Given a twin room instead of the booked double. Receptionist/checkin clerk refused to give us another room stating they had none!!! I had to speak to the manager to resolve the problem, most annoying and inconvenient.

It was comfortable enough, but at times I thought something was missing. Like the delay in the tidying up of my room. I went out for a walk in the city at 10am and when I returned around 3pm the room had not yet been tidied up. As I needed to leave for an appointment, I asked the maid to come back later and in fact the room was tidied up only the next day. There was also no replacement of the bathroom amenidites. Small details that make the difference if we consider the category of the hotel.

In the room a single washcloth for 2 people. Have to insist up to THREE times to get a second one. NEVER shown! Already had rooms with 4 pieces; but one to share and use to shower and wash in the morning is very stingy and short-sighted. A maverick with an edge. Saddening.

Correct attention by all the staff with whom I was in contact. The level of cleanliness is good but there are small details that should be taken into account in the deep cleaning of the rooms. (There was a used cotton swab on the floor under the light table).

Norberto We went with my wife to an "afternoon tea" and we enjoyed the atmosphere, the invariable quality of the kitchen, both sweet and salty, with the added water or squeezed orange juice, ending with a glass of sparkling extra brut de bass cost and inferior quality that detracts from the rest of the service. The employee in charge of the room told us that she would record our observation.

This was a lovely hotel with friendly staff, many of whom spoke very good English. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Down one of the smaller streets it was relatively quiet. The Patio Bullrich mall is just across the road and had some eateries and an ATM. If you're into nice shops then that's the mall for you. The Plazoleta Julio Cortazar was about 4 blocks away. It had a regular market with art, knick knacks etc. We could walk to many places of interest. There were cafes and restaurants nearby. A nice touch from the hotel was coffee, tea, croissants and fruit in the foyer even though it was 4.30 am when we checked out.

Great Location, in a historic and beautiful neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The food in the restaurants or from room service is very tasty and well presented.
The bedrooms and bathroom are spacious. Although it is an old building, it is kept impeccable. The decoration is sober and elegant.
The dining room stands out for its atmosphere.
The staff that helped me were always friendly and efficient.
The price-quality ratio is satisfactory.

Hotel is nice. Close to many things. In the Recoleta district. Minutes from great restaurants (walking). Only downfall is the walls are too thin... I was able to hear everything the next door couple did... Everything if you know what I mean.

Hotel very well located in the Recoleta area, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable facilities, breakfast is quite varied, although it is the same every day, the variety makes you can have a different breakfast every day, near the hotel there are restaurants, shops , a shopping plaza, tourist area and downtown just 15-20 min walk. Pricing was pretty good. The bad thing, one night I went to bathe and there was no hot water, the next morning there was no, I reported it and immediately someone went up to the room and the problem was that the hot water tap was closed, that is to say someone had to do it. ..the waitress maybe ??? I dont know.
