Unfortunately on arrival at 18.00 hrs my wife cut her foot on a glass splinter on bathroom floor
I called for medical assistance and to clean room
1st call 19.10 hrs no reaction
2 nd call 19.20 hrs boy arrived with bandages and alcohol to clean wound
3 rd call 19.40 hrs cleaning supervisor and maid arrived to clean floor
Arrogant and impolite man told us only 1 cleaner available and on 17 th floor
Also busy checking guests in
No word of an apology!!!!!
Accidents happen but the way issue was handled is scandalous
Eventually duty manager Mario intervened and put matters right
Such a shame as Hotel was comfortable and breakfasts excellent
All other staff professional and courteous
We have been assured the rotten egg will be disciplined
