For the oldest hockey stadium in Canada, it's looking pretty good and clean. Lots of fun.

Great place to watch an ice hockey game or to attend a musical show. There is a souvenir shop outside. Can access easily via LRT station.

Great concert. Staff helpful and friendly but the security seems really overkill.

Great place but time for a brand new state of the art upgraded arena. As a 15 year Flames season ticket holder it s time!

Not bad for an aging arena. Concession prices are very high. If you can avoid having to park on the grounds you're better off.

Came to see WWF In Your House: Canadian Stampede, back in 1997, and it was an experience to remember forever. The building felt like it was going to buckle when the Hart Foundation entered the arena. What a great memory.

However, the building is outdated and the food is "meh."

Flames lost. We're out of the playoffs. Enough said. The Saddledome is fine.

The saddledome is a treasure to most calgarians. It's the home of the Calgary Flames and most large music events are held here. It's heavily used during the Calgary stampede and other entertainment events. The "Dome" offers food and drink although prices are set at stadium prices. Parking can also be expensive and not great but if you show up to your event early enough and your willing to walk you can usually find Street parking.

Went to see the Canucks beat the Flames, was not disappointed. Getting in and out was a breeze, as we cabbed there and walked back to our hotel, everyone was surprisingly welcoming, even when wearing the other teams colours.

Restroom lines were long during intermissions but that's to be expected, beers were 11 bucks but what are you gonna do, and I was sitting amongst the rabble (flames fans) but even with all of this I would go back for more, any time.

Fantastic night at the ice hockey first time at the saddledome.

Getting a little dated but still a great time watching the Flames win. Good variety of concessions could use more and maybe a directory to find different food outlets

Saw the Dixie chicks here. It was too small for that many people.

Not great sound for concerts. Crammed in like sardines and the seats are uncomfortable. Food is awful and crazy overpriced, so fill up before going.

They have live flames over ice. Like that's not f___inn cool.\m/

Who doesn't love this place. The new bar is amazing with 2 selections of red wine and some new mixed drinks.

The Saddledome is a Calgary Landmark that hosts the Calgary Flames, the Calgary Hitmen, the Calgary Roughnecks, and a wide variety of other events and concerts. It is an aging facility with average food and beverage options. It fails to get many major concerts due to logistical issues with the building. It is very well located on the Stampede grounds, and there is a lot of parking. It has a great atmosphere for sporting events.

Good atmosphere. But the facility is old. We need a new NHL arena

We had a great time at the Crowchild Classic! The Saddledome was the same as usual - still extremely inaccessible for those of us with physical difficulties... especially when going to/from the Alumni lounge, getting food, and our seats in 119... It would be really nice if there was an elevator or even a wider hallway from the main floor to the Chrysler Lounge area! that we get a new arena that is more accessible!!!!

I feel like this has never been a great stadium. Although it has the iconic look for Calgary it is a horrible design in that we have so many great bands that skip Calgary because of weight restrictions from the roof. For hockey pretty much most of the seats are average unless you are sitting lower bowl. Many other stadiums in the league have seating such that you can be at the very top and still have incredible views.

They sure dont build them like this anymore. Its an old stadium, but the atmosphere is electric and there's a real energy for Flames games. Definitely worth a visit or four

Not good flow in and out of the arena. If you are not in the lower bowl then you likely have a poor view.

Awesome entertainment and a hockey game too Nachos are the best

We need to build a new event center! The Saddledome is iconic but has seen better days. The Flames manage well good with what they can do, but it's time for an upgrade!

It's the Saddledome, it's iconic and you always have a good time there.

Because I like the looks of it, I've been at the Scotiabank Saddledome since I was a kid, I cheer for the Hitmen, Flames and Roughnecks, Go Calgary Go

Went to see Kevin Hart there, outstanding. But the saddledome was really nice

Somewhat dated facilities. Not bad for a hockey game, but the acoustics are sub par and don't make for great concerts.

Wheelchair parks are nowhere near the wheelchair entrance.

Always a great place e for some good entertainment!

Nothing sweeter than watching the Flames crush the Canucks in the playoffs. That said, its time to retire the 'Dome and get a new arena in Calgary, one thats good for more than just hockey.

Awesome arena, the Flames game is intense!! Great Experience!! I do recomend it.

The happy hour is so wonderful and the Saddledome had served great but a new building can't come quick enough.... Took more than an intermission to get into the men's washroom. Calgary has outgrown this arena for hockey.

Yes we won the game but as always bathroom access is a waiting game. Also the new security protecal is a pain for smokers.

Great time! Flames won 6-4 in a preseason battle against the San Jose Sharks.

Dont understand why they took out so many seats to add private boxes. I guess money does the talking. Love the new and improved concourse.

The facility is quite dated but seems to always work. Hockey games are enjoyable, so are concerts. A bit dirty

Love the happy hour before the game...can get a burger and beer for 5 bucks each..unheard of in all the other NHL rinks I've been to..

We had a wonderful time at the Flames game. Been a fan from Texas for 22 years and finally made a trip to see the team at home. Wasn t disappointed at all (besides the shut out), and was thrilled I got to see the classic Saddledome before the erection of a new stadium. Wish I could go back right now! Had such a fun night out there!
