Upon arriving at the hotel I was very well received!
We had plans for our daughter who was 15 years old. As she is lactose intolerant I ordered a special Totta at breakfast the next day in the room.
That was not so!
The surprise was not! Breakfast did not exist!
Nothing of the previously talked about almost agreed a day before!
Having no breakfast we had to go down to the place and a few minutes later we were confronted by a custodian of a group that was staying at the hotel named CNCO, telling us not to think about the singers.
Far from our plans and without cell phones in hand, nothing that looks like it was mistreated by the staff that did not have to treat us like that.
We would never have gone down to breakfast if the Totta in question had been sent to the room.
Everything is filmed and I would like all of this to be referred to the person who corresponds and that individual scared my daughter who broke down in tears and spent the worst day of her life.
The hotel staff very kindly approached but nothing was the same.
We cried inconsolably in the room.
My husband had business meetings so he could not face the situation.
We stayed for lunch because my daughter did not receive her surprise from it until after lunch.
Situation that was no longer festive, but only commitment.
I await the due apologies since I will also initiate what corresponds since the mistreatment and indignation that we feel can not be erased.
I await your prompt response to this criticism which will also be the one I will put on the Hotel page.
