We visited Easter bank holiday Monday, which was sold out unless booked. Even so there was space in the cafe at lunch time, the reception wasn't crowded and waiting times only around 40 min for the 4D experience. Staff friendly and helpful, everywhere clean and tidy

This is just for the cafe as we did not do the main event. The selection of cakes was a bit light on choice and the one I chose was a bit dry. Coffee was decent rather than good. Disabled parking spaces are sufficient, and in addition to a regular disabled toilet there is also a changing places one but see my photo for a comment.

Our group Ray Of Hope who support children with additional needs visited from Sheffield. We all had a fantastic day. Only downfall was the weather was cold so children's didn't enjoy the outside play area.

Not bad, lots of videos and multimedia and some hands on experience with chocolate is good. Bare in mind to bring some healthy snacks if u are with young kids so that u can keep them preoccupied whilst waiting in the queues and also during the long speeches at the beginning of the tour.
The outdoor play area is also great and we enjoyed the 4d cinema.

Had fun here. Perfect for kids and fun for adults. They give you plenty of chocolate got the tour. We also had the afternoon tea which was fantastic, had to bring half of it home.

A fun day out for the family, if a little expensive
