Caesar Park Buenos Aires Review

Excellent hotel !! Very well located In a beautiful neighborhood

It is no longer Caesar Park. It is totally for 3 and a half star. The personal attention of the restaurant cannot be compared to the previous fame. Very few attend smiling. But the people at the reception were very good.

Unfortunately on arrival at 18.00 hrs my wife cut her foot on a glass splinter on bathroom floor
I called for medical assistance and to clean room
1st call 19.10 hrs no reaction
2 nd call 19.20 hrs boy arrived with bandages and alcohol to clean wound
3 rd call 19.40 hrs cleaning supervisor and maid arrived to clean floor
Arrogant and impolite man told us only 1 cleaner available and on 17 th floor
Also busy checking guests in
No word of an apology!!!!!
Accidents happen but the way issue was handled is scandalous
Eventually duty manager Mario intervened and put matters right
Such a shame as Hotel was comfortable and breakfasts excellent
All other staff professional and courteous
We have been assured the rotten egg will be disciplined

We stayed 3 days. We love being here. Great location, very good suites and the attendance of the staff deserves a thousand. We will definitely return to this same hotel. I recommend

Rooms very clean and well equipped, including bathrobes and slippers for pool use and even umbrella for guest comfort.
