A shell of what it used to be. 7 Star tier status means nothing any more as well. Not being bitter, just honest. I want it to be up to par, but it simply no longer is.

Very big establishment. One of the top tourist spots in Las Vegas. The casino is very nice with good staff and attentive service. The hotel rooms are furnished beautifully and every thing has the Roman theme to it. Room service is good but can be slow at breakfast time. The forum shops at Caesars were my favourite part of the whole experience. The artificial sky inside the mall gave it a surreal look. The fountains with the roman statues were a popular photo spot. I also enjoyed the small aquarium behind the Atlantis fountain.
Awesome. I can't wait to go back to Vegas. Stayed in a couple hotels here now and they are all great ...so far so good.
Enjoyed my stay here what an amazing place to stay and the view was amazing room was perfect will be staying here on my next trip thanks so much for the experience five stars all the way around
The best in town hands down. This place is super clean and attentive of your needs. So big and has many options to play some games. Drinks are good at the bar. People are pleasant and easy to deal with even when you have a big group.
Amazing hotel and casino. Massive amount of food and beverage options. Huge shopping mall.
Absinthe the show was hilariously funny
We enjoyed our visit here a couple of Christmas Holiday Seasons ago. One of the iconic landmarks of downtown Strip of Las Vegas, has changed significantly over the years. Beautifully decorated in the style of the Ancients who lived during the Imperial Period of Rome! Wonderfully done in good taste!
Way to crowded for me.... Some of the other hotels are better... If you like to visit a whole city in one place, Caesars Palace is good!
The Vegas Strip is not a family friendly place, but if you find yourself there with your kids, the Forum Shops area is a good place to let them run.
Absolutely gorgeous!!Got a Suite for my birthday, and I would definitely do it again!! Highly recommend giving them a try!! Nice staff and wonderful views of the strip!
I ve stayed in a few hotels in the strip, this is by far one of the best ones, today I didn t get a great view like I did last time, but besides that, the rooms are always clean, very polite staff. :-)
This place is enormous! Between the huge gambling areas, bars, restaurants, and shopping it is almost overwhelming. I loved the fountains and high painted ceilings.
After a 5 hour flight I arrived at Caesars at 9:30am and was quickly greeted by reception member Delano. He had a welcoming smile and was very personable. In order to make an early golf tee time my fiance had to leave the check-in to me. 4pm is Caesars' check-in policy. Knowing I would be alone for the day until our room was ready, Delano readily searched to see if there might be a comparable room available at this early hour. There was not, however Delano assured me he would continue checking availability frequently throughout the day and call me personally if one became available. He took the time to tell me where I can spend some time while waiting and encouraged me to download Caesars iPhone apps for additional information about the hotel. He searched one last time for room availability before directing me to the Bellman to secure my luggage. Within the 5 minutes it took me to do so, I received a call from Delano advising me that he found a comparable room available for check in now. I was thrilled not to have to spend the next 7 hours looking for things to do to fill the time. Delano proudly shared that he has been with Caesars for 16 years and loves what he does. I can tell you it shows! He went over and above making me feel most welcome and accommodating the impossible-early check in!! Even without the early check in, I was more than satisfied with Delano's personal style and professionalism. He is an asset to the organization.
One of the best hotels on the strip. Its market plaza is unique and gives an awesome atmosphere. The only plaza where I found some mid range stores (besides high end stores), like GAP and H&M with very descent price. The interior is truly Roman. It's location is almost in the middle of the strip so you can walk to Bellagio, Venetian etc. Food court is fabulous with varieties of food options.
My 1st time staying at Caesars Palace and What a beautiful hotel/casino...our room and view were perfect......I would have given it 5 if I wouldn't have gotten FOOD Poisoning from The Bacchanal Buffet....very disappointed with that, I was horribly sick & it ruined my Anniversary Trip as I was unable to leave my Gorgeous Octavius Room to go out to celebrate.....overall Beautiful place!
Typical of many Vegas casinos, Caesar's is hard to navigate, but once you figure out the layout, there's a lot to offer without leaving the property. Check in was chaotic and took a while, but the rooms are nice and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable and perfect for recovering from a long day.
A place where elegance and nights to remember are all in one. This place has it all!
Way cool. If nothing else just tour the entire place. It meanders all over and lots to check out, even if not gaming. Fun fun fun!
The buffet was great, but why does the entire rest of the place smell like butt?
