Great location. Very good service. Comfortable room. Breakfast excellent. Staff extremely polite and attentive. Already the Concierge, poor guy is weak, knows almost nothing and what little he knows informs wrong. He gave me wrong information and it wasted me a lot of time. It does not strive to cater well to the guests. A hotel of this category could never have a Concierge so unprepared!
To compensate, if you need help ask NICOLAS for help that is not Concierge but is worth all of them. At idle, polite, dedicated and with a lot of willingness to attend.

the experience was very good, I had agreed a dinner in a different place to the hotel, I booked the room announcing that it was her birthday, after dinner outside we had a little candle with her candle for the celebration in the room, the room was Very clean, and the weather was nice, the bed very comfortable, The breakfast buffet was very good too.
As an additional comment I would have liked perhaps that there was a bottle of champagne girls that accompanied the mini-cake, but it was still a very good gesture from the hotel

Afternoon tea with delicious sweet and salty pastries accompanied by Tealosophy tea. The option is just for two people.

An event of 160 people where we stayed 4 nights and charged parking is a steal. They do not even give you a ticket in the valet parking.

In the restaurant we were treated like Reyes. All delicious and highly recommended lemonade with ginger and mint. We ate what the maite and the girls suggested, they were very nice and kind. The place is very luxurious and divine. The exhibitions of paintings always in very good taste. Excellent!!!!

Sofitel in Argentina has its things. And this particular Sofitel more than others. If you are looking for a hotel of the "Leading Hotels" type, go to another.
