Some interesting stuff, lots of chocolate and children's play area. If you take the short walk to the station you can see a bit of Bournville and have the lovely smell of chocolate as you walk past the building. Also a short walk to the village and see some more of the houses.

Cadbury World had been advised to me with mixed reviews, however I wanted to go and see and learn for myself, the tour was unfortunately poor at the beginning when stopped in an area with nothing to look at or read other than the sign stating we could be there for up to 7mins, but from that point I felt it was laid out well, with a mix of seated movies and activities and although queues can't be helped in popular attractions they were managed well. Free chocolate and samples were given to us during and I definitely left with more good thoughts than bad ones.
Wasn't worth the money. Kids wasn't that interested an had walked round in 2 hours.so not a day out an for money we spent was ridiculous.
My daughter loves it here and there was plenty to keep my 17month old entertained as well. Plus who doesn't love cheap chocolate?!
OK, so 2 adults aren't going to have as great time as children, but if we had children with us I wouldn't have been pleased either. I am not sure where the "14 zones" were, but we obviously missed most of them. We kept hearing the same More

It was a great experience with friends. The rides are fun and so is the tour of the whole area with areas providing the history of Cadbury. The gift store is kinda expensive but offer a giant chocolate bar.
Great fun and worth a trip if in Birmingham. They have made it really safe with COVID19. Be careful with the chocolate shop at the end you may end up leaving with kilograms of chocolate!! Don t forget to go round the corner of the entrance after the tour as there are a few other bits to explore.
Brilliant to bring kids along, fun experience for a fair price
Great day out with the kids. Plenty to keep little ones busy. There was some queuing but got through quickly. It was a nice sunny day so the kids spent some time on the outdoor play area.
Far too easy to spend an obscene amount of money on chocolate here
Great fun, quite a bit of walking, hired a wheel chair for elderly uncle. Shop was great value. Cafe rather expensive for tea and coffees.
My daughters treat for myself and grandsons. Absolutely knocked out the experience was better than expected by far. We went early morning to beat the crouds which was the best idea. Weld one Cadbury world. Plenty of freebies to .

Previous visit albeit quite a few years ago included a tour of the factory and you could actually taste the chocolate in the air. Now the whole thing is just a multi-media experience.
Good for first timers but a lot of it is a money making enterprise
Ok to visit as a one time experience.. my kid enjoyed it.. especially free chocs and hot chocolate.. I would say bit pricey.. also the 4d show queueing should have heaters installed for winter..
Loads to do. Keeps all ages entertained and you get free chocolate.
A fantastic day out, kids had a great time, adults had a great time, pockets stuffed full of chocolate. Loved the interactive features and seeing how chocolate is made. Only feedback would be to sort the volume out on some of the displays. On a busy bank holiday Monday, we couldn't hear some of them properly.
Pass regularly, never visited. Ratings based on other people's experience. I am visiting in August so will comment further after that.
EXCELLENT, my 6 year old & my 2 year old daughter didn't want to leave, I never seen them so happy.
It's good for young children, but for older children it could be dull. Not much actual information about how chocolate is made ext. The 4D cinema is amazing, though.
This was a really good day out for myself, partner and our disabled son they are so accommodating to the needs of my son and was really helpful my son loved every minute of it would go back 5*

It was OK, some very long queues but you were given four bars of chocolate on arrival. It's one of those places you'd visit once and never return, not because it was terrible but it will be the same. You learn their history and how they looked after the workers. Lots of chocs to buy in the gift shop too.
Great day out with the kids. I'd advise to book your slot early as it gets busier later and you can also park closer to the main entrance. Plenty of chocolate freebies and chocolate to buy... happy kid's... happy me!!
What a brilliant tour and day out. You can just pop into the shop- you don't have to pay. Also their cafe is open now.
This is a great place for a family day out. Amazing for chocolate lovers like myself and not bad price.

Awesome place! You don't get to see chocolate been made but they have a mini version. The chocolate testing was awesome. Just if your having a big meal after turn it down or just have a little food!

The interactive screens were very informative and entertaining. The tour was a bit underwhelming but was made better with the endless supply of free chocolate bar. Overall it was an enjoyable tour apart from a fire alarm which muddled everything up! But the staff let us stay later to finish the tour (absolutely loved the Cadbury character show & 4D ride at the end) A big shout out to Paul (very friendly)

More chocolate than Easter..... Feel sick, but thats a great thing in this case.
This was about the 5th time I've been to Cadbury World with members of my family. My 8 year old grandson felt he is getting a bit old for it this time, but we adults and the 3 year old enjoyed it. There seems less than there used to be, but every time there is something different. It's a visit of about 2&1/2 hours in December but there is a decent self service restaurant and an outside play area for good weather.

An interactive experience for young and old. Navigate your way through Cadbury 's for about 3 hours. Well worth the entry fee.
It's ok, a bit dull and expensive for what it is. The 4D cinema was the best bit.
Great for a short family day out with children and Grandchildren. Some short interesting factual films about Cadbury and how they make chocolate. A couple of small rides for the children and a 4d movie. An entertainment show for the kids. Everyone gets some free chocolate. There is a play area. Parking is free. Take a picnic. Its a little bit of fun and the kids love it here.

Was a lovely day out for the family, parts of it were quite fun and enjoyable for the kids, other parts were a bit boring. It's impossible to get in to the 4D cinema unless you que far ahead of time.
It was ok but not that exciting. My 8 year old box was not that impressed. I liked the nostalgia of seeing old adverts but no don't think I'll be going again. Not for me.
Very themepark-y and not much about chocolate itself. But definately a family day out. Full of fun and adventure

Reason for 4 stars is the cafe was a bit dis- organised no one knew what was happening food runing out took ages to take our orders shame as once food came was really worth the wait.. It was a monday also, must be hectic on a weekend.

Was very overpriced and we were rushed around. Poor baby change facilities and lack of toilets going round. Not convenient for people with young families. Some of the staff were very unhelpful.

We enjoyed a Saturday morning! It was really nice inside, a lot of new information about cacao and a lot of free chocolate! For sure, everyone must go there!
Its a good day buy a lot of walking worth paying for the factory tour if only for the amount of chocolate you get given