We love the cigar lounge at Caesar s! It s a great place to have a cigar and cup of coffee, glass of Cabernet or even a delicious tequila. The service is very down to earth. We make it a destination every time we go to Vegas. I also recommend their meat and cheese platter. It is epic after a great cigar. We also get very good advice on which cigars we can smoke next. Be prepared to sit back relax and enjoy.
Absolutely beautiful and well worth checking out. Lots of restaurants from low-end to high. Lots of high-end shopping (if that's your thing). Lots of historical Roman statuary re-creations and architecture. The atmosphere is one-of-a-kind. Oh, and gambling! It's really amazing and BIG. Bring comfortable shoes... lots of walking.
We actually had gone to the Forum shops and walked all the way through to the casino. We had to get through the casino to go back to the Bellagio. It was an interesting, CLASSIC, casino. A lot of great places to eat. Tons of cool entertainment. The Forum Shops is a cool mall. We LOVED the spiral escalators!
My only complaint is that wifi is limited and they don't offer courtesy water and/or coffee in the bedroom. The selection of entertainment and stores is amazing, the biggest hotel in Vegas
Always a great place to eat, see shows, or just hang out. The Gucci here is my favorite in all of Vegas.
It's a beautiful hotel and casino. Definitely delivers the Vegas experience. Highlights of our stay would include Absinthe and Vanderpump Cocktail Garden. Many other great thing there too but those are my top 2. Only bad part was that our room wasnt ready for over an hour past check in time. No discount offered or anything to make to make up for it. At least the 1 time MGM had a 10 minute delay they gave us a free upgrade. It wasnt a big upgrade but it was something.
I really really enjoyed myself! The mall was amazing!
Never stayed at Caesars but would like to we did have a walk round the shops and got one or two things we did have a very nice Italian lunch in the atrium at a reasonable price
Best place in the world to watch tv sport at the bar
Beautiful hotel, but we booked a king bed room and were given a queen. When we switched the next day, the new room had a shower door that didn't close all the way. Otherwise, it was a nice room and the tub was awesome!
Beautifully done up hotel at the strip in Vegas ,where we stayed.Heaven for liquior lovers and gamblers. Good spacious room ,nice bathroom ,But despite its Grandeur ,the management is not grand enough to provide basic things like creamer for tea coffee, water for drinking free of charge.everything is chargeable. surprisingly in most of hotels in US basic thing like drinking water is chargeable what we get free in India.
Very beautifully decorated clean and everyone so very helpful. They made you feel warm and very welcome
Love the Atlantis show! Definitely a show for kids and adults a like.
Love it here and won some money! Good sports book too.
We got a room in the Augustus Tower with a view of the Bellagio fountains. Very beautiful! The rest of the hotel was clean and well appointed. Only complaint was that room service is too expensive to be tempted. $50 for a chicken fettuccine is steep even for Vegas.
Caesars palace is one of the best places to visit in Las Vegas, lots to see and lots to do with good restaurants too.
I would give it five stars, but I would do that after they don't charge me for parking any longer !
I explored the mall section of Caesars Palace for an hour or so. The architecture and design were thematically appropriate and quite extravagant. I would expect nothing less in Vegas. My sole reason for entering the mall though was to search for ice cream. I could only find Italian shaved ice in the mall and would prefer a bit more variety of shops.
The cold shrimps tasted of freezer burn; the steam crab legs were heavily rationed by a server forcing me to return several times for more, and on two occasions I had to wait 10 minutes for the next batch to cook. The lobster bisque was subpar as well as the hot lava cake dessert.
Just returned home after a pleasant stay at Caesar's. The room was clean and adequate. It wasn't the most luxurious room, but we were going for cheap and convenient. The hotel is the best location on the strip, and has plenty of great restaurants and bars. All the employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I just wish the casinos weren't so smoky - but that is a problem everywhere.
Had a great time here! Came in December during NFR. Was always plenty going on to keep busy!
I went to Omnia club there, best club in Vegas! Great atmosphere and music!
This place is absolutely beautiful. The scenery and atmosphere were perfect in making it feel Greek. The statues, the paintings, everything! The place itself was very clean and the staff were okay. I guess when having to deal with drunk people all day. Your Customer service etiquette doesn't matter. Which i totally don't blame them for it. The forum shops were nice and fancy and the Atlantis show was pretty cool. Lots of stuff to do here. Easily my favorite hotel in Vegas.
Definitely a most see when in Vegas! Some many cool things to see inside. There is a cool animatronic Caesar show that you should watch
Gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Lots of shops and restaurants. You'll love it here, just keep up your winning streak.
