Very interesting place lots to see and do wonderful story about the family and the city of Bournville. It is however a tourist trap with lots of little items to buy throughout the tour leading up to a large shop to purchase chocolate to your hearts content. Tea time was delicious but very sweet oriented, the hot chocolate was divine. If you come by rail there is @ 15 minute walk and the signs are somewhat misleading.

My husband and I had a family trip including my 7yr old daughter & her Nanny. We all had a fun day with the 4D story adventure, the outdoor play area, the Cadabra ride and the cafe & shops.

Great day out for children and adults especially if you love chocolate. great for anyone with kids. My favourite bit was probably the 4D cinema which is fab. We managed to get 30% of entry prices with a national rail.

Great place to go with the kid's, loads of things to do, to name just a few you can watch the 4D VR film which is really good there's chocolate tasting which is always a winner and you can watch the chocolate being made and even join in More

Overcrowded. I really wanted to love this place, but it was so crowded we couldn't enjoy it. 40 minutes to ride the little ride...which wasn't worth the wait. With timed tickets to get in I didn't think it would be so crowded, but we spent More

Visited Cadbury world with the family - husband two sons & nephew, found it easy to book on line for tickets as we have two sons with special needs & ordering this way meant we weren't in long queues to be seen.tour takes about two hours & they give out lots of free chocolate as you go round.really enjoyed the story of how Cadbury came to be , ample parking & nice little restaurant selling hot & cold food sandwiches etc. Nice gift shop selling souvenirs & cut price chocolate & sweets notebooks pens & keyrings. Great day out all the family will enjoy.

Had a very good time with the family, very user friendly with disability users and very helpful to assist at all times, only problem I had was that the wheelchair we borrowed from them had faulty brakes.

Quite expensive but worth doing. Very interesting to learn about the brand and their processes, then to walk around Bournville. Free samples help keep the kids happy but be prepared to spend money of you plan to me a day of it.

Good cafe and amazing milkshakes! Nice well priced gift shop, good tour for a good price with nice attractions. Nice freebies along the way. Loved the photos as well on the green screen and on the train ride. Great for kids and adults.

We took our five year old for a half term treat. We took the train and it was a bit of a soggy 15 min walk due to an unfortunate downpour but there is plenty of parking if you choose to drive. The 4D cinema was the highlight we queued for about twenty minutes but I could see later on that the queue was much longer. The actual experience was fun, you get given a couple of chocolate bars at the start and another one half way through. Great day out. Take a rucksack for the factory shop. Even though I promised myself I didn't need any chocolate it appeared that I did

Not the best place I have ever been (I think I was hoping for more willy wonka style chocolate making) and some of the staff were a bit 'tired'. That being said...some of the staff were fab, there was a good mix of informative and fun stuff to look at and my two children (8 and 5) both enjoyed their day

It's a place for kids in my opinion, I do think that when it comes to seating down and watching shows and videos, that all children should be sat at the front so that they can enjoy them properly rather than looking over adults.

Getting a bit dated now, not much has changed over the past 10 years +. Kids enjoyed the chocolate and the play area but the tour is not much fun and they soon lost interest wandering the drab hallways.

Needs an update, looking dated now. Shop is to small and many products missing. All drinks vending machines either empty or out of order around tour (it's nearly 2020 and the only take cash too)... massive queue at cafe at the end as people wanted drinks... one lady serving, all others standing chatting.

I have wanted to go to Cadbury world for quite some time now, not sure what I expected but unfortunately was rather disappointed.
The tour we felt was rather disjointed and did not flow well. My little one was very bored with the amount of tv screens that we had to stop at and watch.
I wanted to see more of the factory and how chocolate was made. Felt I could not stop long enough to watch the screens because the people behind us was always getting to close and my little one was bored.

We did get to write our name with chocolate. And have a sample of melted chocolate yum!.

My little one did enjoy the ride in the cocoa car and loved running round the play area at the end of the day.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful if you had a question to ask. And there are markers everywhere so you can distance easyier and plenty of hand sanitizer stations throughout.

I booked 2 tickets and got the dates wrong, so I called up within a minute of booking to change but after 45 minutes on wait, my call got disconnected. So I sent a message and an email explaining how it was a mistake and whether they could change the date, and it s been 2 weeks but no one has got back to me.

Be careful when booking, Cadbury s world won t change, cancel, refund any tickets booked, there s no gesture of goodwill or any communication from this company, and I ve also been told the whole Cadbury s world experience is a waste of time- not what it used to be, and not worth it .

BRILLIANT! Gived you astonishing tastes of chocolate. The movies of exciting things were great, Brought home A selection of chocolate. The cinema was amazing journey and moving effects was nice. But the negative thing was it could have a bit more to Cadbury's world.

Very good place to go as family. Children enjoyed every moment of it. The 4D was good but short. Plenty of chocolates for every one. You get to taste chocolate. Children had to find some characters and as a prize they received again chocolate. You will need minimum of 2 to 3 hrs to spend inside. Few things to remember if you are planning to go: firstly you need to book your ticket online. Don't pitch up there with out ticket, you may be disappointed. Secondly reach there at least 1 hr before your booking time. Don't buy anything from the restaurant it is very very expensive. I think that was the only back draw. Enjoy Cadbury World.

I was hoping this would be a factory tour, where you would see your favourite chocolates being made. There was a small bit of that, most of it was very detached from that.
I do wonder as they're advertising their own product how they can charge the price they charge.

Is a nice way to spend a few hours , the factory part was over within an hour, there was a tasting and demo room, green screen, a family friendly ride too, you were also given 5 bars of chocolate each at the start of the tour. The shops is fairly priced but the cafe is extortionate! Outside is a large play area and the 4d cinema which was really good, in the summer months they have mascots and other entertainment, when we was there it was a magician

Overall a good experience. Get if you have a family or children under the age of 12.

Wait times are quite short throughout the day and we went in school holidays on a Sunday.

Free chocolate bars and sample as you go round which makes the experience that much better.

Great park for the kids to play in which is very well kept and great for kids to play in.

Free parking and plenty of spaces to choose from.

Overall quite a fun experience for the whole family...

Would recommend booking in advance to make sure you can see everything.

There is kids shows running outside and an area around the bournville area.
