I was very surprised to enjoy this as much as I did. My group consisted of my husband, 12 year old daughter, 13 year old and and my mother. It was a bit on the expensive side even with family and senior citizen tickets.
The experience starts with a self guided walking tour that depicts the history of chocolate, it continues with a 4-D 'theatre' that covers the history of Cadbury's Chocolate.
There a few more things like tempering chocolate and a ride that's geared towards a younger demographic.
Overall my family enjoyed it and was very happy with the enormous amounts of chocolate that they give away throughout the tour, which didn't stop them from buying more chocolate from the gift shop at the end of the tour.

Not actually that much to do. You couldn't spend anymore then 2 hours here at a push. However we took 5 kids of all different ages and they really enjoyed themselves.
Cadbury world is not pushchair accsessable and me and my partner spent most of the day apart as you cant take the pushchair down into where they do the chocolate or take family photos. There is a pushchair bay, however my 4 month old was asleep and wouldn't have been ideal to carry her and her bag round for the day.

Good value for money, it's very busy in school holidays but the queue is timed so you can go in every 10 mins. Great for the kids, the 4D cinema is well worth a visit after your chocolate tour. Picnic area is very spacious and under cover.

Good tour's and a movie with chocolate available as you go, but three of the regular treat stations were closed with no reason, and the factory wasn't open, again with no signs to say why. Also, there's no chocolate smell anymore More a 3.5 than a 4 but not an option.

Was ok but the whole tour was fake ,you don t get to see the production line ,making of the chocolate how the factory operates ,instead your guided thru a new section of the place constructed for tourists (visitors) with lots of cinimas ,3D films ,paths explaining the history ,how the company grew ,where the chocolate cake from and how witch was interesting ,few display areas for kids to play and work with the chocolate, but if you want to see the real workings of the place ,how it s run ,production line etc ,don t bother.you won t get to see a thing

It was amazing. I have always loved Cadburys so to go here was fantastic. They give you free samples and you learn all about the companies history.

Overall it was an amazing day.
Would love to go again.

Great day out. Lots of things to see and do for young and old. You only see part of the factory behind plastic walls but lots of information given in a number of ways. You get a couple of chocolate bars as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great cafe with some chocolate themed hot meals. Well worth a visit. If going on a school day go in the afternoon as always busy with school groups in the morning. In holidays recommend going early. You need to book your time in advance online or on the phone but can buy tickets on the day if quiet.

Was nice enough, very busy during the summer holidays but that s to be expected. Not as good as I remember as a child and a lot of the tour is starting to age and could do with some form of updating. One of the best parts agreed as a family is the 4D cinema however with an almost hour long wait they could almost do with having a second one with another experience to try and lower wait times as it s something that s clearly popular.

It s something to do if you like chocolate.

A truly horrible place! The only interesting part in the factory was the chocolate production line which is now decommissioned, 40 minute wait to take a photo, few videos which you can find on YouTube. Everything is old and tired! It's not worth visiting even if it was for free!

Disappointing experience at their Christmas event. We took our three year old and apart from the 20 minute Christmas panto and the 20 minute santa show there was nothing to interest her especially the 30 minutes of queuing that came with each show.

Good day out for family. 4D experience is great fun. Playground area is brilliant time pass for children. The walk around itself is a fun and educational experience for both adults and children. Plenty parking. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It's a touristy Cadbury factory tour. I learnt a little about the company, however vastly overpriced for what I went for. Unfortunately after 1hr of the tour, my little one was too tired to go for the 4d experience. Maybe that would have changed my mind about how meh I feel about it.

The tour, included a history of chocolate in informative displays, a lecture with holograms, of the history of Cadbury as a company, an interactive games section(which was quite a blast for my little one. A factory tour, where you get to play with chocolate(but not eat it) and a place to sample some melted chocolate with various toppings. There's also a rather senseless ride in the middle through a fictional cocobean village with mechanical cocobeans maniacally dancing.

It's a go once and really never again experience.

It was a fun day out for all the family apart from me. I have a rare allergy condition which effects me when I eat too much chocolate. After the 18th Curlywhirly I was afflicted by what I can only describe as a chronic bout of the Aztec two-step, nessessitating the urgent visit, nay sprint to the nearest convenience. Suffice to say I now have intimate knowledge of every public convenience within this establishment. On a slightly different note, may I say congratulations to Mr. Cadbury for his excellent choice in luxury toilet tissue, a very appreciative soft touch in time of despirate need.

What a totally fantastic experience here at cadbury's today.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful during this global pandemic.

I visited Cadbury World with my mother and we both had a fantastic time.

The shop was also very well stocked and had loads of offers on. I shall go back to purchase my Christmas chocolate

We were very excited to return here, sadly disappointing, rather tired, outdated and uninspiring....children enjoyed it so maybe we were just being grumpy old people, staff are lovely.
