Beautiful place and excellent staff. A place to go for dinner or have a drink in a fine but relaxed atmosphere. The bar is very good and with very reasonable prices. The very talented bar-tender and the delicious drinks. The rooms very spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel proudly bears the name of Sofitel. I went several times and I will continue going, since it is a place where I am very comfortable to go for a drink with my wife or with my friends. I recommend it completely.

We spent 7 nights at Sofitel over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed being spoilt by very attentive staff. Mario and Martin were particularly helpful but the whole team were professional and also friendly. The swimming pool is very shallow for any serious exercise. The under used garden is charming. What a shame the pool is not located there. We will certainly recommend Sofitel to our friends. any serious exercise

Great hotel in a good area of town. We can walk everywhere. Hotel rooms are nice with a great view of the harbour and city. Breakfast was included. Beds are super comfortable and we have a tub and shower in our bathroom. Would stay here again.

Upon arriving at the hotel I was very well received! We had plans for our daughter who was 15 years old. As she is lactose intolerant I ordered a special Totta at breakfast the next day in the room. That was not so! The surprise was not! Breakfast did not exist! Nothing of the previously talked about almost agreed a day before! Having no breakfast we had to go down to the place and a few minutes later we were confronted by a custodian of a group that was staying at the hotel named CNCO, telling us not to think about the singers. Far from our plans and without cell phones in hand, nothing that looks like it was mistreated by the staff that did not have to treat us like that. We would never have gone down to breakfast if the Totta in question had been sent to the room. Everything is filmed and I would like all of this to be referred to the person who corresponds and that individual scared my daughter who broke down in tears and spent the worst day of her life. The hotel staff very kindly approached but nothing was the same. We cried inconsolably in the room. My husband had business meetings so he could not face the situation. We stayed for lunch because my daughter did not receive her surprise from it until after lunch. Situation that was no longer festive, but only commitment. I await the due apologies since I will also initiate what corresponds since the mistreatment and indignation that we feel can not be erased. I await your prompt response to this criticism which will also be the one I will put on the Hotel page. Thank you.

GREAT place, GREAT menu (Javier's menu, in three stages: 1 starter + 1 main course + 1 dessert + 1 water + 1 glass of wine). All served with LOTS of sympathy and courtesy by the attendants. Go with faith, with will and without shame :-) :-)

Was there for a few hours for an event, so no idea what the rooms are like. But the catering and service was excellent. I would consider it for conferences and similar events.

Good service, handled English speakers well, comfortable bed, excellent shower, and the lobby is very well air conditioned which was greatly appreciated by Canadians in the summer :)

What can you say if you stay here all other hotels pale in comparison ( unless your mega rich and can afford a $1000.00 a night room) This hotel sets the bar high

Very agrdable and willing all your staff. We did roomservices at 2 am and it was quick. They took care of me when I went to the door to smoke. And they gave me a lot of security.

The hotel is divine and the attention barbara. They are all super helpful and polite. The decoration throughout the hotel is modern and colorful. I was struck by how pleasant the breakfast room is because most of the tables have individual chairs, which makes it a more familiar environment. I liked the room service food, it was beautifully presented and the price was remarkably cheap. The only criticism I have is that the covers of the pool chairs were not very clean. The rest super good.

There is a very big problem with the general manager of the room. And in the middle of the events the tension is cut. As a result, the party or event you have is turned off.
