Beautiful venue. Only venue found where the cash machine didn't implement a charge to withdraw money! Nice and welcome change from the other strip hotels. We'll done Caesars Palace. Definitely worth a visit, amazing shops and architecture.

Awesome hotel. Very nice rooms. But the 39$ a day resort fee was a little excessive when the pool is closed, you only get two devices on the wifi in the room, no bathrobes in the room and no military discount for Canadians. In all a great place too go on the company fine but their are better options if your paying your own way. Even had an extra charge for parking. Not quite sure what advantage I got with the resort fee. Can't even get an upgrade to Caesar Rewards level that the US military get and yet I've given them water and fuel, built their camps for them, served along side of them in a variety of theatres.

It's a little dark and smokey in the casino for me and the cheaper tables are almost non existent and hard to find. Had to pretty much walk the entire place to find a $15 blackjack table. There are plenty of 50/100 tables in the center though.

Always love visiting Caesars Palace when I go to Vegas. Great shops and restaurants. The casino is always clean. The one thing I don't like about Caesers and most of the major hotels in Vegas is that you have to pay for parking now. It's hard to enjoy yourself when you're trying to stay within the amount of hours without being charged $20 or more. I spend enough money in these hotels that parking should be validated.

What can you say besides the fact that Caesar s Palace Las Vegas is the best quality hotel in Vegas besides Nobu Hotel that is located in the middle of Caesar s Palace. Everything you could want in one place.

Stayed in the Octavius tower this last time, which was clean and modern, although it was a decent distance from the lobby and casino. The hotel had excellent service, a number of good restaurants and bars to choose from, and a fun casino. The connected Forum Shops were a great walk as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Good stay. Great location on the strip. You can walk to almost any place from here. Rooms were good size and updated. Great big shower. As for the casino I played the tables and did find tables with small mins which I like. I ate a Bobby flay restaurant and had a great steak. As any casino in vegas it can be hard to find your way around

This was my first time in Vegas and my mom and I were exploring Caesars Palace and it was beautiful! The lights, the Greek structures, the stores, it was all a beautiful sight to see, even though the prices weren't that pretty coming from a small hick town where nothing ever happens. It was a shock to me I really did like it

I am frequently in Vegas for business. Occasionally bring my spouse and spend an extra day. We like where we normally stay but thought we would try Ceasars.

Arrived to check in line that was a 20 min wait. Was NOT happy to learn of $30 charge for check in before 4PM. Left line and went to check in kiosks. Found you can't register without giving your email and cell. So much for privacy.

Signage through gaming area to room is small, dark, and dimly lit. By error we ended up at the entrance to the Nobu tower. The employee there scolded my spouse and I in a belittling tone - Sir! This is not your tower! I am a 60 year old business owner and was wearing a suit. The Nobu tower experience made like I was caught stealing food from dumpsters.

Finally found our room. It was worse for wear, not entirely clean (some nasty blackish brown ?? Smeared on bathroom door. The shower head valve was frozen in place.

Needed to make prints at "business center" for early morning meeting. Machine wasn't working and it isn't staffed after 5.

Some smell of smoke in room became overwhelming smell of smoke in evening. It was bad. If you don't smoke and don't want to start, move on.

My effort to treat my spouse at a nice place was an epic fail. I went to my early morning business meeting without copies, congested, and reeking of cigarette smoke.

Not going to lie from the out side it looks tacky, but my good once you go inside it will blow your mind. Absolutely beautiful on the inside, there pool is amazing, the casino is nice not to smokey. The shops are breathtaking. The architecture is phenomenal! You could send 2 days just walking around. At the end of the shops has a cheese cake factory, which does not bump up there prices so you get on the cheap. I have never been more impressed with a hotel. Good job Caesars palace!

I love staying here. It s always my first pick. The location is absolutely perfect and convenient. I can walk downstairs to Omina with my friends and when I get tired just walk back up to my room. Shopping and all kinds of restaurants too.

This was one of my favorites. Considering it was my first time visiting vegas! My husband and I did not stay in this hotel but we walked around the mall inside and went to the fountains, which were beautiful! We also walked around the casino. There are plenty of places to take pictures inside here! I definitely this one has more of a romantic feel to it! All in all it was a cool place and I think that it will be worth staying at in the future!

Very crowded parking is horrible, has good restaurants, needs some newer style machines. Close to the Cosmopolitan, Linq and Belligo. If you want to walk the strip in the hub of the action this is the place to stay. I personally don't care for the place way too expensive and you have to pay for parking even if you are a guest.

