For an older building, it is not so bad. The concourse is fairly narrow which can make it harder to move around the stadium. The food is pretty good in the stadium. Reasonable price for food and a great variety to choose from.

We were at the Steven Miller Band concert Friday night and had an issue with the person sitting beside us. We had had enough and got up and left and this was even before Steve Miller came on stage. As we were looking for an exit I noticed a man standing there that looked "important". We went to this man named Terry Shulte and explained the situation the situation to him. Right away he handed us 2 other tickets and asked one of the staff to escort us. He said he wanted us to enjoy the Saddledome experience and the concert. The fellow escorted us to our new seats, in the club house section, no less!!!. I want to send a shout out to Terry and all the staff at the Saddledome for the graciousness (not sure that this is a word but it totally describes the staff). Even as we were leaving the concert, the concession staff was singing along with the last song of the night and were smiling and waving at everyone. Turned out to be the one of the best evenings yet. Thank you to the staff at the Saddledome.

I was working and needed to access their electrical panels. I don't think I am supposed to give biased reviews or reviews that could be perceived that way, however Google Maps is constantly asking for reviews on the Stampede Grounds and I'm fed up. If you have questions and I'm able to help I do. Take review with a grain of salt and my review for Google Maps is 1 out of 5, if they can't get their act together I will remove location access unless I open the App. Review for my Pixel phone is better but has lot of room for improvement.

Iconic arena in YYC...love the corporate boxes. Great food - chicken fingers and fries, popcorn and the malts are the best. We need a new arena though...we miss out on so many concerts as the shape of the dome doesn t allow for a lot of stage set ups.

Had a seat right up the top and still had a great view. Went to a preseason game and thought the crowd was a little subdued. Easy to get there and home. Enjoyable night for two ice hockey novices. Interesting entertainment between play. Didn t try the food so can t comment on that.

Watched 21 pilots, great concert, lost one star because even after chugging a bottle of water before entry and the gate lady said go another guard took my empty bottle and diddnt let me refill it, I BOUGHT THE WATER AT A VENDING MACHINE IN THR SADDLEDOME!

The stadium is fine. But was surprised to see how North american support their teams - just awful. If they didn't have the signs with "Make noise", it was a memorial concert. Everyone is eating something. Everyone. But not supporting their teams. Flames were loosing to Rangers. about 15 min to the end of the match - a lot of people just left. Just left. Now, I understand why my friends were joking about north american supporters. Compare with Europe - its a joke.

Pretty good venue, seats are reasonable, you get a good view even right at the top. Staff are really friendly, the organisation and transport links are good. Only negatives are beer and food choices are limited and expensive.

We were only outside, but a historic place when you have the Winter Olympics in mind.
On the hill next door, with the housing development, you have a fantastic view of the saddle and Calgary in the background.

Nice place lots of exits lots of parking options with multiple street exits too. It might take you a while to understand which exit and which parking is the best according to your seats but once you do it you really have no excuse for traffic or long waits in the car after events. Inside, the same. A little confusing but every arena is kind of like this. My long time complain: no family bathrooms (or at least I haven't seen them and some staff doesn't know if they exist)

Enjoyed a great final game of the Flames season. The food in the private box we were invited to was very good and the server always made sure dirty dishes were removed and clean ones available.

Gotta love the 'Dome. A nostalgic building with high energy. If you want a great deal on wobblies and burgers/pizza before the game... Get down at least 30 minutes before puck drop and you'll get $5 dome beer and food. But be quick... The deal finishes exactly 30 minutes before puck drop!

Staff were lovely; especially chelsea in suite 207/208 and the gal at guest services. I would rate these ladies at five stars. But the elephant in the room is that the venue is 30 years old and dated. The dome was great 30 years ago either needs a massive renovation or thr Flames need to build a new areana.

Such a classic building to go too! Been to great concerts here like Tool, Pearl Jam, and Smashing Pumpkins! Hockey games are just as great as well! It s a controversial building for its age, but I don t mind.
