Great day out. Enjoyed it lots, shame there wasn't more tasting different products for the price. Overall expensive for what you get but enjoyable nonetheless.
Awesome place for family and friends. The kids will love it too.
A rather standard experience, it was far from what we were expecting.
On two occasions my young daughter whispered, "this is boring".
Rather expensive for such a short attraction.
Great place to go if you love Chocolate or even if you want to understand about the history of Cadbury and the story about chocolate
Just love it, very coustomer friendly and insightful
Difficult to get to from Ampthill but worth the effort
Such a great place to go for the day especially for the kids.
Visiting this place was a great experience. The best part of my visit was the fresh chocolate which was given. It's the freshest Cadbury chocolate one could try unless you are an employee or Cadbury's taste monitor
Very good for children. Lots of chocolate to be given out and activities for the kids. Not a good place during busy times for little children. They don't have a quiet zone either. They need to put some control in regards to the activities as older children are just rude and push little children out of the way. This could be there up bringing but Cadbury needs to put a little structure to things. Other than that it's a good day out during quieter times
great family day out. highly recommend to book your tour. enjoy the day.
Nice place but what let's it down most I'd demonstrations of how things are made
Interesting place to adult nad funy space to child spend time.
It was ok but they said 2 bring a bin bag but they give u barley any chocolate.
Lots to do for a day out. Commercialised as you would expect, with extras like photos and branded bags costing more. But lots included in the ticket price. I'd say better for primary school age children than toddlers, as there are audiovisual displays all around which people want to be able to hear. My kids, aged 9 and 11, loved it, as did the adults.
Great place for children and families. Discount store on site with amazing discounts on all cadbury products.
Had a really lovely day out with the family today. Lots to do and great fun.
Cadbury World was very sweet and fun. It was wheelchair friendly, so you don't have to worry about missing out on any of the features if you have a disability, and the staff were so kind also.
Amazing place to visit. Very expensive for one person and not very wheelchair or buggy accessible but young or old you will love this place. Best bit is entering the factory part and the smell of chocolate just hits you. You get a few freebies and the Cadbury shop has so many wonderful gifts and present. Cafe is sooo overpriced DO NOT USE IT. Bring your own food or go into the Bournville or Birmingham to eat after.
Good experience for the family but slightly disappointed that we didn't get to see any of the actual factory/production
Really good fun, can never have enough chocolate though
Expensive for how much there is to do but not a bad half day out.
Great trip for families Lots of information about the history or chocolate and Cadburys itself. It's very interactive for kids. Be prepared to spend money though as they have the usual photo and tourist traps. Also book if you can as during the week they have lots of school excursions
Was lovely but not seeing how they make the chocolate and not much in the way of tasting.. that was a bit disappointing. Still fun though
A very enjoyable day out. Plenty of chocolate to try and take away included with the ticket price.
Great day out! There was a power cut when we reached the front of the queue and staff were great. They even got out a magician to entertain the kids (and adults too).
Drab and shabby reception area. Not signposted well.
Very fun and interesting place to visit! Had fun eating chocolate and learning about the history of Cadbury's.
Early visit is a must as it gets extremely busy. The 4d cinema was surprisingly good. The panto was a brilliant laugh. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Interesting insight into the history of Cadbury.
Kids enjoyed it, free chocolate and 4D cinema. I think during the history of Cadburys they heard Blah Blah blah chocolat blah blah blah chocolate etc.
Loved the whole experience, however would suggest you don't go when school kids are on an outing as it takes a lot longer to do the things we wanted. Not to mention many if them do not know how to behave. We had afternoon tea that was a special due to a voucher given at Christmas. All in all, I would recommend a visit, but better to have kids in tow as they will love it.
Went with open mind after reading various reviews, it was a reasonable day out and my children enjoyed it!
Cannot recommend this place enough. The staff are so friendly and helpful.nobody made you feel like you had to rush. They were always on hand to help and make life easier with kids. We easily spent 3.5.hours here but still couldve spent another hour. The outdoor play area as well as 4d cinema and live shows were fantastic. The hands on chocolate making experience, free chocolate and chocolate pot, the history and the science etc was all informative and entertaining. Covid didnt make it hectic or strange at all. Was very organised and paced. 100% reccomend
Great with a 3 year old. For the best value make sure you go on a Thursday if you can.
Bit disappointed.. visited a 8 years ago and had great experience with nieces aged 8 to 10 .. visited recently with nephew aged 10 mmm bit basic too many queues the 'tour was not engaging has hasn't really changed over the last 8 years... the Interactive talk with moving benches etc bit outdated and not engaging at all in fact most of the public were adults or kids under 6 and scared!! The photos with green screen ok but 2 people taking photos for 4 screens poor..too.many queues kids bored and restless also corridor far too hot bank of closed windows sun.shining through and kids eating chocolate ..not Good!! The area for chocolate tempering or writing disappointing.. what happened to the chocolate making conveyor belt actually see how it's made far more interesting.and.educational. other than this went down hill the kids ride in the cats fine if under 6.. otherwise pointless and another disappointment for 10 yr old.. not a fabulous day out wouldn't rush back which is a shame as think it has so much much more to.offer to all ages..sadly not on this occasion won't be rushing back
Great fun for kids, even better for adults with all the chocolate.
Great value, we stayed in a hotel overnight as its over two hours away. Did the character breakfast, food was nice and kids loved meeting the characters (they're 8&9). We got there at 930, and there was something to do until three o'clock when we had to call out a day so we could travel home in time. Very clean, very interactive, kept us and the kids entertained! Thankyou!
Great family outing, queues not too bad. Parking is horrible!!
Excellent for children a lot of walking. Mainly like a museum.
Chocolate heaven! A good few hours out and you come away with lots of chocolate given away on the your.
Had a very good time. Although booked for a time slot we still queued for 20 minutes because they decided to let a group through.
Exciting place to know Cadbury and it's journey to success
I only called into the shop. But will go back for a tour.
This is a good day out, that tells the story of Cadburys. Plenty to see and do plus lots of chocolate hand outs! The gift shop was reasonably priced as we thought compared to other tourist attractions.
Really great customer service especially as I have a disabled daughter which allowed her priority to get on rides etc also a very fun experience
Cadbury's world is an amazing place to go. I went for my birthday today and we had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend it to people.
feels like a theme park!! chocolates there are cheap too. don't mind going there again.
We visited at easter weekend with our disabled grandson and we can't rate the staff or the facilities high enough, and because of the first class service we had the most amazing day. Thank you to all at Cadbury World, you really know your stuff xx
Good day out, plenty of free chocolate on offer. Shame much of this plant has closed down so can't see any chocolate being made or packaged any more.
My 6 year old niece loved it! It is a shame you can't see the factory production like I could when I visited as a child. Still, a very positive experience, the staff are efficient and helpful.
A great day out. Friendly staff and a well run attraction.
Great day outlets of free chocolate on the way round and the 4d cinema is really good
Glad to have visited but it wasn't at all what I'd been expecting. Has become more gaudy tourist attraction than factory tour in my opinion. Kids were engaged though and the experience will definitely stay with the family
I thought it was a bit expensive for what it was. But the kids seemed to enjoy it.
Excellent interactive family experience. The self guided tour was great for us, we loved the 4D chocolate adventure and the chocolate making part. Chocolate themed fun for everyone !
Great place if you love chocolate and finding out a bit of how it all comes into a chocolate bar is good too.
Fantastic little day out, lots of free chocolate samples and we loved the 4D cinema experience
Good day out if you have kids. Relatively inexpensive. Wonderful history for adults, few freebies. Great choc shop.