The breakfast is not included even though the booking website says breakfast buffet included. They charge everything resort fees, parking, coffee, etc. The final price can double. The room didn't get cleaned. Very poor service and lack of courtesy, very dissapointing for "5 star" hotel !!!

I am reviewing my walk through of the shopping and gaming area only. Enormous property with something for everyone. Elegant, modern and clean. Very upscale shopping. Classy casino area and a fancy high limit section too.

Caesar s asks its guests to join its rewards program, then upon doing so its policy will not allow a guest to use a current reservation. Also, when dining for brunch, a server (to my amazement) was actually going to refill my iced latte glass with hot coffee - a less costly refill for the restaurant (Cafe Americano).

If this hotel is going to charge the rates it does and have the absurd policies and service personnel it has put on display, I will pass. I have no need to stay at this hotel, especially with facilities such as the Aria, amongst others.

This is another beautiful 'must go to' destination when visiting Las Vegas and one of the most beautiful places I've been during our visit to the Sin City. This grand place, which is appropriately called a palace is also home to The Forum. Even if casino's are not your type, just strolling around the aisles of this place will make you feel like you're inside a palace of old.

Absolutely too many things to list. Whether the best dining in Las Vegas, best shops, best hotel. Get it? Caesars has been #1 for a very long time and for very good reason. Other newer properties merely tey to emulate to luxury and amenities of Caesars.

While trying to figure out what to eat in the strip, I decided to walk through Caesars Palace. The transition between the shops and the casino had a few employees assisting people find their way through the casino layout to get to where they need to go. There are a bunch of places to choose from, but ended up at Gordon Ramsey's Pub & Grill. There was a short line, but the wait to get a table was extremely quick. The service I received was fast, efficient, and friendly.

The hotel was great, except that the carpet in the room and the hallway looked dirty and outdated. 1-3 stars provide in room coffee or tea, but not here. The rooms that have connected doors have no privacy. We could hear our adjacent travelers and made sleeping very hard as they were up all night.

Security Specialist Taylor was a huge help for when one of my family members went missing. He is a great employee and a great person! I hope the owners of Caesar's see this and give him a raise :)

This is our second time to stay at Ceasar s and we absolutely loved it. We stayed in the Augustus Tower, which if you ask, has the best views of the. Bellagio Fountains. They have multiple fine dining options, and is centrally locates near everything. I love that the bathrooms have jetted tubs and a private restroom. We will be visiting again soon!

Room was nice, bathroom and shower were very nice (and clean). TV Entertainment system is largely non-functional (most of the options besides 'live TV' don't work).
And $13 for an in-room cup of coffee ???
Come on guys, lesser hotels give the coffee away free !! For the price I paid, you could at least offer free coffee in the room.
Overall a very beautiful resort though.

Love this place, But.....

Check-in was a nightmare...not enough people.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived...no biggie because we were early. However, we asked for an email when it was ready and NEVER RECEIVED IT.

Almost got charged for water and a couple other cash bar items that were missing before we got in the room.

We needed a room key because we locked ours in the room. To get a new key, you go to an area across the massive hotel....hundreds of rooms....and one person could help. It took at least 20 min...no exaggeration!! Check in staff didn't step over to help generate room keys.

Staff was very friendly and courteous.

I visited the forum shops at Ceasars Palace. The artwork throughout the mall is fantastic. Also, there are shops selling thing you won't find anywhere other than Las Vegas. Very unique! A must see attraction

The spaciousness of all areas of this Casino, the hospitality of the front desk employees and the choices of things to do keeps me coming back. I stayed at most of the other hotels and the pool and spa at Caesar's Palace leaves you more than satisfied. There is actual shade around the pool as opposed to a concrete jungle at most others which makes a day at the pool very enjoyable.

I had chicken strips and fries from Smashburger. The fries were great, but the strips were overcooked and I could tell the oil needed to be changed by the taste of my food. Oil, in a commercial setting, has a 21 day life span, assuming it is being filtered multiple times a day.

Beautiful casino with amazing architecture, great shopping and dining, and obviously a vast array of games. Highly recommend the sushi place there! Uni is to die for and house sake is surprisingly good and cheap.

Had a great dinner at Trevi. Amazing drinks from the bar, and excellent menu selections. We had more than half of our party of 8 eating only Vegetarian food, and there was no struggle to select what to eat!!! Amazing service, too!
