My evaluation is in relation to its facilities for events. I attended Salesforce Dreamworks 2018 today (the first one in Argentina). The location, facilities and attention are excellent.

Very comfortable rooms, but with noise problems especially in rooms like the one we used that has a shared door with the room next door. Breakfast is pretty good. Complete and with many options. And the best thing is the location, very central but at the same time reserved and comfortable.

I was in the Brick kitchen. All very well, they cook in sight, nice place without a view to the street.

Excellent hotel, well appointed and so spacious! The best part is the hospitality shown to us by the manager Mario who is so patient and helpful. Mario went out of his way to please us! Thanks Mario! Oh, BTW, the restaurant is also very good!

I liked the place and the service, the very attentive chef goes through the tables to ask how everything was.

It has all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, but if you do not plan to stay in this place, going to the restaurant or bar is worth the visit.

Much luxury, although the price is high it is worth it, the tremendous rooms, the beds very comfortable and the breakfast varied, very complete the hotel

I met the hotel when attending the Fair of high-end wines and for what little I went through it I found it very interesting. The lobby and lounge on the first floor show the sophisticated establishment. Great quality and comfort.

Well finished hotel - you've stayed in places like it in New York, Washington, Paris, London etc. Menu in restaurant extensive and reasonably priced. First time in Argentina (or SA for that matter) so can't contrast directly to other local destinations. Would come again. BA is seriously beautiful.

I have already stayed more than 100 nights in this hotel and as always I was very well attended by all.
Large rooms with bath and separate showers.
Impeccable maid service with water dispensing and chocolates every night.
Best breakfast I have ever had.
Hotel is across the street from Patio Bullrich and several restaurants close by. Best value for money restaurant is Juanas, research.

Regular: I wanted to go down to my car to keep 1 bag and a jacket if they offered to do it when I went to the car I was lying like that! Waiting for the bill for my stay

A horrible experience at this very high profile hotel. After the first night I developed huge allergies due to the feather pillows and blankets! You should consider asking customers before making a bed full of dust bites. Stay away of this hotel if you want to enjoy your stay in Buenos Aires!

The reception staff at the hotel were graciously attentive and responsive in attendance. Large and comfortable room. Bathroom clean, though a bit aged.
Breakfast with several choices of great quality, just the courtesy of the breakfast service left a bit to be desired.
Would recommend the hotel without any restriction.

Lobby in itself is an experience. Feels different and kind of cool though the receptionist area feels crammed and out of place. Feels like you're being cornered. Rooms were clean, mattress was comfortable, space was ok, bathroom met expectations. Had a very good experience. Definitely recommend. Price is on the higher end but worth it.
