it's a great atmosphere and you get really into the whole experience.

Everyone can tell you this is they're most favourite places on Earth! Even after the floods they did a great job to get back up in running! Great for concerts, sports, and conventions. As good as this arena is sadly Calgary needs a new arena

Too uncomfortable seats in the upper rows, it's even dangerous and there is no chance to go out in the middle of the show

I wish that parking at the Saddledome wasn't atrocious. However we park farther away so that helps to avoid being stuck in traffic when leaving the dome.

Well maintained building and great venue for a super Show

Could use a new stadium. Sort of getting old. Acoustics are horrible for concerts. Fine for flames games.

We were here earlier in the year fo a Roughnecks lacrosse game. Even know the staff seem to work at keeping it clean, it s old ! Time for a new arena Calgary !

Sadly this place is completely dated, and we are not getting good concerts or events because of that. The acoustics in this place are terrible so no artist wants to come here. For Hockey games is fine, it does the job.

I do really like the company i do work for really nice training benefits, people are nice likes to have fun and enjoy the part of my life there.

It was a concert. My husband was not allowed to grab two drinks at a time (I remained sitted in our seats). He had to ask a girl further in the line to pretend to be his wife to grab my drink for him. Also, someone in the private lounge was smoking dope during the concert, and we were sitting just a few rows down. I can't stand that smell. If people are allowed to smoke in the lounges, they should be have a better air conditioning.
Except those moments, all was good.

Too many stairs in this place, especially if you have 50 dollar seats, not good if scared of heights! Parking is a nightmare, one hour to get out of car park.
Facilities are good however, and food is reasonably priced, drinks are a bit steeply priced. It's is 15 dollars for parking however.

Concourse and bathrooms crowded AF. Everything else is good.

Awesome! Had to leave so we could go to the chuckwagon races and grandstand show.

Overall good place, only grip is they only accept credit and the ATM Machines charge dumb fees. This place needs to be updated because concerts are too loud to be enjoyed, Too much echo.

Busy. Nice to see the Roughnecks get that level of support.

Excellent venue with a good variety of food and services and not a bad seat anywhere from which to enjoy the game.
