your hotel is wonderful. the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. the breakfast and room service options are great. and the staff is always friendly and helpful. the little details such as water upon checking, room turndown, are much appreciated.

Maximum glamor in Buenos Aires. I spent an entire stay at an event and everything was the most expected. I especially highlight the high tea pastry that was at the level of the one I tried in Paris. The constant attention of the entire staff and every detail makes the difference.

Chic hotel, nice rooms. Staff seems to be focused on elegantly dressed guests, for example, we had to carry suitcases / bags ourselves despite the fact that there were many employees in the lobby. The guests who were just passing through were not helped others guests. Bathroom is large but shower door is leaking, the toilet bowl is so close to the wall that you can barely reach the toilet paper (you touch it). Bathroom door is jammed, making a lot of noise when opening / closing.