Just absolutely beautiful and the shopping was incredible great restaurants
Great place to stay! Great atmosphere! good service
Staying at this hotel was a dream of mine for a long time! It was amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas that enjoys a high-end beautiful hotel and casino. Absolutely stunning!
Great place to stay. Right in the middle of everything.
Beautiful hotel. Even if you don't stay there make some time to just walk through it.
Here with coworkers for a medical conference within this hotel and, of course, for some fun after! Everything is clean and the food and service is great!
Diamond Lounge has friendly service. Caesar's Palace customer service is pleasant. I visit every year and have always had a good experience.
The hotel itself was nice. I just wish the staff could have done a bit better about sharing information about how to locate things. We walked aimlessly for a LONG time.
They have great statue lobby and they have creed shop.
What can't you do here? Casino restaurants casual to fine dining everything and one big Palace one of our favorite places to visit when in Vegas
Food, drinks, entertainment were top notch. This place never ceases to amaze me. Been coming here since the mid 1980s, Beautyful decour!!!
Had fun and very entertaining, but the venue I went to was overcrowded and there should and extra dance floor. And more space to walk around
It was terrible at Omnia, there was ice and water on the stage tonight and I slipped
I hope next Tuesday I have a better experience. Good thing I work for doctors
Had a great time room an service was spectacular, im very pleased
One the top notch pools in vegas. Great pool parties. I actulally won 500$ on slot machine. Very clean and the buffet is a masterpiece.. they had crawfish.. Caesars wasn't home unfortunately
Always one of my favorites and an iconic Las Vegas Casino!! Lots of great shopping and restaurants to eat at !!
A must see totally cool decor and lists of art and statues bring good walking shoes
Very easy to get turned around and lost in this place, very cool, nice stores and the shows are. Cool
Did Ceasar actually live here ??? Lol super nice lobby . The shops are super high end and the atmosphere is just electric!
Beautiful casino and hotel! So much to see and do here! Love all the shops!
I loved this hotel in Vegas, it's definitely one of the better hotels! The spa is an experience all on its own.... Loved it!!!
Love this place. Great shopping. You must visit Hells Kitchen when your there. Great food.
Unorganized staff, poor management, and over-the-top long waiting lines. Yes, Caesar's Palace is beautiful and breathtaking, but our experience was negative because of how the hotel is managed and staff being unable to be on top of providing what should be an excellent customer service experience at such an expensive and well known hotel. Pretty disappointed to say the least. The staff at the Bacchanal Buffet screwed up the charges, which I had to get out of my line to get refunded for difference, and Rewards staff gave out wrong information about the buffet prices too. Because of this negative experience, I lost trust in this hotel and would not recommend anyone who wants the entertainment experience at such establishment as the Caesar's Palace. It's only noteworthy "positive" experience is its facade of beautiful casino, restaurants, and architecture.
LOVE THIS PLACE.. has amazing restaurant to choose from in addition to unbelievable prices and store to choose from. The Cheesecake Factory is locates next to the Atlantis show so that s always a treat to see. Highly recommend staying here they have beautiful room
i was there this weekend. i had their buffet which was very good. Linda was extremely efficient: gave us champagne, took lots of pictures of us because we were big group and always took our plates to keep our tables clean. we then went up to the ballroom hall for some dancing. i just had a total fun altogether. good job
My favorite hotel in Vegas by far. It is a little pricey but most things are on the good side of town. Great service, clean, and fun.
The ambiance was great. Room furniture needs to be updated. Chipped wood etc. Service was great anytime a request was made
Nobu Suite was an amazing experience all thanks to their great team and attention to details!
Clean Organized and classy. Although is old is properly maintained throughout the years.
Great family for friends and family.
Caesars Palace is one of my favorite Vegas casinos. It's clean, big, and varied. I also enjoy the restaurants inside the casino, as well as the forum shops area.
Did not stay here, but the casino and mall are both stunning! Even if you don't plan on shopping, just take a stroll through the mall just to see the themed architecture throughout the entire place.
Caesars Palace is a rather busy casino with the Forum Shops food and gaming. I went ate at Searsuckers probably about 3 times.... the service was fast they were polite and the manager was awesome. The food was delicious they were huge portions enough to share. I highly recommend Caesars Palace for shopping gaming and food
Beautiful hotel I recommend it to everyone visiting Las Vegas
Its so big with so much to do you will get turned around if you're tipsy
Hotel was basic they need to have white marbel flooring with gold but the pool was beautiful
It's just awe inspiring. Huge beyond discription. Abundance of shopping eating gambling women, u know, everything Vegas is.
